Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 14th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 29th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

What are festive friends??

Nessalina · 04/11/2014 23:13

I'm back! I'm here! I'm NOT in labour Grin Come on you lot, you're the first people I'll tell!

Bother - that's brilliant! I shall be shuffling everywhere freaking people out from here on in. I'm a spice wimp though, so not sure I can do the vindaloo!!

Wiggly - that's a lot to do!! Blush
feels guilty about pelvic floor again...

Poor you Popz - fleas is very bad news! You'll sort them out though right? When our cat had kittens (like 16yrs ago!) they all got fleas and it was the weirdest thing seeing these big old fleas on these tiny kittens! It was quite fun actually, I'd sit with them on my knee poised with a pair of tweezers and a glass of water - picking them off one at a time! It was a challenge!! Grin

Pis - that's great! I'm sure you'll find something baby appropriate to splurge the difference on! Smile

Rage sympathy to all - I'm trying to stay appropriately blessed these days (happiness = oxytocin = contractions. Right??) but I deffo had much rage for most of first & second tri Grin

I've been trying to kick start my oxytocin levels and thusly bring on labour by watching lovely romantic movies with happy endings! Smile Watched Sense & Sensibility last night, While You Were Sleeping tonight! Enchanted is ready to go tomorrow! Grin

Peanut butter lovers - have you tried the new peanut butter cup Ben & Jerrys?! Best. Thing. Ever!!

Are festive friends like animal biscuits? Not your fault dulcet once you start it's impossible to stop eating them buggers!

Space hopper ready & waiting pis
Sweep booked with midwife for Monday so need to get this little monster moving before then!

Nessalina · 04/11/2014 23:54

wilmabedrock · 05/11/2014 03:52

That is a quick sweep. Ooh the race is on ladies, how exciting! (for us).

MiniWil woke me up and now I'm too sore to sleep.

6 pairs of shoes is still quite a lot for 18m, what the heck do you do to them?! Don't think they would stand up to a Scottish winter Grin .

Minion · 05/11/2014 06:01

I'm going to continually stalk this until one of you drops, refresh refresh refresh ( this may get old, fast!)
Good luck you two.
dulcet, festive friends? This sounds like something I should be getting in on...?

Those with rage....ummmmm....errrrr...hugs?
Although if the rage is anything like mine, you'd just want to be left alone, to stew, in the bath, with chocolate...sooooo, here, have a bar or 6

Ewww de-fleaing kittens... I mean, I love kittens but that sounds grim. Not as grim as having to pop anal glands on a dog though. Nearly barfed when my friend told me that...
No wonder I'm a cat person.

I've started on the raspberry leaf tea, quite like it really. Who knows if it's a load of guff but I'm game.
Also pram etc getting delivered today.. Man that's scary!

laurenamium · 05/11/2014 07:09

Morning viroids! Sorry to those that have the rage! I hope today is a less ragey day for you!

Fleas are my worst nightmare popz you have my sympathy!

I definitely felt baby move yesterday, it wasn't wind or anything Grin

DulcetMoans · 05/11/2014 07:38

Yeah, they are Christmas themed animal biscuits like furry said. Box says a portion is 4 which is ridiculous. I did eat it over two days but half was in one sitting yesterday. Then I went to sleep.

Why is raspberry leaf teas meant to help labour, heard it before but not sure of the science.

Minion · 05/11/2014 08:22

It's supposed to tone your uterus so the pushing stage won't be as long., who knows though. I'll give it a go, I've an irrational fear of tearing seeing as though nothing has been near there for a while...Eeek

RPopz · 05/11/2014 08:26

Aw Ness you spoilsport!! I thought we'd wake up to a babyNess!

The race is on... Wink

I'm skiving ill again today... Blush

ChatEnOeuf · 05/11/2014 08:37

One-person study...I used RLT (mixed with fruit juice and chilled) for a couple of weeks, on and off. My labour was pretty swift.

Festive friends sound delicious, no chance four would be a portion though. It's like those enormous bars of chocolate, portion size: three squares. Fuck off.

Those poor kittens, Ness!

BothersomeB · 05/11/2014 09:10

NO HEELS!? No one told me this...NO HEELS!? I look like a fat dwarf without heels... Angry

Was doing so well with the rage until I read this shocking news...

Hope everyone else is feeling less ragey today - sorry if I've infected you all!

xxx

wilmabedrock · 05/11/2014 09:22

Three squares?! I could inhale that without noticing.

I tried RLT to bring on labour - think it's supposed to make your uterus contract (did someone already say that?). Thought it was rank and it didn't work probably had about 2 cups instead of drinking it for a month.

My ribcage feels like it's holding a giant gorilla who is trying to force it's way out.

laurenamium · 05/11/2014 09:31

I still wear heels bothersome! Smile

KatoPotato · 05/11/2014 09:35

Klaxon! LA got a BFP on the js'ers!!!!

laurenamium · 05/11/2014 09:37

Amazing news GrinGrinGrin

freshstart4us · 05/11/2014 09:44

Ah Bother sorry to set you off again, I'm on a roll aren't I? Wink

You can always go with wedges and platforms, preferably rubbery. They'll still give you the required boost but reduce the impact on your pelvic floor. HTH!

freshstart4us · 05/11/2014 09:45

Ah Kato, awesome news for La!!! Everything crossed for her for a lovely, sticky, healthy bean and seeing her here soon, the gal has a magnificent way with words.

HungryHorace · 05/11/2014 09:58

Come on, Ness...your baby needs to share my (rather awesome!) birthday. :-)

Nessalina · 05/11/2014 09:58

Yay for La!! Grin Great news. Aww, it's such a relief when the BFPs follow quickly after a loss.
Now all I need to complete my JSers wish list is Lil to join us before I pop Smile crosses everything

I'll join with the pregnancy rage, unfortunately I'm the type of person who gets so angry and then starts crying, I've never coped well with anger so I just look like a silly weepy pregnant woman now >.> I get lots of "why are you crying, I don't understand why you are crying" and whilst it's ok to snarl something offensive at DH because he's used to it, doing so to a (slightly condescending) nurse or a difficult customer is not so acceptable...

All of my muscles are sore and it feels like someone replaced all my joints with jelly, the hypermobility syndrome is seriously doing for me today tries to resist tramadol just as well DH is home because the idea of having to help DD navigate tumble tots fills me with dread, this is however the worst day ever to need to drag my 2009 Mac desktop to the Apple shop :s

TheBooMonster · 05/11/2014 10:01

Happy birthday horace

Oh no nes you've done it now, you can't say that baby nes is allowed to stay put, waits for the contractions to start

KatoPotato · 05/11/2014 10:04

happy birthday Horace!! X

FurryScoob · 05/11/2014 10:05
