Here we are, scan pic from this morning. Brill experience! All good, very wriggly and moving loads, sonographer had to keep poking to get baby to rejig slightly. Get results of blood tests and measurements through post end of this week.

Letter said to drink loads of water and not to pee 90mins before scan, didn't as couldn't go that long! was totally fine!

Nice to hear good news about scans! Ill flick over to internet site to look at your pics as they don't show on app.

I still don't know when my scan is yet! Boo hoo I'm 11 weeks today! I hope they send me date soon.

Don't worry about baby brain, i have had some proper moments... calling DH my brothers name, locking self int he garden, only to realise you simply cannot do that with the door (UPVC) after 2 hours of sitting on my tod and gardening alone then as my boss is in a flap about my maternity cover (having a year off ) she is making me write my job profile to advertise now , this week...... only i cannot even tell you what i do all day except eat percy pigs. er....

Downs odds are 1:20. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't hoped against hope for better. And I'm alone again now for the week as DP has gone for work etc.

Sorry to hear that StAlphonso, was that down to the blood tests? Did you just hear?

Fingers crossed for you. 19/20 of not having it is still good odds if you switch it about, although I know that's cold comfort.

stalph I'm sorry the downs odds are not a good as you hoped. 19/20 that all is absolutely fine though. I'd put a lot of money on the lottery with those odds, if it helps at all to look at it that way.

newmrs sorry to hear you're feeling sore after your test. Hope you feel better soon and the results come quickly and are good news!

After a rather stressful morning waiting for scan we arrived twenty minutes early and were seen straight away. Saw our beautiful baby, he was so clear at the beginning and saw great profile and he even waved and was dancing with his feet. Then he got bored and turned his back so sonographer had to keep pressing hard to try get him to move. Can't believe he's inside me and after processing it all have had a few tears. We've bought a book each and will start story time tonight. #we have no idea if baby is a boy or girl so say he as I don't like it.

I thought I felt better yesterday but I felt sick as a dog today and my tits are hurting again!
I did my first days back at hairdressing and enjoyed it don't know why I just didn't go back last year when youngest started school! Oh well. I'm back now I suppose!
My daughter who's 9 is currently singing she sounds like a strangled cat and is singing the same song over and over quite annoying bless her! but I should not say that because a lady in her 80s was in today and she had 4 kids 3 boys 1 girl and the girl was 9 when she was killed by a car walking home from school. How absolutely horrible, she said it's something she's never got over really. So I must appreciate my daughters voice! Smile

Thank you so much, you're all very kind. I'm trying to stay positive and think of the odds, it's just hard not knowing.

It helps that I've got so much work to do at the moment, I'll be sat here till midnight! At least it's busy.

My DP has been so great, he's just a really decent person and I feel very lucky to have him, but it's very hard at times like now - hopefully he'll be back by the weekend and we can get going with things.

So lovely to find out all of your good scan news today, congrats! Flowers

Congrats to everyone with the lovely scans pics. Can't wait for mine now, counting down the days, thought it would all start to go a bit quicker once I got past the scary first 12 weeks but I think this week will be the slowest yet!

Also regretting smugly stating I was getting over the sick phase in my first post, threw up entire breakfast within minutes this morning, total waste of two delicious crumpets. Oh the glamour of pregnancy lol

I was on the TTC thread and fell pregnant in February and have loosely followed this thread but didn't want to join until after my scan.
Had scan today and all was good :-)
I'm 12+3, first baby, due 14/11/15.
