It kind of comes and goes Stoat, but its a general feeling of not being valued and absolutely no glimmer of promotion I am already doing the role. I probably sound like a broken record but it winds me up from time to time. Angry
I'm going to do my last digi 2mrw morn to.. Er.. Double check its real Grin

Lovelybitofsquirrel · 20/01/2015 20:19

Hi ladies, please can I join? I'm 6+3 with dc2, tried to catch up with you all on the thread but you're an exceedingly chatty bunch!
Have to keep resisting the urge to poas again, am pretty symptom free but I was last time so hoping it's just the same again.
EDD around 12/09, seeing GP on Thu so will be able to sort out booking in after that.
I have one ds, 15 months. Currently terrified thinking about how we'll cope with 2!

brickiemum2 · 20/01/2015 20:19

Monty feelings of congestion and stabbing pains in your fanjo are quite normal. It's the extra blood flow plus the placenta and plug forming etc.
Right now we are like ducks....above the water there's not all that much happening but hidden below we are working like crazy and changing so much Grin

Stoatystoat · 20/01/2015 20:19

I have some superdrug cheapies and will use them up. Might do a digi one soon. I'm so unsure it's real.

That's rubbish about your job...I had that in my last job. Hopefully when you go back, you won't give a shit, just go in, work and fuck off home. Well peg it to your DC!

I don't know if we have a Facebook group, it would be nice to.

brickiemum2 · 20/01/2015 20:20

Welcome squirrel

Mummyboo30 · 20/01/2015 20:21

No, we don't have a cb group yet Talla, it was agreed that it's a bit soon, and we will miss people who want to join.

StrawberryCheese · 20/01/2015 20:22

squiish yes Ive been made redundant but am waiting for info on another role I can apply for. I'm trying to be optimistic, stress isn't going to do me any favours right now.

Tallalime · 20/01/2015 20:27

Ah that makes sense! I will try and keep up with you all so I don't miss anything else Grin

Do you know what else I miss, booze Wink It'll be so much easier to abstain when I actually feel/look pregnant. For now my tipple of choice is warm milk with gingerbread syrup stirred in.

I am totally living the dream!

duckbilled · 20/01/2015 20:28

Welcome tallalime and squirrel Smile

Tallalime · 20/01/2015 20:29

strawberry that sucks. I am job hunting at the moment - handed in notice as relocated. Got positive pregnancy test evening before first interview... oops!

StrawberryCheese · 20/01/2015 20:31

Warm milk with gingerbread syrup sounds amazing tallalime! Twinings have a gingerbread green tea which is lovely.

FlyingSpud · 20/01/2015 20:36

Oh gawd...can I put a vote in for NOT having a FB group Grin I love the anonymity here.

Dailylurker · 20/01/2015 20:44

Spud, an fb group is not as bad as it sounds, if it's a 'secret' group we can still be fairly anonymous and you don't have to have anyone on your real friends list... Although I do agree further down the line is a much better idea so as not tooss people xx

Stoatystoat · 20/01/2015 20:46

Good luck tallalime - if it makes you feel any better, I have a few friends and colleagues who were offered jobs knowing they were pregnant and it's all working out ok.

I like the sound of gingerbread. My current tipple is elderflower cordial and sparkling water.

FlyingSpud · 20/01/2015 20:56

Ok I'll reserve judgement on the fb group...for now Grin

butterflycats · 20/01/2015 21:09

My back has been horrendous, can't even get out of bed! Seen a chiropractor who was great and said it's my SI joint (already!)
I've also been getting odd shooting pains in my right lower abdomen tonight, so glad I had a scan last week so know it's not an ectopic!!
Nausea and vomiting has been better last 2 days thankfully, but now worrying it means it's not going to plan, rediculous isn't it! 7 weeks today :)

Pigriver · 20/01/2015 21:11

Ugh I feel so sick! hungry= sick, tired=sick, eating=sick, constipated =sick.
I am literally sick of feeling sick!
Exhaustion has really hit today. Had an hours nap when I got home and now off to bed. Hopefully I will feel more positive tomorrow Sad

TinyPawz · 20/01/2015 21:25

Dd chirped up ever so casually at dinner that my tummy is getting bigger. She doesn't know I'm pregnant and I'm already very overweight, only 8 +3. I'm going to end up the size of a house.

ShootTheMoon · 20/01/2015 21:43

butterfly sympathy on the SI front - bane of my life! I'm hyper mobile and pregnancy makes my stupid joints even worse. My knee is already stabby stabby death. My lumbar spine is weirdly pinchy and my thoracic spine is stiff and clunky - I pulled a muscle carrying DD across a car park!

Lovelybitofsquirrel · 20/01/2015 21:49

Spud - we have a couple of people from my other bus who joined our secret fb group with profiles made up just for that purpose and with made up names, you can still be anonymous. I agree that it's a bit early to be starting one.

TerrysNo3 · 20/01/2015 22:11

scan tomorrow at 9.30am, how am I going to sleep tonight?? Last time I went in for a scan I didn't go home for 2 days, not pregnant anymore and lost my tube, I am very scared bit excited too.
