Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 14th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 29th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Great news Popz! That's one less thing to worry about Grin

pis, my house is an absolute mess. I feel either sick or very tired, so I have hardly done a thing this past week and a half. I have a bit more energy today, but tackling the kitchen while feeling sick is not a good combo. I keep retching whenever I smell something and the kitchen is a great place for many smells. Ugh!

Pisghetti · 06/11/2014 14:09

Haha my son and I have an issue over the food composting bin at the moment. Normally I tie up the bag and then he takes it outside but I'm having to do it with my eyes closed holding my breath at the moment which makes it a bit more Krypton Factor -ish and he can't help as seeing the contents makes him hurl too!

wilmabedrock · 06/11/2014 14:25

Fab news popz not jealous at all.

You soppy bunch. In fairness i haven't watched it yet but I'm normally hardcore about these things. As long as it's better than that godawful schmaltzy one with the little boy and the box. I liked Charlie Brooker's take on that.

Yes Pis, had to get up for work. So much easier done in summer time.

DulcetMoans · 06/11/2014 14:36

I'm with wil, hard as nails. I watched it, didn't even care! (I did like the penguin though)

teejayem · 06/11/2014 15:08

I had a bit of a stupid and really quite minor thing I'm mortified by accident a couple of years ago and two of my discs were found to be basically totally ruined and in the wrong place, but into the bargain, they found that the root cause was because I also have Spondylolisthesis (basically where my vertebrae haven't fused properly) I had hours of physio to help correct it and prior to ttc an exciting cocktail of painkillers, but now try and manage with pilates and osteopathy. Most of the time it's fine, but I do get the occasional attack of Sciatica which is absolute agony. MW said that I would probably be given access to pain relief & Physio from 20 weeks if I need it as Pregnancy can really aggravate spondy, I probably wouldn't be allowed over my DD and I'd have to meet with an anaesthetist to discuss an epidural because they'd recommend it to manage in labour.
Too scared to watch the JLP advert, Mr Tee and I had a Christmas mini-row last night and we were laughing about something stupid he'd said and then I burst into tears and told him i just wanted to have a nice time and do nice things at Christmas. I am far to histronic prone for the heart strings to be pulled!

BothersomeB · 06/11/2014 17:03

Wil - I Bloody love penguins...also bloody love Charlie Brooker (Mr B has a striking personality resemblance)...are these 2 things allowed to exist simultaneously in the same person or am I a freak? Confused

Will someone tell me to go to bloody yoga tonight and stop worrying that it will do damage? I really really need to de-stress and yoga is good like that, but I'm worried about everything! Hmm

xxx

freshstart4us · 06/11/2014 17:06

Bother. Go to yoga. Wink

freshstart4us · 06/11/2014 17:14

No closed twists though but you knew that already!

Seriously though - if you're worried about it, don't do it. Perhaps some meditative deep breathing could have a similarly relaxing effect, without the stress?

BothersomeB · 06/11/2014 17:18

I was thinking perhaps going home, watching the John Lewis ad on repeat whilst easting the rest of that jar of peanut butter and having a cry might have the same effect Fresh ?

Nessalina · 06/11/2014 17:32

I'm watching emotional movies to see if I can kick start labour. Perhaps just the John Lewis advert will do it! Grin

freshstart4us · 06/11/2014 17:39

Yes Bother, I think you have a winning plan of action there. Grin

FurryScoob · 06/11/2014 17:56

bother you are supposed to do what your body tells you, if it says dont go its for a reason. eat chocolate instead
My body has told me I need christmas dinner so I'm cooking one. Grin I'm a cook & normally cook Xmas dinners from now until January, I don't want to miss out just because I'm on mat leave!

Cymraes17 · 06/11/2014 17:57

Why do they call it morning sickness?
Just been to the kitchen to turn jacket potatoes, and to put in the sasages, and bam off i go to the sink again. Blergh.

ChatEnOeuf · 06/11/2014 18:18

Cym, mine's all day sickness too. Sucks - was the same with DD until about 16w.

Tee that's what I had, except the orthopods elected to fuse it as I had a scoliosis on top (curvy spine), which they also stuck together with mecano operated on. Pilates helps me, as does swimming and long hot baths...I try and avoid painkillers as anything stronger than paracetamol makes me slightly loopy :)

RPopz · 06/11/2014 18:50

Ooh tee that sounds crappy.

Bother - yoga/ Pilates is supposed to be amazing for pregnant ladies Smile But perhaps you need the rest more this evening? This growing humans thing is tiring! Smile

I've no idea why its called bloody morning sickness! Mine was always all day sickness, if anything worse in the evening sickness! Hmm

I want to eat but apparently there is no room in my stomach for food! Angry

wilmabedrock · 06/11/2014 19:16

You can force it in Popz. Then you feel bloody awful for hours afterwards Grin . God I wish my gluttony had an off switch.

Hope you went to yoga Bother. I can never be bothered but it does make me feel better.

Right must go off to watch this video and see what all the penguin fuss is about.

wilmabedrock · 06/11/2014 19:24

I am unmoved. Heart of stone me. I think I prefer these ones: www.thepoke.co.uk/2014/11/06/john-lewis-christmas-penguin-advert-parody/

RPopz · 06/11/2014 19:34

I seem to be fine all morning then get to a point in the afternoon/ evening where I suddenly only have about 3% of my normal lung/ stomach capacity! Confused

BothersomeB · 06/11/2014 20:45

I went to yoga! Was touch and go until I actually got in there though. Gentle class tonight and turns out teacher is 8 weeks too (she had ds after 5 mcs!).
Thanks for the coaching all - have earned lamb stew and last night's apprentice. Smile

Nessalina · 06/11/2014 20:56

Good work Bother, hope it perked you up Smile I've just watched the Apprentice - it's a good one, soooo crConfusedngey!

OP posts:
RPopz · 06/11/2014 21:02

Glad you enjoyed it in the end Bother! I had to miss Lazy Daisy on Tues cos of my anti-flea rampage... Angry

Never got into The Apprentice! Watching Masterchef... waaaay too much chocolate genache... Shock

laurenamium · 06/11/2014 21:27

I've missed all the chatter today while I've been actually doing proper work for a change Grin

Just put the laptop away now but I'm much more caught up on paperwork! only another 3 folders to go

Ill try catch up tomorrow but I might have to just jump back in! Hope everyone is okay!

laurenamium · 06/11/2014 21:41

I just had to take next doors cat next door. It was crying at my front window and scratching and I felt sorry for him...I was convinced it was what I should do until next door opened his door looking puzzled and I announced "your cats confused" and handed him it...then just said "bye" and walked off Confused so now he probably thinks I'm a lunatic...

wilmabedrock · 06/11/2014 21:48

Hahaha Lauren, are you not friends with the neighbours?

I have pregnancy rage so have come to bed before I start getting murderous inclinations. There is noone alive more irritating than Mr Wil right now.

Also my bump is bloody huge. I wonder if I'm having a giant baby or if it's just all the halloween sweets.
