Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 21st grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 38th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Hope every thing is okay and it's hook effect lil! Thanks What time is your app tomorrow?

My hands hurt and my face is puffy and I'm in a BAD mood. I feel all irritable and snappy, and tired all at once. I'm such a delight today! Grin

willywallace · 15/02/2015 14:56

Keeping everything crossed for you Lil.

Lauren don't you have higher risk of pre-eclampsia because of your PAPP-A thing? Maybe call midwife?

lildottie · 15/02/2015 15:00

I just go in when I'm ready Lauren no appt time.

laurenamium · 15/02/2015 15:01

Yeah I do wil, I'm seeing a consultant tomorrow anyway...do you think I should ring today?

ZylaB · 15/02/2015 15:05

lauren do call the midwife, I don't want to scare you but swelling in the feet they're less bothered about, sudden swelling in hands and face worries them more re pre eclampsia. Go get checked out to be safe.

lil fx and everything else crossed for tomorrow x

RPopz · 15/02/2015 15:09

Ditto what wil and zyla said Lauren!!

mountaingirl01 · 15/02/2015 15:24

Double ditto to above..

lil I'm keeping everything crossed and praying for you

LaLaLaaaa · 15/02/2015 15:31

Just seen your message too Lauren - do call the mw it's not worth the worry waiting.

LaLaLaaaa · 15/02/2015 15:35

Fuck where did my first message go :(

Here it is again:

Lil try not to panic - I know it's the hardest thing ever to do. I can see a line on the frer, it's definitely there.

You're still very very early - but I'm so glad they are having you in for bloods tomorrow. I know you're going to be very worried, but there might be a simple explanation. I'm crossing everything for you xxx

Why is ttc bad pregnancy such a frigging head fuck!? It's just worrying all the time!

LaLaLaaaa · 15/02/2015 15:36

batfish · 15/02/2015 15:43

Does anyone know the rules about trying to lose weight when pregnant? My weight fluctuates and I get to a maximum point at which it's time to go on a health kick and then I lose a stone or so and then I go back up etc etc - unfortunately I am currently at my peak and feel mahoosive! Clothes already tight which does not bode well for the remaining 34 weeks of pregnancy! The tight clothes is obviously nothing to do with pregnancy, just fatness. I'm size 12 so we're not talking morbidly obese or anything but i feel gross and really want to do something to look better before I get much worse! I haven't been exercising (hence reached peak fatness level) so guess I shouldn't start anything vigorous now.....but what to do?!

batfish · 15/02/2015 15:51

Just read back through a few posts, hope all is OK lil - I'm pretty sure I can see a line on the last test you posted? Hopefully nothing to worry about at all and your little beans are hanging in there Flowers

Pisghetti · 15/02/2015 16:00

At a size 12 I'd say now isn't the time to worry about losing weight Bat. Adding some gentle exercise (walking, swimming etc) wouldn't do you any harm but I wouldn't cut calories. You may find with cutting out alcohol and feeling a bit crap you drop a little anyway during the first tri.

rm00054 · 15/02/2015 16:17

Hook effect happens quicker with multiples Lil you get higher hgc levels sooner, so could well be overloading the sensitive frer sticks. Fx for you, but I don't think you've got anything to worry about.

TheBooMonster · 15/02/2015 16:31

argh lil hope everything turns out to be ok when you go tomorrow morning, and if it does throw the bloody sticks away!! all of them!! You'll have 5000000 things to worry you over the rest of the pregnancy and the temptation to pee on sticks and it's results is a worry you definitely don't need!!

Nursery took a whole jump towards being complete(ish) this weekend! Has a lovely new(er) carpet and everything!

lauren definitely ring today, they'll either have you in to check you or if they're not that worried just see you tomorrow, but ringing will put your mind at rest!

LaLaLaaaa · 15/02/2015 16:33

Bat I wouldn't worry and the tightness is normal at this stage as you're retaining water plus boobs growing, bloating etc with pg.

If you already exercised before it's fine to keep going through pg they just say not to start doing new strenuous exercise if body isn't used to it. If you don't normally exercise you could try looking for antenatal fitness near you like yoga or gentle aerobics (I do a class especially for mums to be). Plus lots of walking.

Pg isn't the time to be dieting but of course the whole eating for two thing is a myth til 3rd tri when you only need extra 200 cals, just eat healthily.

I put on loads in first tri coz I felt too shit to exercise or eat anything except crisps. It's balancing out now though as I feel fine so doing more exercise and eating well. I wouldn't get too worried about it.

I was in mat clothes from 8 weeks

batfish · 15/02/2015 16:48

Thanks la - hopefully some of it is due to bloating! It goes straight to my face though so I look terrible in photos - and I'm very unphotogenic at the best of time! Pretty much all of my friends are very slim yet still seem to enjoy their food as much as I do so I always feel like the fat one! My own fault really as should have focused on it more when TTC. Just worried I'll do a pregnant Kim Kardashian! I feel fine at the mo so should eat healthy just in case sickness does hit at some point and I feel the need to eat crap! Sod all these skinny pregnant celebs that look amazing!

rm00054 · 15/02/2015 16:50

Right, I'm back! Sorry for the absence, I've been (non - pregnancy related) sick for a whole month. All sorted now, but no chance I'll manage to read back what I've missed, sorry.
So good to see so many new people here, congrats to all the recently upduffed!

Had 20 week scan a few weeks back, all OK. Found out the gender but we're trying to keeping it a secret. Both myself and DH have bonded hugely with baby since finding out the gender, which I never really expected.

MS and general illness is finally over, so I'm excited to finally start enjoying being pregnant now.

Thanks for spreadsheet La so good to have all the info in one place. I can edit it on my tablet, I have an app called "sheets" (think it's a Google app) which keeps it automatically updated without having to download.

Pisghetti · 15/02/2015 17:18

Pisghetti · 15/02/2015 17:34

Dinner at the outlaws. DP has packed three bottles of wine to take. He would never entertain the thought of taking more than one if I was drinking. It's really starting to piss me off Hmm totally unreasonable rage outburst there!
