Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 14th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 29th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Can I just say:

MY TITS ARE KILLING ME

BothersomeB · 29/10/2014 14:31

Glad to get that off my chest...Grin

laurenamium · 29/10/2014 14:35

Grin Bothersome! Quite literally?

minimooo · 29/10/2014 14:40

haha bother! Grin

Sorry lauren I've not heard of that before. Hope you get hold of your GP soon for some answers...

BothersomeB · 29/10/2014 14:42

I keep grabbing them to try and ease the pain - and that is apparently inappropriate in the work place...even if they are your own. Who knew?

BothersomeB · 29/10/2014 14:43

Yes - literally. There should be an emoticon of a pair of breasts wielding a knife, psycho stylie...

minimooo · 29/10/2014 14:52

oh my god...I've just found a pack of 4 mint cornettos in my freezer! I'm happier than a happy thing on happy steroids! Grin nom nom nom

rm00054 · 29/10/2014 15:03

Me too bother but it's my only symptom so far so I don't really want it to get better just yet!
I've never been large chested and now find they get in the way and hurt ALL THE FLIPPING TIME! The act of putting my foot down while walking causes pain. What madness this!

BothersomeB · 29/10/2014 15:15

I'm with you there RM - I keep catching sight of mine and doing a double take as they stick out further than they should. And then invariable I say to Mr B 'Look at my tits! Look at them! And feel them!'
He doesn't seem to mind much...

laurenamium · 29/10/2014 16:20

Got through to a midwife and she was really lovely! She said that there's a higher risk of still birth and miscarriage after 24 weeks but they scan every 3-4 weeks after 20 weeks to make sure everything is okay and to catch anything going wrong early. She was reassuring and I'm much calmer Smile

teejayem · 29/10/2014 16:20

haha bother yes, mine are still agony, it was one of the things that made me POAS, I got into bed one night and my boobs were red-hot - Mr Tee said he thought they were about to explode. now they just hurt. A Lot! I've bought two new bras in ever expanding sizes since week 6.... and I still seem to overspill... :( I was quite booby in the first place, but they are now ludicrous. Will they ever stop hurting?!
Nearest emoticon BiscuitBiscuit

BothersomeB · 29/10/2014 16:36

Ha! Loving the biscuittits! BiscuitBiscuit - just need to make them a size JJ, add flames and we're onto a winner. Think MN needs/wants a new marketing manager? I do this kind of shit as a job you know....

WigglyBraddins · 29/10/2014 17:09

bother your extract from "what not to eat" had me crying with laughter.

Sorry for th delay in the exercise response. I asked my GP on Monday. She said that the most important thing is to do absolutely no heavy lifting. She said that if I went to the gym/did bootcamp type things she'd tell me to stop them now. Continuing with swimming and yoga is fine according to GP as they're gentle, make me less stressed and I already do them. Swimming may be problematic for me as I do it at work and a bump is hide to conceal in swimwear. Both my yoga teachers now know and have sais no jumping forward and back, I have to step, stuff where you have your legs in lotus with a fold (so there's pressure on your abdomen) need to stop and they've modified all of the closed twists with blocks and different hand positions so they're much more open. So with your boorcamp I'd err on the side of caution and stop. Whether or not you tell the instructor or fein an injury depends on what your instructor is like...what do you reckon?

I'm also paranoidly checking for bleeding as only symptom is still constipation! My tits are killing me too. I deifnitely share your pain there.

tee I'd say it depends what you're after. If you just want nuts and bolts, NHS classes are fine. If you want a group of mummy mates, NCT or other antenatal classes are good. With DS we went to the NHS ones for the facts and I went to Lazy Daisy for learning about breathing and having a bit of time to myself. I'm still in touch with my Lazy Daisy mums so they turned into a fab support network and good friends.

Yay yay yay fresh nice to hear from you again!

Currently watching Lovejoy...yesssssssssssssss.

Hope you're all doing your pelvic floor exercises. TMI warning...but my pelvic floor was so trashed after v long labour and forcepts delivery with DS that I've had urinary incontinence. Thankfully it now only mean running and trampolining were out but it was much worse until I got referred to a gynae physio. Walked into the gynae reception at the hospital and said "I was being seen by the physio, she said I could come back if I ever needed further help, I'm pregnant now and I would like an appointment so she can check I'm still doing all the exercises right and so she can give me any extra advice for pregnancy." Turns out she goes on maternity leave on Monday afternoon! They fitted me in for an appointment at 8.30 on Monday because they had a cancellation. I'm feeling very very lucky that I was able to get that appointment. So the moral of the story is: do your pelvic floor exercises and if you end up pissing yourself insist and hassle your GP until you get a referral to a gynae physio.

WigglyBraddins · 29/10/2014 17:10

Ah, crap grammar, sorry. I mean:

Thankfully it now only means that running and trampolining are out of the question but it was much worse until I got referred to a gynae physio.

RPopz · 29/10/2014 17:26

Titty biscuits!!

Don't worry Min - what an ass I am, sorry! I think they can still change position like daily, until quite near the end. Hopefully s/he won't be transverse for long.

Sorry about the boob pain Bother - that was my first and only noticeable symptom for the first couple of weeks.. spent many a day manhandling myself "just to check" they were still sore!! Blush

Good news on the scan Zyla Smile Babypopz was determined not to have his spine looked at too hehe x

BothersomeB · 29/10/2014 17:41

Thanks for the info wiggly - really useful. I've 'only' had 1 MC and the doc said that the advice after one was to exercise normally but after more than one they'd say take it easy...which makes me wonder why I wouldn't take it easy now rather than encourage another MC so they can give me different advice next time!? Angry

Will be inventing a knee injury over the weekend along with physio advice to take it easy, and quit bootcamp..only bummer is that I'm paid up for another 6 sessions so will lose the cash. Yoga is go, and Mr B's exercise bike that's been gathering dust in the loft is coming down to the living room so I can do biking in front of the TV. I have a friend locally who keeps trying to get me to go 'power walking' with her on Saturdays - I shall now take her up on it. Exercise plan - done.

Tits! Just saying...

Nessalina · 29/10/2014 18:35

Good grief! You talkative bunch! For once I'm not sat on my arse all day reading MN and there's a billion posts! Grin

My mummy came over for the day and we had a lovely productive time! Repainted an old mirror white for the baby's room, and made a start on the wall stickers! They look sooo cool, I love them! I've got to put leaves on the tree yet, but when I have I'll post a piccie! Smile

Midwife this morning, baby's head getting engaged - 2/5 out 3/5 in! Grin Hurrah! Growth good too. She's booked me back in for 41+1 to do a sweep if I haven't popped by then and to look at induction (boooo!). So he's got two weeks to get moving!

Right! Time to catch up... ESSAY ALERT Shock

Pis - did I say congrats on the pink scan already?? If not - woooo!!! GrinThanks

Juni - what an epic! You poor thing Confused Sounds like you did a bloody good job though. Tip taken on the water, I'm a devil for not drinking enough, so I'll have to get DH on water duty for me! Definitely up for some Just Mumming action in the very near future! Grin

Bother - I thanked my lucky stars that I found out the week of Lent that I was upduffed Grin Perfect excuse for giving up the booze! It's not so bad if you usually do spirits & mixers coz you can sneakily switch to just mixer, but hard if you're a wino like moi

Tee - I've already signed on for WoD! The first patch went live this week, but I'm still polishing off the MoP legendary questline - got to do it by Nov 12th or it goes poof Confused If you preorder you get to inst-boost a character to 90! I started a monk just to boost her, but I'm pretty married to my main (my MN namesake, Nessalina the Frost Mage!) so I don't know if I'll get much chance to play her.

Mini - I love a good fireworks do! Totally planning on going to the local display even though it's due date plus one Grin Maybe the noise will get him moving?? Have you had your 12 week scan? No pain/obvious bump is not unusual - I found my growth went in spurts, so I'd have weeks of nothing going on, then some really twingey days. I was massive early though, but someone else on here wasn't very bumpy at all early on, might have been Min? Anything goes tbh, but call your midwife if you're really worried.

Min - are you on mat leave now? Don't worry too much, transverse is not so bad as breech coz only 90 degrees to turn before they're in the right direction! And you've got ages to go yet. Lots of turning time - have you got a birthing ball to bounce on??

Fresh - sounds like a text book first few weeks! I'm jealous of your trip it sounds fab Smile

Zyla - glad the scan went well! Smile

Lauren - that's a bit scary for you Sad I guess it's just an indicator of risk though, so they'll keep a really close eye on you won't they? Lots of regular scans will be reassuring. Dr Goofle is not your friend in these situations!!

Lol @ all the boob issues. It's a nice reassuring symptom even if it is a pain! I'm on my fourth set of bras so far this pregnancy Blush

Wiggly - is 39 weeks too late to start??? Meant to do pelvic floor all the way along but I keep forgetting!! I'm doomed aren't i? Blush

WigglyBraddins · 29/10/2014 19:05

Not at all Ness. It depends on your delivery and your genes! Here's hoping you have a speedy and straightforward delivery then all will be well. And if you don't...all may still be well. And if it isn't...gynae physio is great and they can do a straight forward op to sort you out after you've decided to stop having kids (or before if you're willing to have all the otehrs by C-section). Definitely not the end of the world, just good to be aware of all the different options Smile

ZylaB · 29/10/2014 19:12

ness what did you use to apply the wall stickers? I'm looking for advice before I get started on ours (got to paint the room and leave it a couple of weeks first though!)

WigglyBraddins · 29/10/2014 19:12

Btw...I'm only 6+5 (ish....wtf cycle conception so who knows) and I already feel fat. I weighed myself a week ago and it was normal. How is it that I seem to have a belly and fat thighs and hips now apart from it being half term and me having too many lunches out?

Nessalina · 29/10/2014 19:16

A week is a long time in pregnancy! Grin Plenty of expanding time!
Will try & keep squeezing now and hope that the pelvic floor isn't doomed... I already feel like it's harder to squeeze than it was a few weeks ago!

Zyla - they were so easy! Just used a soft cloth to rub over as I was going, but we didn't get any air bubbles even on the large sections (tree trunks!). I was very impressed. They're 'Decowall' stickers we've got, how about you? They recommend three weeks between painting & sticking btw Smile

ZylaB · 29/10/2014 19:19

They're from wallartdesign on etsy, also got tree and leves! Really looking forward to seeing yours :)

fattycow · 29/10/2014 19:20

I'm doing 50 foo squeezes a day to try and train them!

ZylaB · 29/10/2014 19:21

Waiting to put them up is no prob, I want to paint the nursery and get the furniture where we want it, then put up stickers around it iyswim Grin

Though I really should sort out my study/playroom first, it looks like a bomb went off in it!

ZylaB · 29/10/2014 19:21
