Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 26th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 42nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oLJqpadAb2givKYq8OJfGCti3s6xzsTGlI-GoaBfM_M/edit?pli=1#gid=0

Fleur hope you get the builders sorted. Have you reminded them of what needs doing? They often need things spelling out! past experience

Pisghetti · 22/04/2015 11:34

Purple I'm getting an IP camera which runs off wifi and can be viewed on an iPhone/iPad. Something like this to work alongside an audio monitor. We already have the audio monitor (used mainly at DP's place as the walls are pretty thick so I wouldn't hear her if I went to the loo or to make a cup of tea). Might be an option with Kato's recommendation if you don't mind having two systems?

Tee in a thread full of upduffed and recently upduffed viroids, we all know pregnancy diet is about eating what you can, when you can! DP trying to encourage me to eat broccoli in the first trimester (I wasn't sicky but went right off it - I normally love it!) made me rage. As did any attempt to discourage my daily chocolate consumption (normally don't bother much with chocolate).

Breast milk is full of sugar. I'm using that to justify my continuation of daily chocolate. But hey I'm willingly eating broccoli again - I'm sure that balances it out!

Going back a page or two but Fleur I'm really glad you had the same issues with working out which nappies got you the bag! I went online in the end as it was easier to work out and had them delivered to store Blush

RPopz · 22/04/2015 11:58

Dulcet why are you famous... I missed that!? Lolz.

Hope you had a nice bit of custard with your apple pie Tee Grin

We didn't get a baby monitor - though we live in a little terrace so can hear him all over the house tbf. Like Zyla says - they'll be sleeping with you for a wee while anyway.

Glad your SIL is ok La - sounds pretty intense.

RPopz · 22/04/2015 12:00

Is it really full of sugar Pis!? My breastfeeding sweet tooth is ridiculous! Bit worried that's why DS is so gigantic haha!

Another scientist here. Though pretty sure my brain is just mush right now.

Fattycow · 22/04/2015 12:02

I am eating whatever I fancy whenever I fancy it... Blush

mountaingirl01 · 22/04/2015 12:26

Absolutely not how it was meant tee! Am v.impressed, you appear to have the same metabolism as my dh except he has no baby excuse I have always had a massive ability to keep eating (even though i can go long perioda without eating-result of a&e work) but sadly not the ability to not get fatter :( I agree with the wine thing, I think no alcohol calories is definitely helping to combat my extra snack calories!
Not sure about the boy/girl sweet thing, my sister has never been a sweet tooth but was during her pregnancy (with girl). I can't blame the baby for my sweet tooth sadly..but I seem to be massively needing dairy? I never used to eat cereal but suddenly needing my bran flakes and full fat milk! And daily ice cream obv..

DulcetMoans · 22/04/2015 12:27

haha. I am not really famous popz - yet anyway! I had to be a stand in pregnant lady for a student midwife recruitment film yesterday. It will be short but baby heartbeat will be in it so he/she is more famous than me! (I only got asked to do it as someone dropped out)

Yeah, did you have custard tee?! Talk dirty to me!

That sounds similar to what is happening in my house now pis - DH read somewhere that I should have green things and is trying to get me to have broccoli. I hate broccoli though. Not normally bothered about chocolate but I have eaten more than my weight in mini eggs these past few weeks and am loving a caramac at the moment!

Bloody cars purple! Always dread taking it in.

Pisghetti · 22/04/2015 12:55

Mmmm caramac..... I have a secret stash of mini eggs in the changing bag.

I had the most amazing cake the other day. I was initially disappointed by the look of it as I was expecting fresh cream and thought it had some sort of yucky synthetic or butter cream on it. Turned out to be whipped custard - like the kind you get in a custard slice. So: sweet pastry case, strawberry jam then loads of this custard. A trifle tart of sorts. That reminds me - I have trifle bakewells in the cupboard - mr kiplings and sold in all major supermarkets. Mmmmmm cake......

Haven't you tried any yet Popz? Just kidding - I haven't. I've been told it's seriously sweet though MrP accidentally got a taste and quite enjoyed it as he's a wrong 'un

WilHarlot · 22/04/2015 14:10

I haven't had a caramac in years!

Right seeing as you're all making me insanely jealous about food I can't eat at the moment, I'll just sit here and gorge myself on pate to get you back. Wink

gaggiagirl · 22/04/2015 14:51

wil pate envy! I miss you sweet pate!

pis was the accidental breast milk tasting during sexy times? Are you just shagging again Grin

I have made a cheesecake

Fleurchamp · 22/04/2015 14:54

at milk during sexy times.

I don't think I will ever feel sexy again Sad

ZylaB · 22/04/2015 15:11

I thought I would want to try my milk, just to see what it's like, but it's been 10 weeks and I havent!

gaggiagirl · 22/04/2015 15:21

I didn't try mine either. Never fancied it.
I dont think DP will get an accidental drink during post birth shagging. He's not a breast man at all.
Its a shame really my norks are resplendent and can be seen from space.

Fattycow · 22/04/2015 15:41

One shop over here was giving away free Easter eggs today... I behaved and only took one of the bags, but I am going back tomorrow to see if there are any left!

Purpleball · 22/04/2015 15:52

I'm sat here chuckling away at you lot. No stress today. Had a rant at manager then babypurple reminded me of its presence.
Also had an hour nap at lunchtime and feel like a new woman Smile

I don't fancy trying breast milk, I don't know if MrPurple will - probably not as he's quite conservative

Bloody tyres and service nearly £500 Hmm better now than when I'm on mat leave though. Don't they know I'm trying to save Sad

teejayem · 22/04/2015 15:56

Phew, good! Was worried I was being inadvertent knob.

I think Mr Tee wants to try the fruits of my boobs, I think I feel quite weird about it..... lol @resplendant norks gaggia and cheesecake?! what kind cheesecake!?

Just got back from hosp. Anesthetist was a lovely man. I can have an epidural if I want one :) hurrah! He said he'd seen worse, and my slips are all to the side so shouldn't interfere too much. They are self administering, so once they are sited you have a little button to keep it topped up yourself which is quite dinky. He also said it's encouraged to be mobile on the bed, so I can kneel if I want to (woo woo!), and about 50% of people need a catheter in his experience, which has crossed off a couple of my bigger concerns. (not catheter, the kneeling thing). Feel a lot more relieved than I expected.

Did anyone see OBEM last night? I'm just watching it on catchup now - the greek couple with the guy who is getting his pants in a twist about his OH asking for an epidural!? [Hmm] - you try pushing a large aubergine through your pee hole, sunshine, then you'd be less of a knob...?

Might actually draft some kind of birth plan now. (It's pretty loose, I'm very much just going to see what happens, but have wishes for skin to skin, delayed clamping, Mr tee to not cut the cord as he'll pass out...) I might share on here for feedback.....

Random question... Can anyone else wear a hoodie without it looking like you've got a balloon stuffed in the middle pocket?! I luffs my hoodies but look absolutely ridiculous in them now.

Damn you wil and your Pate! What I'd do for a gin and tonic and some crusty bread & Pate!!!!!

No custard with the apple pie dulce I had carte do'r vanilla ice cream with it. (Needed to make room in freezer for magnum delivery).......

ChatEnOeuf · 22/04/2015 16:41

Mmmm....pate....

Great news on the anaesthetic appt tee, Magnum delivery almost makes up for the outrageous lack of custard with your pie Grin

Haven't watched OBEM this week, must do so. Thought channel 4 had wised up to our VPN, turns out you have to change the clock on the computer to GMT rather than leave on CET. What did we do before Google?

I accidentally tasted my milk last time - drips on the counter, you can see how it would happen...DH was afraid to.

Ouch, Purple - though as you say, better now than later.

Purpleball · 22/04/2015 16:48

I haven't missed pate. I like it but don't eat it often.

Now Wil if you were to drink a bottle of chateauneuf du pape then I might have to kill you

I've got some raspberry sorbet in the freezer. I might need a cheeky bowl just to get me through the rest of the afternoon. The perks of working at home. Tomorrow I'm heading over the Pennines then down to the south east afterwards for a client down there on Friday. The drive home on Friday will be a joy no doubt

Purpleball · 22/04/2015 17:39

Mmmm raspberry sorbet Smile

WilHarlot · 22/04/2015 18:00

Can't have wine either as it makes her sick and gives her a rash Hmm . However raspberry sorbet sounds good. I'm lying on my bed and have no idea where everyone is. Came to change clothes as I got pooed on and 'accidentally' fell into bed. Wondering how long I'll get away with it.

RPopz · 22/04/2015 18:16

I had pate on toast for lunch. Sorry dudes!

Not tried any boobjuice yet Pis! DH had a drop when I was feeding from one side and leaking from the other.... he said it was "dry" Hmm He's had no opportunity for sexy time tasting. HA!

Sounds like the app went well Tee Smile Did MrTee make it? Not seen that OBEM. Was he being an ass about it? I remember MrPopz saying "Are you SURE?" when I asked for morphine in labour, but to be fair I'd spent the last 9 months telling him I didn't want pain relief!

Sounds cool Dulce Grin

teejayem · 22/04/2015 18:39

Nah popz, Mum came with me, Mr Tee didn't get back from his job until gone 4!!
Yeah, it's the greek guy being a bit of a knob, she starts off in MLU, then has Morphine and he turns to her mum and asks what they've just given her, and when he hears'Morphine' he says 'oh, so she's a junkie now then?' and then he invites his mum and dad in the room (!!!!!)) while she's off her tits in labour, and then she asks for an epidural, and he gets all 'Well you've only got another 3 cm to go, I don't want you to have it, you said you weren't going to have it', and then it cuts to them talking to the camera pre-birth, how she has back trouble, and she didn't want to make it worse and how she'd agreed with her husband that they wouldn't have an epidural. Mr Tee looked at me and just said 'As if I'd get a fucking say in it!!'

Poor girl. Although I appreciate editing, she was on her back the whole time and I thought the point of MLU was to use all the cool equipment they have, walk around etc...so maybe she didn't do herself any favors.

Camera cuts to her in Labour ward with an epidural.

I can't judge, I am happy to have all of the drugs!! Although I'm not keen on opiates, because while I like the mild off tit-ness I kind of want to retain some control..... but seriously... this guy..... what a chump....

DulcetMoans · 22/04/2015 19:25

All good news the tee, hurrah! Do you feel a bit more prepared now then? I guess so if you are ready to put something in writing. Why do you need a hoodie anyway, it's so nice out!

I watched OBEM, thought it was weird how she asked permission almost. Did you see the other guy take a photo as the baby came out - right up her!

Are you saying you turned down free Easter eggs fatty?!

I think I might try the milk, do t know if I can convince DH though...

Just putting this out there - pepperami. That is all.

Purpleball · 22/04/2015 19:35

I haven't watched OBEM yet this week.

I'm sat watching my bump trying to decide if it's moving. Any tricks for making it move more?

Fleurchamp · 22/04/2015 20:10

Icy cold drink and lay on my left side purple always gets this one wiggling.

Fell asleep in yoga. I may have snored Grin
