Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 27th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 42nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oLJqpadAb2givKYq8OJfGCti3s6xzsTGlI-GoaBfM_M/edit?pli=1#gid=0

Ah congratulations Kato! Lovely baby :)

Pisghetti · 08/05/2015 20:53

Congratulations Kato! Must hop onto web to see photo....

Tee could you do a congratulatory one for David Cameron please? Just think how lovely it'll be to have a wriggly wee baby and to be pain free again! Or at least able to take the good painkillers.

jellypi3 · 08/05/2015 20:55

Congrats kato !!

Purpleball · 08/05/2015 21:35

LaLaLaaaa · 08/05/2015 22:36

Yes yes please Jiffy bag Cameron!

teejayem · 08/05/2015 22:41

Is he worthy of my poo though? What if he made it into a poosicle? I would be immortalised in the no.10 fridge freezer.

daisyspice · 08/05/2015 22:43

Congrats Kato what a wee beauty Smile well done love! Hope you're both well big hugs x x x

WilHarlot · 09/05/2015 07:14

Can you eat lots of lentils first Tee?

DulcetMoans · 09/05/2015 07:41

You might want to get it from a dog or something though tee, in case they try to DNA test it.

He's here kato! It's just crazy but amazing - well done you!

How were interview la? found anyone?

I'm off to volunteer at an NCT sale today, selfishly it's so I can get into it early and maybe baggsy somethings... Wink

ZylaB · 09/05/2015 07:52

DNA testing poo! Grin

WilHarlot · 09/05/2015 07:53

Are you trying to suggest Tee's DNA would be on record Dulcet? Wink

DulcetMoans · 09/05/2015 07:56

She is probably on some kind of list somewhere, she's got a dodgy past that one! Grin

gaggiagirl · 09/05/2015 08:25

Morning! Who are the next viroids to do a baby and when? I can't see the stats sheet.

ChatEnOeuf · 09/05/2015 08:37

DNA testing poo?! What have I woken up to Confused

Lemon in answer to your earlier question, Belgian government is complex! You have three separate regionals, for the French (Walloon), Dutch (Flanders) and German speaking areas, as well as the capital region. The federal government is a messy coalition made up mostly of the PM's French liberal party (the only French-speaking one and third -most popular in terms of seats), the Flemish liberals, the Flemish Nationalists (most seats but no-one wanted to sit in government with them in charge) and a lot of others.

This government appears to be more business-focussed than previous - the heavy Flemish influence are hacked off as they feel their wealth has been subsidising the poorer French areas. It has pushed through a lot of cuts (debt was >100% of GDP when they took over), have raised the retirement age and reduced automatic pay increases...the result has been regular general strikes and demonstrations. Michel is I think the most unpopular PM in history, on the 100 days poll, despite being seen as the lesser of several evils when he took over. I think the French Libs feel he's reneged on policies true to their roots and the Flems think he's not done enough.

The big news here at the moment is that they are forcing through legislation to cut the routine 4-5 days in hospital post delivery down to two. Except they haven't got the resources to care for them in the community. This is largely a cost-saving initiative, as the cost of hospital stays is covered by mutuelles ('public insurance', paid for through wages) as well as insurance (top up care paid for privately). Studies do support a quicker discharge, but only if women can be seen in the community!

LaLaLaaaa · 09/05/2015 08:50

Yo yo!

casts furtive look around at you all in case one of you is undercover cop tailing tee due to her past convictions

Poo DNA is definitely a risk. I say you head down t'park and scoop some poop

Gaggia before is next then tee!
Then fresh then cym.

Not for a few weeks so our excitement levels have a chance to return to normal.

Dulcet that's sneaky but I wish I'd thought of it!

I've got to miss my first nct class Monday for a work trip. I'm disappointed but it's my own fault for not checking the dates. Nct lady says it won't be a problem.

We recruited someone dulcet, woo! I was really disappointed with 1 of the candidates who I thought would walk it. They didn't perform well in interview. Found out after that they'd stayed up all night doing the count - massive shame.

So we've offered the job and will wait to see if it's accepted

Sil is still here. It's been ok except last night she went out for fag drunk at 3am and the back door opening woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep. She leaves tomorrow and I can chill...ahhhhh

I'm really sore this morning bump and back are aching like hell. Yesterday was quite full on so I think it tired me out which caused the aching. It's bizarre it feels like period pains.

Going for lunch with friends today hooray!

PixieChops · 09/05/2015 09:44

Enjoy your lunch La (and being able to chill after sil has gone) you have the patience of a saint, I would've skitzed out by now at sil if she kept me awake!

Congrats to Kato, he's beautiful!

Me and DP are fine, our disagreements only ever last a couple of hours at most, we have nobody else to talk to if we don't talk to each other and our arguments are never that bad (or that important) to hold grudges for days on end.
I'm excited because I finally got my engagement ring back from being resized so I actually feel engaged now!
I'm also pretty disappointed in the results yesterday. My step dad thinks I'm finishing my teaching degree this month. In all honesty of Labour where in I may have considered it but I know teachers who are struggling now and they are single with no kids! God knows how he expects me to be a full time teacher with 2 babies Confused. I'm definitely going to get a small part time job after this mat leave though along with setting up my business on the side and then when that's running well I'll drop the part time job. I'm not fussed where I work as long as I'm working. Been out of work now for a year as I'm constantly upduffed and I miss it so much. I don't understand how people can not work ever or just leave and never go back! I'd end up with depression if I never got to enjoy other adult company again.
DP is playing cricket all day again today! However he is off the game list next Saturday due to DD birthday. He still thinks we are going to the cricket club after her party. He seriously needs his bumps feeling Hmm no way are we going anywhere near that place and if cricket gets mentioned that day I'll be stuffing bats up people's arses!

teejayem · 09/05/2015 09:52

Hang on! My DNA is not on record! I don't think.....
I've woken up with a headache and one blocked nostril. I'm presuming pollen related. Hmm only got up three times last night instead of the usual 5-6 tho, but I really ache this morning, need to despatch mr tee for bagels and a mug of tetley but he's still asleep!! Aibu to poke him awake given I am weighed down on the bed by his offspring? I told him last night that if this baby is bigger than 8lb I'm suing him for false advertising. (He's 5'3). He looked most offended and said it'd be my own fault for eating cream cakes. No weekend blowjob for him! . (Not that I even think I could assume any kind of sexual position without one of my limbs snapping off like a leper at the moment)....

Toast85 · 09/05/2015 10:13

Do it tee! Yanbu! I demanded tea this morning before hubby went to work, if I get it you really should (seeing as you're almost next on the drop list)

Dulcet, hope the sale is good! I'm not going to come and stalk you, I considered it (the sale, not stalking) but decided I wanted a proper lie in more than baby things at the moment, plenty of time still to get sorted. Plus that means I'm leaving all the bargains for you.

So instead I woke up early coz DH was leaving for work but stayed in bed with iplayer on the iPad and cried my way through The C Word. My goodness.

Plans for today are basically cleaning and making pesto coz I'm well foodie innit

splodge77 · 09/05/2015 10:32

Hi viroids. Am loving life as a family of 4 so far. Jem is pretty chilled & likes a lot of boob-nomming but settles quite easily afterwards (famous last words!) Thought I'd mention one thing I learnt re packing your hospital bag - take sleepsuits of several different sizes!! Jem was 8lb10 and very long so only one sleep suit we had fitted him & none of the vests! Hope you're all feeling well. Kato how you feeling? Xx

gaggiagirl · 09/05/2015 10:53

toast pesto you say? Do you deliver? I heart pesto so much.

splodge that's so lovely you are all doing well. Good tip about the sleepsuits I found the same with DD who was the size of a four year old at birth (nearly 9lb and 12 stitches, so yeah felt like a four year old). All the newborn suits I had got were just dolly sized.

Lookingforadvice123 · 09/05/2015 11:08

Congratulations kato! What an absolute beaut.

Anyone else feeling a bit sad that their babies will be born into a solely Tory government? Was bad enough when it was the coalition! I'm in Wales where it's bad enough already.

Fleurchamp · 09/05/2015 12:12

Nope looking if the feared cuts are even half what they say, labour will be back in for a 10 year stretch just as these babies are heading into education.....

I was born at the beginning of the Thatcher reign and have turned out alright twitches slightly
