Welcome, welcome, to the 10th thread for babies expected in July 2015.
We are all counting the days and might even see the arrival of the first babies on this thread!

Here is the stats list, please keep your own entry up to date:

Tilly I would phone your mw/mat ward tonight, a show is usually white/pinkish (Google image it if you dare!).

Fattycow · 10/06/2015 22:38

Call them to be sure. And yes, they like to see pads/underwear.

Morning all, last day of work today so feeling pretty happy despite being knackered. Hope everyone has a great day!

JoY007 · 11/06/2015 07:10

Morning Ladies - 1 more day and I go on mat leave whoop whoop.

Something for us all to be a tad jealous about if your oh or dp does not work for Virgin Grin

Hi all, I very rarely post on this thread as I can't keep up but thought I'd update!
Little baby owl was born last Wednesday (3rd) at 33 weeks and 1 day.
She is the most beautiful tiny thing I've ever seen. She has dropped to 3lb and in an incubator but off all other support. Kangaroo care is the best thing in the world and relaxes us both. I hope all the rest of your pregnancies go smoothly and you enjoy every second of your babies! Xx

Charliej86 · 11/06/2015 08:18

I'm not actually on Mat leave yet, that doesn't officially kick in till 2days after due date. I had to use my holidays as will be returning in a new year.

Got another load of clothes for the boy last nite off my cousin plus some bedding. Also a bag of clothes for Dd so not bad.

Had my massage last nite, was fabulous. She did my back, face/head/shoulders and my feet. She wouldn't do any reflexology but has offered to do some if/when I'm uncomfortable and ready to get him out as it has been known to bring on labour.
Packing hospital bag today/tomorrow so will be all ready.

Owls congratulations on baby owl. X

SparklyPenguin · 11/06/2015 08:22

purple and joy Last day of work for me tomorrow! Weeee!

Hope the forecast changes for London though, as otherwise it's going to be a very hot train for poor pg lady me at 36 weeks Sad

Fattycow · 11/06/2015 10:16

Congrats owl! We would love to hear more about your little girl, so please keep us updated!

I've added Babyowl to the stats list with her birthday. And I've filled in the cells of the usernames that have had their baby with the appropriate colour, so we can easily see who has had her baby and what the sex is.
So far I only know that zampa and owl had their little girls, so if anyone knows any others, please add them.

Had my scan today, baby has put on less than 1/2 in two weeks so is small on my personal growth chart - he is measuring 5lb 1oz.
Again + of protein and ketones, so annoying! I have another scan in 3 weeks and consultant in 2 weeks so going to stuff my face until then!

Number3cometome · 11/06/2015 12:12

Just a suggestion, let's see what you all think, but I think maybe mums should update their own stats as and when? I know I'd like to update my own when the time comes - all part of the mumsnet excitement!

Fattycow · 11/06/2015 12:21

number, I would love it if people updated their own stats, but most don't! Hence me doing it if and when I see something that could be updated.

broodylicious · 11/06/2015 12:38

number, I completely agree. Although tbh, filling in a bloody spreadsheet will be the last thing on my mind once I'm done with pushing...

smallgreenbanana · 11/06/2015 12:43

broody Nah, first thing I'll be thinking about - baby on breast, free hand updating stats while we wait for the placenta. Wink Promise I'll add my stats fatty Smile

Fattycow · 11/06/2015 14:18

Yay! Grin

Number3cometome · 11/06/2015 14:28

I am sure people will add stats if they still use the thread, but if they don't or don't want to for any reason I think it should be left to them rather than anyone doing it for them - if that makes sense!

Fattycow · 11/06/2015 14:34

I want to eat ALL the things again! Please stop me!

OP posts:
ohlordyplordy · 11/06/2015 15:15

Unfortunately if you're waiting for all 120 people on the list to update their stats, I suspect it will be a long wait, as there don't seem to be that many active posters any more. That's not due to a mass defection to FB by the way (there are only 38 members of the group and not all members actually post there either).

Got my referral to Birthing centre at 34w appt today, yay!
