Exercise, I'm training/competing 2-3 times a week and doing a spinning session, and yoga. I will stop competing around 12 weeks as there's more risk if I fall or am hot at that stage. I'll be spinning as long as I can comfortably sit the bike and I am hoping to get back to my fab antenatal yoga class from 14 weeks.
I'm shoot and I'm an endorphin addict
it really helped me in my first about that I was physically strong - was on hands and knees for 8 hours. Not nearly so fit and strong this time around but carrying 2.5 stone of toddler isn't light work either!
