Just Shagging Grads 14: Join the viroids for scanxiety, Toni Braxtons, & a little less JSing than usual!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 14th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 29th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

how's my viroids?
can you believe that Elijah is almost 4 months old?
I found out exactly a year ago that he was coming and look how time flies...

and you are all upduffed and being preggers - aawww!

wilmabedrock · 08/11/2014 18:14

Hi zing! There are a few of us who could do with getting to the end of these pregnancies at the moment. Hope Elijah is doing well.

laurenamium · 08/11/2014 18:33

Hi zing! Grin I remember the day I spotted your live birthing thread was the day I stopped delurking on the ttc js thread!

Take away night tonight Smile managed to convince health conscious DP that a Chinese can maybe be healthy if he shuts his eyes and pretends its an apple

ZylaB · 08/11/2014 18:40

Hey Zing :)

dulcet its a fairly boring name I think, dulux hint of, so it's called hint of violet :)

ZingOfSeven · 08/11/2014 18:54

laure

really? wow! thanks for telling me!Smile

I'm glad I made giving birth sound so appealing you decided to dive in!Grin Grin

yes he's doing well. so very cute too!

so when is everyone due?

wilmabedrock · 08/11/2014 19:13

Ness is overdue and I think it's Scoob's due date today isn't it? Have we heard from her? Then I think no more until December, although correct me if I'm wrong.

FurryScoob · 08/11/2014 19:35

Hello zing the creator of beautiful unicorns!
Yes I'm due today but nothing rumbling down below, any tips on baby eviction zing?

laurenamium · 08/11/2014 19:51

Happy belated due date furry!!

cookielove · 08/11/2014 20:31

Omg zing I completely forgot you called your lo Elijah! I had my ds early and called him Elijah too! Blush

wilmabedrock · 08/11/2014 20:32

Boo Scoob (am I supposed to call you Furry? Don't know why I use the end of your name). Maybe Ness will be first to drop after all. Are you feeling prepared?

ZingOfSeven · 08/11/2014 21:25

cookie

snap! congratulations on baby Elijah, wonderful news! Smile

how old is he now?

furry

best advice I can give is have a sweep then sex soon after. I swear by that combo

happy due date

Nessalina · 08/11/2014 22:10

Hey Zing!
I was amused by your unicorn doodle thread yesterday Grin

Taking on board the sweep/shag combo - not a sausage yet at 40+4 so I'll try anything!

Happy due date Furry! I think it's Min who's next up in a month or so...

Hellloooo Zing! What a coincidence two JSing Elijah babies Smile

RPopz · 08/11/2014 22:42

Any sign Ness / Furry?

I'm having my first raspberry leaf tea... surprisingly not rank! Shock

FurryScoob · 08/11/2014 23:34

Call me what you like wil I answer to both!

Thanks zing sweeps Monday morning so will go for a long waddle & then try & persuade DP to help when he gets home from work!

Have midwifes set a date for induction ness? Whatever happens we should both be sat here with babies in 2 weeks time.
Then it's minions turn!

Anyone got a nice way of replying to the daily 'any news yet' messages? My friends started texting at 6.30 every bloody morning, I'm running out of polite replies!

RPopz · 08/11/2014 23:42

Well you'd only need to think of one impolite reply and then it'd no longer be an issue Wink

Nessalina · 08/11/2014 23:51

Isn't it just so annoying?? I've said like 12 times 'I promise I'll get in touch when it starts' but it makes no difference! And everyone says it in a really jokey 'ooh, I know I'm being annoying' way, and I'm like 'yes. yes you are' Hmm
MIL is the best. I'm sure she thinks we might have the baby and forget to tell them. tempting
We've not had an induction date yet, sweep is on Weds (41+1) and I think they'll refer me to be booked in for induction, but I won't do it until I hit 42 weeks, just because hospital policy is that I can't have a water birth if I've been induced, but they won't allow it after 42 weeks any way, so after that they can do what they like! Some eejit in the antenatal clinic was like 'oh we don't let you go more than 12 days overdue', and I'm there thinking 'there's no 'let' about it, it's my choice if and when I'm induced, so put that in your pipe and smoke it'. Drives me mad when they act like you don't have a choice about something - it's just medical arrogance.
Oof - rant over!!! Grin

Ha! Too right Popz Grin

OP posts:
Nessalina · 09/11/2014 06:51

Ooh ooh. Might be possibly starting something...
Waves of crampy pain every ten mins or so... Sounds contractiony right? Unless I just need a really big poo!
Quite hungry, but comfy in bed, can't decide if I should try and snooze a bit more or admit defeat and get up!

OP posts:
wilmabedrock · 09/11/2014 06:58

Star jumps Ness, surely that's bound to work Grin .

I think it's because Furry is an adjective, so my brain went for the part which sounds like a noun. Anyway, I would recommend not answering text at all. That way you don't have to be rude but they'll hopefully get the picture. (Or just think you've gone into labour and be even more annoying).

Popz let me know if the tea gives you more Toni Braxtons because I want to avoid that. Was thinking I might take the tablets this time.

Those Rennies did a great job until I woke up at 6am feeling like my ribs are on fire. Clearly need some intravenous supply of them to last through the night.

wilmabedrock · 09/11/2014 07:00

Sorry Ness, x-posted! How exciting!!!!!!! I would say now is the time to both eat and rest helpful.

Nessalina · 09/11/2014 07:02

Until they invent the intravenous version I keep a large supply by the bed just in case Grin Actually woke myself up by vomming a teensy bit into my mouth the other day Confused Have moved up to two big pillows to prevent a repeat. Pregnancy is so damn sexy.

Think I'm doomed for sleeping. Might get up and have a nana.

OP posts:
Nessalina · 09/11/2014 07:05

Ha! I thought your reaction was a bit blasé Grin Bugger star jumps at this time of day!

OP posts:
Minion · 09/11/2014 07:20

Are we eating nanas for breakfast now? What health benefits do our dear beloved grandmothers provide us with? bananas?
I could murder a nana now.
Eeesh ness' this could be it! They say the average is 5 days overdue don't they?
Keep us posted, and oh, yes..get some rest...
Like it's that simple!

C'mon tiny scoob get your arrival on!
Actually don't, cause then it's me....
Stay inside babies, where it's nice and warm and cozy.

popz I don't mind the tea at all! which was odd cause everyone says it's vile. I'm quite enjoying my ritual of tea left till it's nearly cold juice, hour in the bath then bouncing away on my ball.

wil I don't think it's induced the Tonis in me yet, but then again I think I've only had one to begin with... Probably got a lazy uterus.. Great!

In other news... Baby has started hiccuping... I think...

Way down below and quite rhythmic... Does that sound right?
Well cute if it is tho.

ChatEnOeuf · 09/11/2014 07:22

Ooh, Ness I hope this is the start! Good luck, get that yoga ball out! I didn't realised I'd started Blush. Had a bit of backache that woke me up...thought to myself 'ooh isn't it good I've got to 37w before my back started aching'. Then it went away, so I went back to sleep. Then it came back 20 mins later and so I got up and had a paracetamol. After about an hour or so, and with it every ten mins I conceded that this might, indeed, be something a bit more than backache. Four hours later, DD was here :) All those snacks DH bought for a first-timer's long labour were very useful for BFing snacks over the next few days Grin
