Just Shagging Grads 14: Join the viroids for scanxiety, Toni Braxtons, & a little less JSing than usual!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 14th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 29th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Bother that's brilliant! Ness I went to Pizza Express for a Diavolo on my due date with DD. She wasn't too tardy (only 3 days late in the end, all by herself) so hopefully MiniNess will get a shuffle on soon.

Happy due date Ness. I hope mini Ness gets a wriggle on.

So I saw the gynae physio on Monday who said:

• NICE guidelines are to do pelvic floor exercises (10 x hold in for a count of ten then slowly relax, 10 x contract without holding) three times a day! But she said if you can do it twice a day that's fine.
• No heavy lifting.
• From 20 weeks, no heels over 2.5 inches and wear these shoes

• Buy this DVD and do it throughout pregnancy
• Restart your pelvic floor exercises 24 hours after giving birth (regardless of the delivery method) even if it's just tiny squeezes

Phew, so not much to remember then!

I'm having a grump today because a) I'm tired and over worked b) my jeans are tight c) I keep worrying that my symptoms are fading. Grr grr grr grr grr.

And Popz I had the worst rage when I was pregnant with DS...mostly aimed at colleagues...oh dear. Hope yours subsides soon.

I don't feel very ragey right now,esp in light of the flea situation... I think I just want to cry... it's just one bloody thing after another at the minute. WHAT NEXT!?

Guys! I know too well the special rage just for DH and the tears! Nothing is safe from my tears, and DH is not safe from my rage - especially if it involves eating my snacks or not keeping my curry sauce from last nights Chinese...

DP is being great. Sometimes I get annoyed when I can't get the rage at him.

My friend has offered me a cot (pick up Saturday) and in other news I think I'm buying an iCandy cherry (second hand but seems to be in very good condition)! I had in mind roughly a £500 budget for a pram but this will be £200. Bargain. Save or splurge the difference.....?

I don't really have rage, just a constant underlying sense of being pissed off .

So my bump is killing me. Getting braxton hicks along the bottom and the top just aches like all my muscles have been in a tug of war. This is not making me happy viroids, so I'm joining in with the general grump everyone seems to be in. Come on Ness, give us some news to cheer us up (Or you Scoob).

£75 for those shoes?! That'll be a no. I do pelvic floors about twice a week, that'll have to do.

Ah god, can I join the trumping, I mean grumping, bloody predictive text (tho kind of appropriate!) I feel like shite today, so tired and teary. Work is getting me down, it's raining. Meh, just meh. Hope some nice Ness news comes soon to cheer us all up!!

My rage is largely focused on colleagues and other road users. To be fair, both groups get on my tits at the best of times but my patience levels are at an all time low right now.

Think it's happening for ness? Or perhaps she's just busy having sex on her space hopper...

Bother so sorry to contribute further to the Rage! Here's some non-alcoholic as a peace offering? (However, if you're anything like me when the Rage is on, peace offerings serve only to infuriate me MORE.... LOL)

Feeling a bit better now but only since I ate half a jar of peanut butter with a spoon and had a good cry. Bed time for me I think!

On the topic of shoes, I had something similar to these skechers last time round, bought about 6 pairs of them from around 4 or 5 months and wore them constantly. Highly recommend them and at £30 a lot more sensible!

Bother go the peanut butter with a spoon! Much better than non-alcoholic anything. LOL

Glad you're feeling a bit better. It's definitely a moment-to-moment thing for me just now, not sure if that resonates.

For the record, the 6 pairs of identical shoes were worn over the course of about 18 months! Realise that made NO sense at all...

for the rage viroids, I woke up with the rage but feeling calmer now. DP didn't notice his alarm going off for 15 minutes this morning, I accidentally dropped it on his head in the end. If it happens again alarm will be shoved where the sun don't shine!
