I wish my boobs would grow a bit more. They are a bit fuller but i want more. I'm waiting pregnancy fairy can you sort this out please!

Alisvolatpropiis · 01/11/2014 22:11

I would be eternally grateful if mine stayed the same size. I'm a 32D as it is. If they get bigger I'll look like a walking pair of boobs.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 01/11/2014 22:13

Oh yuck I think I'm getting the Lurgy! My glands ache and I've been sneezing as though it's going out of fashion! now whose wishing they booked their flu jab a few weeks agoBlush

MrsExtraOrdinary · 01/11/2014 22:16

Ali I hate to break this to you but before I had ds1 my boobs were also a 32DD, when breast feeding they go all the way up to 32G!!! It's a bit like Dolly Parton with milk on my frame! When I was bf dc4, dc1 9 at the time found my enormous bra and put it over his head! Look mum, your boobs are enormous! His head filled one cup! might just be meBlush

Alisvolatpropiis · 01/11/2014 22:18

Oh fuck Shock

pasbeaucoupdegendarme · 01/11/2014 22:20

Great news about the positive scans Smile

We've just arrived home from staying with my parents. Had to get back today as we have a busy day of commitments lined up for tomorrow. One of which is that it's my weekend for helping with a community lunch for the old folk... A great thing to do and only a few hours every couple of months so usually something I don't mind at all. This month I just want to sleep and/or hurl so I'm not sure how well it will go!!

Feeling very emotional tonight about half term being over. Really don't see how I can teach effectively feeling as shitty as I do Hmm I wish I could just be signed off for a month so I can sleeeeeep!!! I've never felt like this before, it's crazy!!

Pas I know how you feel - I don't know how I'm going to go back on Monday and be enthusiastic and on the ball for another 7 weeks! I wasn't teaching when I had my litle girl, so I've never experienced this before. I should be thinking about new initiatives and everything else but a week of napping sounds much more tempting right now Blush

Bazza2 · 01/11/2014 23:01

My boobs appeared around the bedroom door a while before the rest of me did from the day I got my bfp (it was what made me realise I'd got my dates wrong and was actually a week late). Now at 9+5 I'm feeling like death. My head is killing me and I feel so sick. It just suddenly got much worse just after I'd told the midwife that I was fine. Poor old DP doesn't quite know what to do. Here's hoping it'll get better as suddenly as it got worse.

Emz1989 · 01/11/2014 23:40

Such lovely news you've both had positive scans Phryn and MrsExtra... Lovely picture too! I can't wait for a scan, going to try and hold out for the 12 week but have a feeling I'm going to break and want a private one at about 8/9 weeks! I know dh would love to see baba ASAP!
DH is quite a fan of pregnancy boobs Blush I, however, am fed up with trying to find a bra that fits each morning!! Good excuse to go shopping though I suppose!!
Bazza sorry to hear you're feeling poorly! Hope it passes as quickly as it's arrived for you

Gr33dyeggs · 02/11/2014 00:36

Yay to the scans! Glad all is well :-)

10 weeks today but another 3 + 3 til scan - I agree with the earlier posters that time is dragging!

Been out for a meal with school friends which was lovely. Finding it hard not to say anything, but we agreed to wait until after scan at least and preferably after all results.

Hope you all wake up feeling better and have a good Sunday - not looking forward to work Monday either after a week off with my son for half term.

bubalou · 02/11/2014 08:18

Congratulations on the scans ladies.

Really happy for you. Thanks

Newshoesplease · 02/11/2014 08:55

Marking place! An early scan puts my due date at 12th June. I have hyperemesis so not been able to enjoy the pregnancy much..

MrsExtraOrdinary · 02/11/2014 09:34

Ooo newshoes I'm a day ahead of you! Yesterday's scan moved due date from 13th to 11th june. Although for me that could just mean any time in June as I've only managed 1/5 to be born on edd. Sorry you're feeling so unwell. I'm feeling a tad better today. But haven't embarked on proper meals yet.

Gr33dyeggs · 02/11/2014 10:51

Found some size 14 jeans from post pregnancy with DS tucked away in the wardrobe. Sooooooo comfy now :)

Unfortunately I think my actual maternity clothes are in the loft. Gonna have to get OH up there soon at this rate! Not sure what I'll fit in to for work tomorrow actually. Hoping skirt and baggy jumper with boots will be ok :O

gakay · 02/11/2014 11:49

Am so happy to hear both both of your positive scans, phryn and MrsE. Mine is tomorrow afternoon. Not feeling positive at all. Still no signs of preg. How I wish I could feel a bit sick. Have spent all day yesterday crying in preparation for any bad news.

Oh gakay I really hope it's good news for you. I hope I didn't seem insensitive. X

MrsE I'm glad to have found this thread! There's something about people being due near you that makes me feel a bit more optimistic.

Emz1989 · 02/11/2014 13:23

Thinking of you tomorrow gakay. I'm in hospital with dh today, he's broken and dislocated his finger playing football yesterday! He obviously thought I wouldn't be seeing enough medics and hospitals over the next few months!! Confused Not impressed with him but these things happen I guess! I'm definitely hormonal... I cried as the doctors manipulated it this morning - must get a grip!!

Chookford · 02/11/2014 13:27

gakay will be thinking of you tomorrow welcome and congrats newshoes

My boobs are just a joke I'm a 32G normally and I'm already spilling out of those when I breastfeed my dd I went up to an 34J!!!! It was just obscene so I'm preparing for this to be the same! They are just so heavy and full I don't know what to do with them!!

ots · 02/11/2014 15:41

I'm apologising in advance as this post is really tmi.

When I went to the toilet just now, there was a thick 'snotty' lump of discharge on the tissue. Has anyone else had this? It reminded me of the plug that you lose in the last few days of pregnancy, although wasn't bloody at all. It's worried me now that it was actually my plug and I'm going to MC :(

Any advice ladies?

AnythingNotEverything · 02/11/2014 15:44

TMI post.

I wasn't going to post about this, but as you've asked, I've had lots of plug like snotty mucous discharge. No scan yet but no bleeding or cramping either so assuming all is well.

Gr33dyeggs · 02/11/2014 15:47

Hi ots. Increased discharge is normal during pregnancy. Providing it doesn't smell offensive or is an odd colour, I don't believe it's anything to worry about.

Gakay, I really hope tomorrow is good news and reassures you.

ots · 02/11/2014 15:50

Its just because of the snotty texture why I worried. I've had extra discharge the whole time but not like this. It was only the once though (so far).
I'm hoping the same anything, that if it was anything to worry about it would be accompanied by bleeding or cramps.

cuphat · 02/11/2014 15:53

Increased discharge is normal. I find it reassuring!

Hope your scan goes well tomorrow, gakay.
