Congratulations to all the newcomers! Good luck to you all. I think I remember you from the TTC threads early last year, Choccy. I'm pleased things are looking up for you after all you've been through.

I'm gassy too, Newbian. I have to dash to the bathroom as soon as I wake up as it builds up overnight and the bedroom would be impossible to stay in if I didn't go outside! DH thinks it's hilarious now that he's used to it. I think he was a bit shocked at first.

flipflump · 27/02/2015 17:23

Fizzy, I'm the same, little and often with food at the moment. If I go too long without eating I feel dreadful. I was the same last pregnancy too but it got better in the 2nd trimester, in the 3rd I went off food and lost weight.

Ladypug · 27/02/2015 18:12

Congrats and welcome newbian and hi Choccy good luck this time around :-) This is a nice bus! X

AnnaBegins · 27/02/2015 18:34

Congrats to the newcomers!

Yay Fizzy and AuntieDee so nice to have some fellow horsey people! I ride a 5 year old mare, completely bombproof on roads and we just hack out, only weekends. I was having lessons but didn't really like the instructors so was really lucky to be offered this ride as the horses are literally across the road! I'm only 8 weeks (9 by lmp) so I think I'll keep it up as long as I feel happy. I climb as well and was convinced the midwife would be more worried by that, but apparently not.

batfish · 27/02/2015 18:40

Congrats newbian and choccy!

choccy I'm so sorry to hear of your losses, I can't even begin to imagine what an awful time you've been having. But brilliant news that you've passed your milestone of furthest point you've got to and it sounds like you are being very well taken care of so keeping everything crossed this is a sticky one!

With eating I'm absolutely fine, totally normal, no nausea or vomiting. Still no symptoms whatsoever other than sore boobs, arghhh! Roll on 7th March when I get to find out if all is OK in there!!

LakeOfDreams · 27/02/2015 19:38

Really dribbly at the moment. Please tell me this is a pregnancy thing, I feel like a teething baby and regularly wake up in a little pool of drool!! Little bit of nausea but no other issues aside from utter exhaustion. I seem to be a bit stuck the less I do the less I want to do and now I'm feeling so lazy I can barely get off the sofa. Had to run to an emergency at work the other night and felt awful so need to get moving again. Need free exercise so might get walking, really want to do couch 2 5km but not sure it's the best idea to take up a new exercise!!

Well, ladies I'm afraid I'm hopping off this bus now. At my scan, as I expected deep in my heart from the lack of symptoms at that time, it was confirmed that the baby stopped growing somewhere between 5 and 7 weeks. I have been bleeding properly for for some hours now and having some pains, so am optimistic that it will all end naturally. I really hope that I have "taken one for the bus" and that the rest of you have successful pregnancies. I've wept floods of tears since I started bleeding yesterday, but I look at my 2 wonderful boys and am so grateful to God for blessing us with them and I take comfort from his loving presence. This is also drawing dh and I closer together. Good luck ladies and I may "pop in" to see how you are all doing nearer to October.

shieldbug · 27/02/2015 21:25

PS didn't mean to scare anybody with mentioning the lack of symptoms; that's just unusual for me as i have a medical reason (fibroids) why I should have had a very specific set of pg symptoms (usually pain!) So please don't worry if you are currently symptom-free; you may just be one of the lucky ones!

Fallinggracefully · 27/02/2015 21:29

I have not managed to keep up at all this week but wanted to check in, say hello and see how everyone is doing? Welcome to the new members. I had a lovely meet up with some mums and toddlers from my Oct 13 bus last week. These groups are such an amazing source of support and it's so reassuring to hear the range of "normal" that everyone is feeling. I have no regular symptoms at all ( which causes me almost constant worry) but have been starving the last 3 days and have been having hot flushes all week.

Ladypug · 27/02/2015 21:30

Shieldbug I am so sorry to hear this, my heart goes out to you and DH xxx

I'm so sorry shieldbug Sad xx

batfish · 28/02/2015 04:21

Oh no shieldbug I am so so sorry for your loss, I hope the physical side of things doesn't go on for long for you but I know the emotional side won't be as quick to deal with. Take care of yourself.

I had an awful dream last night that I went for my scan and my baby had died, it certainly hasn't helped my anxiety! Really wish I had brought my docs appt forward a week to today, this is just going to worry me that it's some kind of psychic sign! It was so real that I woke up and thought it was real for a couple of minutes. Well when I say it was real - my doc had a cat in his office, his nurse was Donna from Suits and she confirmed things using her fingers instead of a scan - but other than that totally real!! Trying to convince myself it means nothing and I just had the dream as it's been on my mind.

Toast85 · 28/02/2015 07:14

Oh bat, horrible dream. I've had one of those, similar, since being pregnant too. But it's just your mind dealing with your anxieties whilst you're asleep, nothing more.

I've also just woken up from yet another mental dream. I think I've had one dreamless night since a week before BFP (so thats now at least 4 1/2 weeks) and the rest have all been bonkers. Getting a bit fed up with it, I just want my nice, restful, deep, 7 hours a night sleep back :(

I'm at this hen weekend now, it was odd not drinking last night but fine. No one asked why and I wasn't trying to hide it or pretend at all! Today sounds fun and there will be nap time if I need it, and we'll see how tonight goes.

What is everyone else up to this weekend?

ginzillas · 28/02/2015 07:22

So sorry shieldbug, thinking of you.

Toast85 · 28/02/2015 07:30
