Amazing that you concieved on month 5, Flying. Every month on Clomid feels like 3 so that's a long wait!

Sorry to hear you had a bad night NoMore. Sad I think fainting can be common in pregnancy (sometimes due to low blood pressure?) but might be worth a call to the midwife to reassure you. Sounds awful!

GuybrushThreepwoodMP · 21/04/2015 09:47

sashimi fainting after vomiting would most likely be dehydration leading to low blood pressure but it's definitely worth going to the gp. Hope you feel better soon.

NoMoreSashimi · 21/04/2015 09:47

Thank you both, I'll try the midwife and see what she says. Looks like a day on the sofa today.

Blueblink · 21/04/2015 10:29

Hello ladies, I'm freaking myself out due to lack of symptoms now at 10 + 4. i've had such a stresful few days at work (I have to keep reminding myself it is actually only Tuesday!) and all of a sudden all of my nausea has disappeared and I am of course freaking out! Anyone fancy giving me a bit of reassurance? I could do with a cuddle. 2 weeks to go until my 12 weeks scan and those 2 weeks are jam packed with lots of events and very long days! I'm so anxious!

NoMoreSashimi · 21/04/2015 10:34

Thank you guy, midwife suggested gp as well, waiting for a call back now.

Blue, I found when work was very busy I often forgot my symptoms, please don't worry. Mine also eased off before week 12, coming back now mostly later in the day.

Crumbelina · 21/04/2015 10:46

Don't worry Blue!! I had no symptoms at 10 weeks - they came back a week or so later. I had a healthy, normal 12 week scan. Also, stress can't cause a miscarriage!

mrsscarlettbutler · 21/04/2015 11:02

I hear you with the anxiety Blue - everyone (mainly my parents!) keeps saying 'oh how exciting that you've got your scan on Thursday then you can tell people' But I dont feel excited, I feel terrified. I'm preparing myself for bad news which is stupid but I just feel like I should 'hope for the best, prepare for the worst.'

I still feel SO SICK today Sad I am at work and just dont know what to do with myself. Nothing is helping, and I can't concentrate. Like I said yesterday, I have been feeling sick for weeks but usually I can stave it off for a bit with the right food. Nothing is working now, and I actually want to cry.

SnozzberryPie · 21/04/2015 11:49

Urgh, feeling rotten today. I have totally lost my appetite and constipation has gone and I have gone completely the other way Sad.

We found out dds sex at the scan and will do so again. Last time it was just nice to know and this time there will be the added benefit of knowing whether we need to buy new any new clothes - we'd be pretty much sorted if it's a girl.

NewMrsX · 21/04/2015 11:56

Congrats Crumb, that's a great result!

BowiesJumper · 21/04/2015 12:28

mrsscarlett I am exactly the same re worrying about the scan.

I hope you feel better soon.

NoMore I hope you feel better too!

Argh, god I wish I didn't have to wait so long for my scan. Feeling so anxious. Had my early scan 3 weeks ago. Thought if I saw a heartbeat, all anxiety would disappear after my mmc at year. But then there were two heartbeats so now I have no idea what to expect from the next scan- two heartbeats, one or none. Three weeks until nuchal scan at 13 weeks.

Sorry for the me me me post.

ehealy · 21/04/2015 13:39

Who else is having their scan on 5th May? Its my Birthday and it would be nice to know who else is on the same count down.... 2 weeks today.

TakesTwoToTango · 21/04/2015 13:57

Ehealy mine is he following day, 6th may. I sympathise with all those feeling anxious. Me too!!

cryingbabymess · 21/04/2015 14:08

Mine is 6th May too! Can't come quick enough! I'm looking forward to not having to "hide it" at work! I'm not going to announce it to people but it'll be nice to speak to my close work mates that know about it without being scared who's going to hear!!

I'm anxious about the scan but all I keep thinking is although I only POAS once, I've still got symptoms and I've been lucky and had no bleeding. So I'm hopeful!

I made the mistake of going to poundland before work to get Capri suns as its the only drink I like just now and I saw strawberry and Apple sour fizzy laces....baby likes them! Lol.

Help! I'm catching up with my best mate since we were born on Friday and she doesn't know, I really want to tell her but I don't know if I can trust her not to tell her mum....should I tell her or just wait? Her mums always been like a second mum to me too and was my mums best mate but she's a blabber which is why I've not told her yet! Hmm

Aww mrsscarlett, so sorry you feel unwell! Can you keep anything down? Or maybe go home?

doomclaw · 21/04/2015 14:26

My scan is 6th May which feels like a lifetime away at the moment.

Crying I am also finding that fizzy sweets really perk me up

NoMoreSashimi · 21/04/2015 14:29

We've only told the closes family after the scan, Annbag. Waiting for my letter now, might tell more people then.
Great news on your letter, Crumbelina!
I got back from the GP just now, she said to take it easy, fainting is normal in pregnancy. Oh well...

Unthoughtknown · 21/04/2015 14:37

Mine scan is 6 May as well, busy day for the November thread!

I've got my 12 week scan on Friday. Having had private scans at 6 and 10 weeks (no problems, purely out of impatience) we have told quite a few people. All grandparents, and prospective aunts and uncles I,e. DH siblings. My bump is making things uncomfortable already in the sense that it's rock solid, occasionally stretchy itching and is making it's presence known when I am trying to sleep.

ehealy and Buttermilly I'm a 5th May-er as well also at 8am!! can't wait! I've had 2 scans already too one early dating scan at 5 weeks as i was bleeding in which we saw a teeny tiny heartbeat and then another last week at 9 weeks for a research growth study i'm taking part in which all looked to be healthy and well! I just can't wait for the 12 week scan now, just to get over that hurdle of the NT test will be massive. i'm sure like everyone else i'll then start freeting about the 20 week scan!

BowiesJumper · 21/04/2015 17:04

Wow, that's an early one Butter! At least you won't have to wait!

Mine is in 6 days. Not that I'm counting or anything. I just want to know that it's ok!!
