Just marking my place. 12 week scan date is through now for 2nd March. Feels like bloody ages away :(

elio · 06/02/2015 19:42

I've just moved to Exeter from North Wales.
I am also waiting for the 12 week scan, assuming I get that far. I am 8+2 and had some very light spotting today which stopped. If nothing else happens am just going to wait for my booking appt next Friday and see what the mw says. Not sure what to think really, but as there is nothing that can be done I guess I'll just have to wait it out..

itssangriaoclock · 06/02/2015 19:45

Scrap that, went into kitchen to cook. Completely over come by sickness, dh cooking himself I'm in bed desperately trying not to be sick anymore

Hare5260 · 06/02/2015 19:49

Place marking Smile
Great news DDN.

I've managed to make a curry for DW to take to work on lates and homemade burgers and chips for dinner and during the rugby tonight. Thankfully feeling much better now, just a bit of nausea in the mornings.

Hope everyone else is starting to feel better now xx

Whatabout · 06/02/2015 19:52

Jen mine is 2nd March too. Saving grace is that it is at 8.30am.

Lauramum23 · 06/02/2015 19:55

I've only vaginosis once and it stank! Gross sorry tmi Confused I think that's the main difference between thrush and bv

I fancy a takeout now but we have already had tea cos dh has gone to the gym, we had oven fish, mash and mushy peas! He said he didn't want anything spicy but I think it's gonna have to be curry tomorrow! Or maybe chilli???

DoNotDenyMe · 06/02/2015 20:11

Hi all!
I'm also waiting until 12 wk scan. Only a bit of nausea, so much different to last time! 8 wks tomorrow!!!Smile I haven't got booking in appt until 10+2. Still seems a bit unreal (if it wasn't for the sheer exhaustion)!!

Sundaysmumisfullofwine · 06/02/2015 20:12

Treaclepie19 · 06/02/2015 20:15

Marking my place Grinwatching the rugby here!

Frantically googling images of baby scans at 7 weeks. I won't be looking at the screen until they say something is there or not. Really really nervous especially as 30/40 min drive there and back. Plus totally on my own??

Those who had scans around 6/7 weeks I'm guessing a full bladder is needed?!

shinjuku09 · 06/02/2015 20:31

Marking place!

shinjuku09 · 06/02/2015 20:34

wheres I wouldn't be worried about only feeling sick on the evening. My nausea is usually much worse in the evening. Might be tiredness making you feel sick.

Treaclepie19 · 06/02/2015 20:36

Yeah alien, they were pleased mine was full as they could see everything without doing an internal.

Marking my place xx

TallulahPumpkin · 06/02/2015 20:43

Please may I (cautiously) hop on the bus?

I'm 6w4d, I think, with dc2. Still early, calculate at edd 28 Sept so almost falling off the end.

Just started the dreaded MS. Feeling queasy, familiar horrible taste in mouth, can't drink tea anymore, the only thing that stops me feeling sick and generally gross is eating and I'm doing burps and farts a plenty. It's a glorious thing, pregnancy! I've eaten so much crap today thanks to the lovely Tesco delivery man bringing me loads. It's soooooo much more fun with a toddler....

Not contacted the maternity clinic yet but i guess that's my next job.

GoooRooo · 06/02/2015 20:47

Welcome aboard Tallulah - I'm 6w 4d too Smile

alien11 · 06/02/2015 20:52

kitty off to Pembury, hope it's easy to find!

itssangriaoclock · 06/02/2015 20:53

Alien full bladder is needed to tip the uterus but if they can't see. They will do a vaginal scan.

With both my pregnancies I've had a 7 wk scan. First time they did a TV scan to see heartbeat. But second one they did an abdominal scan and saw everything.

Good luck

alien11 · 06/02/2015 20:55

Thanks itssangria I will try my best for a full bladder Smile let's hope they are running on time!

lastnightiwenttomanderley · 06/02/2015 21:03

Ooh hello! Massive deadline at work today but issues on the trains....I left the office 2hrs ago and still another half hr til I get home. Thank God haven't had too much sickness as I'd be a wreck! Just want to be at home on the sofa with DH and pfb DPup.

Feel very bloated here. I'm holding out til 12 weeks too but still feel like I'm making it all up!

stuffthenonsense · 06/02/2015 21:04
