Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 14th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 29th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

RPopz · 26/10/2014 21:05

Well EXACTLY Ness Grin Haha.

Hope you're ok Zyla Brew Thanks x

splodge77 · 26/10/2014 21:18

Welcome fatty! (Feel weird saying that - we're all fatties a round these ere parts... Or soon to be anyway! Ooh rude dreams! I've been having lots - very weird but quite enjoyable tee hee

KatoPotato · 26/10/2014 21:32

Yy to rude dreams!!!

ChatEnOeuf · 27/10/2014 06:49

Our cat never ever tried to jump on DD...didn't get in her cot, pram or playmat. The only time she would get involved was when DD was feeding/sleeping on me.

Ness we had to pick up our car seat (and a changing mat) 'before the baby arrives'...we called into the shop on the way home from the PiLs with me contracting every 5 minutes or so :)

So I'm not officially out: I'm getting scanned next week to work out why after epic amounts of blood loss I'm now getting stronger BFP lines than before it started...DH has helpfully told me to 'get a hold of my uterus' Hmm

Pisghetti · 27/10/2014 07:11

Yay Juni!

Lauren I had a dream where I got pissed, then remembered I shouldn't, then tried lying to cover my tracks Confused

Ness! Tut. You'll have us asking if there's any news hourly soon

Chat crossing all I can that the little one is hanging on in there x

I'm officially halfway wibble

laurenamium · 27/10/2014 07:11

Oh no chat Sad I hope you punched your DP...with a hammer! I hope you find out an underlying cause and it can be sorted quickly Thanks

Minion · 27/10/2014 07:19

chat fingers are all crossed for you. Just a side note, someone friends with my PILs had this, turns out she was pg with multiples and sadly lost one, that's why she bled so much.
She thought. She too was out, until 10 weeks later when she couldn't stop chucking up into a bucket. Did a test, went for a scan expecting to be told 12 weeks and was nearly 4 months or so,,

Nessalina · 27/10/2014 08:44

Good grief Chat, that's a bit exciting! Really really hope you're not out. All fx! or is it gx these days?? Pregnancy is so weird and wonderful I really think anything can happen! How far along would you be at scan?

Hurrah for halfway Pis! Grin

Today is officially a designated lazy day Smile Cup of tea and cereal in bed, then catch up on my book!

OP posts:
ChatEnOeuf · 27/10/2014 08:59

Min, multiples run in our family! And I've previously miscarried twins...

Ness, I really don't know - by dates I'd be 8w but I got a BFP very late after several BFNs so who knows! Depends how fat your fingers are as to whether you keep your fingers or gingers crossed Wink Enjoy the lazy day.

Glad to hear you're home Juni, nothing like your own bed.

HungryHorace · 27/10/2014 11:42

Ooh bugger, Bednest won't buy mine back from me as the offer didn't exist when I got it. :-/

Anybody fancy buying it from me before I try to sell it locally?

ZylaB · 27/10/2014 11:44

Fx the scan goes well chat

I've just had the longest lie in, did have ridiculously low sugars during the night though which knocks me sideways sometimes, so I'm allowed! Feeling better now so off to Costa to have lemon cake and cry if they don't have what I want mwahaha

ZylaB · 27/10/2014 11:45

Hey horace I would have but we ordered a Chicco thingy on fri :(

ZylaB · 27/10/2014 11:48

Anomaly. Scan on wed, I'm bricking it!! Does anyone know if you had a special look at all the chambers of the heart and the flow or not? Cos I know they're meant to do it for diabetics, but didn't know if it was done as a matter of course or not? Just so I know whether to mention it so it gets done iyswim.

Sorry for multiple posts, got a sieve brain at the moment Grin

HungryHorace · 27/10/2014 11:59

Ah, never mind, Zyla. It's a punt anyway! :-)

HungryHorace · 27/10/2014 12:00

They do look closely at the heart as standard, yes.

Good luck. Xx

Pisghetti · 27/10/2014 12:04

Zyla they did do that when I had my anomaly scan with DS but this was years ago obviously. I have my 20week tomorrow so I'll let you know! Hope Costa have ordered in extra lemon cake Smile

Having some MatB1 fun. I need to give it to work before 25 weeks. I'm not seeing the midwife until 26 weeks. I called the GP surgery who suggested calling the maternity unit at the hospital. They first suggested I just pick it up at my 26 week appointment. That's no good as I have to give it to my employer before then! Then suggested I just pop in to the GP surgery on a Thursday when the midwife is there. She's booked up weeks in advance and I don't work anywhere near to the surgery where I can just 'pop in' without needing to take an afternoon off work and since I already have two early finishes for my scan and the dentist this week that's not going to fit any definition of 'reasonable time off'! This is sooo not a big deal and will be very easily dealt with yet I'm getting The Rage about it Hmm

On a lighter note - it is lunchtime! I brought in a baked potato with beans as I trying not to keep spending piddly money on things like lunch as it adds up but I'm gagging for some cheese....

Nessalina · 27/10/2014 12:28

Pis, maybe speak to your HR dept about it? If you've officially informed them of your pregnancy then it might not be a big deal if they don't get the form in right on the dot?

I had the opposite problem with mine, the midwife isn't supposed to issue the MATB1 too soon (I think not before 20 weeks?) but when I went to hand mine in to my HR rep, she'd done it at my 18 week appt, so the date it was dated wouldn't go onto the system because it was 'too soon' Confused She'd done it on something like 8th of the month, so me & the HR rep agreed that it wasn't too much of a problem for me to put a '2' in front of the 8, making it a date the system would accept Blush Pregnancy fraud!!

Ooh lemon cake sounds awesome!!

I'm having a duvet day today. Sudoku & audio books Grin

OP posts:
ZylaB · 27/10/2014 12:32

Lemon cake is yum! Think I can call it a craving and take more home lol?

TheBooMonster · 27/10/2014 12:49

pis do you have a number for the midwife / midwife team / medicom? perhaps phone and leave a message to see if you could drop your notes in to the doctors surgery, she could take a look at them between appointments and then fill out her part of your matB1 form and pop it in your notes so you can pick the whole lot back up again the next day?

FurryScoob · 27/10/2014 13:23

pis I got my Matb1 at my 20 week scan, is there likely to be anyone who can give you it tomorrow?

Fx chat it all sounds hopeful

zyla I've had 3 scans since 20 weeks & heart has been checked at every one.

Any signs of action ness? I'm being a lazy cow on the sofa too!
Spend ages yesterday laying across my ball watching TV, saw the midwife this morning & head is now fully engaged Confused feeling a little bit scared now!

Pisghetti · 27/10/2014 13:33

Quavers have satisfied the cheese urge (no I didn't put them on the potato Wink) I want lemon cake now.... I want to eat ALL the food today.

I checked with HR - they do want it by 25 weeks. I'll ask tomorrow at the scan and see about dropping my notes off for the midwife's clinic on Thursday.

HungryHorace · 27/10/2014 14:36

I've had my MATB1 after my 20 week scan both times, Pis. You'd think they'd be able to manage it for you.
