Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 18th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 35th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Min, you tube biological nursing clips, can do wonders for reluctant latchers. Once your milk appears she will realise why it's so important. Don't be afraid to pull her off time after time if she's on wrong.

Well my brother, SIL and nephew were coming to us "be there about lunch time" so we've finished tidying and putting out clean towels etc etc as they're stopping, just had a text saying "just setting off be there in about 2 hours or so"

Ffs. We're making soup for lunch, yes it can be reheated but we've been told now to eat without them. Just annoys me when you've gone to the effort of making something nice. Luckily we have pots to put the excess in and I'll eat it after Christmas when I can't face anything rich!

Just back from midwife. Minipopz is a monster baby. Booked in for a sweep on 8th Jan if I'm still upduffed.

Feel so tired and vommy... got loads to do but so tempted to just go back to bed...

Another Christmas family rage/moan! Just drove 4.5 hours to find they've all gone for brunch - house empty with message to help ourselves to food ie we are to make ourselves lunch. We were meant to be going for lunch all together when we got here.

Pissed off doesn't cover it. I was so mad I cried!

wil yes there is a blanket you can get to help the transition into bed. But Eli sleeps on his tummy and is also way to big for it that's more for newborns

He usually goes down well at night but he was woken several times by the stoopid loud neighbours!

Oh that would make me rage la! Make loads of food and then only eat half. Or, actually, just go out anyway since that's what you have been promised.

Has it always been measuring big popz? Also, naive question, what is a sweep? Is it horrible?

Made my desserts - rum and raisin cheesecake and chocolate cake for fussy BIL. I like neither of these things... Mince pie for me!

BabyPopz was bang on 50th percentile for first couple of measurements but has gradually drifted up over time and now s/he's outside the 90th percentile! To be fair, I was never going to be having a tiddler - DH is a lump haha. Sweep is when the midwife sticks a finger in your cervix to try and detatch the membranes surrounding baby from the cervix... which can stimulate labour Apparently they like to get two in before they schedule induction so would have to have another the week after if no joy. Erk.

Had a two hour nap. Still can't be arsed with the hoovering!

Just popping by to say merry Christmas viroids! The scan went well in that the baby is okay and the right size, there's notches in my uterine cord things though and one isn't working well at all so it's scans every fortnight then weekly later on for me! So far so good though! Will be back probably Boxing Day! Hope everyone is okay and has a fantastic day tomorrow!

Finally finished the wrapping this afternoon. DS has been out for a meal with friends so neither of us are feeling the food vibe - cheese and biscuits for tea tonight! Only thing left to do is find DS' stocking.

I'm not a big fan of chocolate cake either Dulce. I could do naughty things with a rum and raisin cheesecake though

I think I revealed my dislike for cake here before didn't i? I just don't like sponge! I don't eat cake but DH eats enough for both of us. This baby has a chocolate aversion too so making it was tough!

Hate to be a big downer popz but isn't the end stage of pg about the worst time for pate? Not that it's very likely you'd get poisoned I'm sure. Although I ate fish pate at one point because I assumed it would be different from meat which apparently is bollocks and they're all banned.
