So sorry ohlordy hope you get a sticky bean soon

choccy sending lots of positive vibes you and hoping it is not the worst for you. Xxx

ots · 22/10/2014 19:08

envious i had thrush during the 2ww. I went to the doctors as I had some cannestan from before, but the tube said to speak to a doctor before using during pregnancy. I told the doctor that I might be pregnant and he said it was safe to use cannestan duo during pregnancy. I'm sure if you speak to the pharmacist they will tell you for sure though.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 22/10/2014 19:39

Envious I was plagued with thrush throughout first pregnancy and it was only kept at bay with canestan cream and pessaries. I had thrush a few days ago but just used a bit of cream. Tis gone now thankfully. Honestly perfectly safe. It's just the oral tablet you need to avoid.

GuybrushThreepwoodMP · 22/10/2014 20:31

I'm struggling to keep up at the mo but just wanted to send big hugs to lordy and choccy. Thanks Thanks

pasbeaucoupdegendarme · 22/10/2014 20:42

Ohlordy Hmm Poor you.

And choccy, I hope this one is hanging in there for you!

I've survived my working day, woohoo! My job share and headteacher know now as they knew I was struggling physically and emotionally last week after the bleeding. One of the boys in my class wet himself but refused to admit it - he wasn't visibly wet but he stank!! Not a lot you can do in that situation as if they're saying not you can't exactly strip them... Massive trip into London tomorrow so not much looking forward to a whole day trekking round with the little darlings. I am a joyous teacher at the moment as you can tell!

sparkle17 · 22/10/2014 21:15

A trip to London with the school kids sounds very exhausting indeed. Good luck tomorrow pas

Choccywoccydodah · 22/10/2014 21:25

Hi all, thanks for your wishes.
Well, been a rough panicky day finished off with a lovely bath with ds getting very wet!
Light spotting has turned brown again tonight, so I'm taking that as a good sign. Just hope it stays away now.
I had spotting with ds at 7 weeks for 5 days it seems (I've reread my pregnancy diary). I thought it was only one evening, not over 5 days (only the following mornings though) and that was brown.
So at the moment I'm in limbo land, just hoping if it hangs around it doesn't go red. I suppose we'll just have to see.

Hope the rest of you are ok. Isn't there a scan tomorrow? Grin Exciting times!

Yes, already booked for next Thursday, will be 6+1.
I have blood forms on hand from the dr (I get a batch due to getting pg every try to use as and when). However we are away for 2 days from tomorrow so I can't go in, so earliest is Monday, but then I'd get the results probably Wednesday, so I may as well wait til Thursday. Long week ahead...

I'm keeping everything crossed for you Choccy! And so sorry to Lordy if you are still about xx

I've got a really sore, achy hip. I'm not even 5 weeks yet but I got spd last pregnancy from around 30 weeks and I'm very concerned it might be starting up early! :-/

Fingers crossed its a temporary thing as the relaxin starts it's work...

So sorry lordy and fingers crossed for you choccy and chaos. Flowers

Chookford · 22/10/2014 22:03

choccy glad you are a little calmer now ( as much as you can be at least) hopefully this is just like you had with your ds and its nothing to worry about. I'm sorty if you have said previously but have they found a cause for the recurrent cp's?

Kyz · 22/10/2014 22:05

Evening All!

So sorry ohlordy please take care of yourself, fingers crossed for your sticky bean soon Flowers

I haven't much time to post now but i've been skimming over the last thread (all 20 pages I missed) and the start of this in a bid to update the stats list... Here it is! STATS LIST I think I have everyone on here! There are some ladies at the bottom of the list who I haven't found EDDs for and there might be other info missing for others too but if anyone wants anything adding just let me know :) I have tried to add everything I can find but I'm aware some Edds might have changed or people might have mentioned dc's or appts or ages and i've just not seen them. I'll try and be a better stats keeper from now I promise!

Hey msJ congratulations!!!! :D Lovely to see you on here too!

I am not feeling as nauseous as I was, which does sometimes worry me, but I have back ache now and am still very tired with sore boobs. I am sure the nausea will be back! I seem to either feel hungry and sicky, or full and bloated, but I'm either getting used to it or it's easing off. I am finding it better to eat little and often atm though, definitely.

hope you're still feeling better bubalou?

yes zacherry I am pretty much always hungry, am trying to snack healthily where I can but it doesn't always work :(

choccy hope all is well, I had brown spotting with DS and it was ok. Happened twice in the first trimester for me.

chaos really hope everything is ok

have fun tomorrow pas that sounds exhausting!

Not sure what we're doing tomorrow tbh!

Have booked a 3d/4d scan package and the first one is on DPs birthday, it's called the gender confirmation scan. I'm still not sure if I want to find out yet! What is everyone else thinking of doing?

Tranquilitybaby · 22/10/2014 22:07

Choccy and chaos, I do hope all will be ok with both of you. Finger crossed. Xx

Envious - I had daily salt baths and used natiral yoghurt and it's gone now thankfully. X

Tranquilitybaby · 22/10/2014 22:10

Hi Kyz, thanks for adding me. If you wouldn't mind adding age - 36, 2 dc, EDD 23 June. Early scan at EPU 30/10 x thank you

cuphat · 22/10/2014 22:17

Kyz, we'll be having a gender scan at 16 weeks, like we did with DD. We had a lovely experience, and were so glad that we did it. Finding out the gender was the moment that I really bonded with the baby; not necessarily because she was a girl, but because I knew what she was and I could think of her and refer to her as a she (rather than it). I don't know if that makes sense, it's hard to explain!

AnythingNotEverything · 22/10/2014 22:45

Thanks for adding me to the lost Kyz. Next time I'm on a PC i'll add some details.

Haribo you have much fewer appointments in fewer pregnancies. You said before you'll see the consultant at 16 weeks (you would've seen the mw) then scan at 20 then back to mw at 23/24 weeks. It feels a bit lonely but they leave you alone a bit more!

notsoold · 22/10/2014 22:59

Hi kyz I thought I had edited before but can't find it. Please could you add me ?

Notsoold , 43, DD 20, DS1 15, DS2 1 year. Edd 13th June

Thanks....
I haven't been posting but booked an reassurance scan on Friday at.6.30pm. Still no symptoms so quite a bit worried...

Ohlordy I am so sorry xxxx

Choccy.....fx for you. Xxxx

Thanks for the stats list add Kyz. Very glad (and slightly disbelieving) to be here!

The JuneBugs are very lucky to have Kyz on our team, I was on her previous ante/postnatal group and she is extremely super. Don't defect to the Mayflies Kyz!

MrsKrios · 23/10/2014 06:28

Was in a lot of pain yesterday with cramps so went to the gp. I've got an early scan booked for this morning to rule out ectopic.

So scared Sad.
