Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 19th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 36th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

You are absolutely being fair fleur. She can't just decide she wants to tell someone elses news. Why does it matter if the friend hears by text - shes not your best friend! Stick to your guns and tell DH she is upsetting you so now everyone is upset!

My MIL is largely lovely and we get on very well but she winds me up so much! She told people in my first pg when I asked her not to - just her 'old couple' she said who are people I have never met that she cleans for but I had said not to tell anyone! She's a real worrier too so is texting and ringing every day. Just reading the 'How are you?' is giving me the rage. I think not having a Mum makes it worse as I am just not used to this level of interference care. Leave me alone!

Welcome mrsmn! Great you've kept up with us, only a little creepy! You've heard so much about our CM and we know nothing about yours!

Great to have you back mountain. Try to keep as calm as possible!

Here is our version of a waffle house. Its a late night ice cream parlor that does all the flavours you could think of and on waffles or sundaes if you would like. Yummy!

willywallace · 08/01/2015 13:48

Just put her down. Hoping it will be successful. I have a date with the couch.

My MIL is lovely but there is a part of me which is glad we don't live close by. I think raising children brings out the expert in everyone and from a few things which have been said, it's clear we do things very differently which may get on my wick if it was constant.

EssiesInvisibleLlama · 08/01/2015 13:58

Here is our version of Waffle House, also supplying late night super chocolate ice creams with hot chocolate sauce and malteaser sprinkles and the like!

Welcome Mountain and MrsNM!

I've just booked an early viability scan for next week. Has anyone else had one? I phoned up about the Harmony test after someone mentioned it above (sorry can't remember who but thank you for reminding me!). My mother sadly terminated a pregnancy after amniocentesis confirmed DS, it was before my sister was born (I was 10 at the time) and I remember it really well, it was incredibly traumatic for us all. I guess because of that I'm ultra anxious about it happening to me. Anyway, I called up about the Harmony test, which is £500! Eeek! So will need to talk to DH about that. The early viability scan is £120 though, and I decided to go for it after all this bladder stuff and all the pain I've been having I'm feeling a bit neurotic and it might help reassure us both, as long as everything looks ok of course.

I can totally sympathise re difficult MILs, in fact its FIL who's the worst, MIL just does whatever he says. Sigh. We haven't told either of them yet as they will skywrite it. You absolutely have every right to be furious about anyone blabbing YOUR news, which is in actual fact, until you decide otherwise, a secret, which you ought to be able to rely on close family to keep for you.

Ohhh, did someone mention milkshake??....

ZylaB · 08/01/2015 14:14

Ok so now there's apparently protein in my urine. They've taken bloods and am waiting on results. Am worrying now so dh is on his way but my be a couple of hours!

Pisghetti · 08/01/2015 14:38

Oh dear Zyla what a worry. I'm sure DH will have arrived before anything has happened or any decisions have been made. You're in the best place x

teejayem · 08/01/2015 14:43

Oh Zy! have they said anything else to you? xx

I am loving milkshakes. Give me the calcium...!

EssiesInvisibleLlama · 08/01/2015 14:54

Zyla, so sorry to hear that, but glad you went in and they did another test and found out, glad DH is on his way too. Agree with Pis, you are in the best place. X

cookielove · 08/01/2015 14:55

We have a waffle house, had a ridiculously nice pulled pork with barbecue sauce. It was meant to come with a waffle but I had with rice instead as I only like pudding waffles!

laurenamium · 08/01/2015 14:59

Very jealous of the waffle houses Envy nothing like that here! Probably beat for my waist line though...

zyla I hope you're okay and your DH gets there soon for support!

cookielove · 08/01/2015 15:06

All I can think about is that pulled pork and I have no car to get me to a waffle house argh!

MrsNM · 08/01/2015 15:11

Thank you for all the congrats and welcomes Smile
Due date is April 27th but various consultants and midwife don't think they'll let me get that far due to sky high bp at booking, being just as high/getting higher every time they see me... Time will tell!

Thanks to you guys I now NEED waffles and chocolate! Haha

Really hope you're okay zyla

You're definitely not being unreasonable fleur as others have said! your news, your baby, your rules!

teejayem · 08/01/2015 15:44

MrsNM yes, we are a suggestible lot, I can't recall who was responsible, but I've gone through Bovrilon toast.. zyla? or ness mentioned it and I was obsessed in the early weeks. Then it was 'Those' Hot Chocolates. Then KFC, and now waffles....

Pulled pork is dead easy to do in a slow cooker if you're inclined.

When I was in the US last year we stopped at a few places that served chicken with waffles. It was good. With syrup. and this was before I was upduffed.

I really want that now. :( why don't we have IHOP in the UK dammnit?!

MrsNM · 08/01/2015 15:53

It doesn't help that the second anyone mentions something with a calorie content I obsess over it until I get it! Pulled pork might just have to tonight's tea now though!

We need IHOP over here and a KFC that does deliveries...

LaLa5 · 08/01/2015 15:57

Where's my Waffle House!?! Not fair!

Zyla hope you're ok, fx everything is fine xxx

Fleur tell her to shush it's not her bloody news! My mil asked if she could tell people which I appreciated as I didn't think she would ask.

I'm bit worried as most people around me know - I can't hide it because I have an obvious bump. If something's wrong now with scan tomorrow it's going to be awful :(

willywallace · 08/01/2015 15:58

Aahhh waffles, pulled pork... you guys are killing me!

Hope all is ok zyla, they will keep a really good eye on you and it's better now than say, ten weeks ago. Hope your DH has arrived Thanks

I had a lovely two hours snoozing on the couch in peace. Starting to feel better.

LaLa5 · 08/01/2015 15:58

Mountain! Lovely to see you! You're only 11dpo if I remember rightly? Easily breakthrough bleeding. Try not to worry xx

willywallace · 08/01/2015 15:59

Nothing will be wrong La.

What's IHOP?

teejayem · 08/01/2015 16:15

wil - IHOP = International House of Pancakes. www.ihop.com/

It's terribly unhealthy and mostly caters 'Beige' food, but I adore it.

Big positive waves your way, don't panic, scanxiety is horrid x

LaLa5 · 08/01/2015 16:18

I love ihop!

Fleurchamp · 08/01/2015 16:19

I am sure all will be well la the bump is a good sign.

I bet my Mil has told her friend anyway. My mother knows me better than to mess with me Grin

willywallace · 08/01/2015 16:23

ooh Is it American? My life is so sheltered Grin .

teejayem · 08/01/2015 16:26

Yeah, American breakfast chain. They're all over the midwest & plains, very cheap and cheerful, and most are 24 hours which was perfect for us when we had all-night shoots.

Fuck I really want some ihop.

Fleurchamp · 08/01/2015 16:30

Never heard of ihop! But was quite partial to a Cracker Barrel in the south - they are a bit like a little chef but completely identical to each other and sold rocking chairs Grin

willywallace · 08/01/2015 16:44

All night shoots? What do you do Tee nosy

Minion · 08/01/2015 16:52

Oh I could totally go for a cheesecake factory and the biscuits from red lobster.
Damn you no longhaul!
