Ewwwwwww I dont ever want that image of my boss little

tannyLoo · 11/11/2014 18:46

Brilliant! Love the non-goss!

I have some famous-ish acquaintances, mostly Bristol triphop types, but I've never seen any of them in their PJs or scratching their balls!

We did support someone once who was the son of a very famous cereal killer. Not a well man as you can imagine...

TinyTear · 11/11/2014 18:58

Ewww little, pass the brain bleach

That was my first thought, glad I might have got it right ;-)

I did used to know some people from bands in Portugal but no one really famous on proper speaking terms

That isn't even my worst live in nanny moment that award would go to the time one of my dad bosses got pissed and got into my tiny single bed with me whilst I was naked. I was in a really heavy sleep so he must have been in with me for a while. Blush

strikes nanny off desirable career list

Morning all :)
How are we doing today?
Any appointments this week?

LondonSuperTrooper · 12/11/2014 08:21

Morning all.

Shetland I have my 16 week midwife appointment tomorrow and my FMC scan on Saturday...... then nothing till December.

I'm actually quite worried. I haven't felt any movements (had a few flutters last week but nothing since then) and apart from severe fatigue and heartburn I feel relatively normal. I hope that Bunny is still hanging in there. Tomorrow can't come soon enough for me!

lila35 · 12/11/2014 10:18

Morning morning!!

I have a scan tomorrow, I am terrified that something bad has happened, I think I have been feeling movement but its very erratic and I can't be sure I'm not imagining it...

I hope you get to hear the hb London, my mw was clear from the beginning that she doesn't listen for the hb till 25 weeks, thankfully I had an obstetricians appointment and heard the hb there, she said if she couldn't find it she could scan me again.

Babie good luck with your scan today.

TinyTear · 12/11/2014 11:38

Birth options clinic today... DD seems better, no temp and is running around so I might take her to nursery on my way to hospital for a couple of hours.

Good luck everyone with scans today and this week.

I also have very intermittent movements and I think last time they were the same. (Even after about 22 weeks when they were proper kicks she still would have busy days and then quiet days.)

Smiling -you really have me intrigued by who you work for. Asked dh and he had an idea but they are very high profile today. I am rubbish with politicians.

Laughing at the nanny horror stories!

Tiny - glad dd is on the mend and hope the hospital goes well.

I survived my day trip but was knackered when I got home. Also, suffering from missing a day in the office.

lig think politician that is hated more than all the others.

I had bosses once who went away for 2 days and returned 2 weeks later, no phone call just a couple of postcards to the children who hadnt even noticed their parents were away Sad I didnt know whether to phone ss or not, in the end I spoke to grandparents who assured me they were coming back but fancied a little holiday without the kids Angry I handed my notice in the day they returned, I still wonder how those poor little girls are now.

Shetland · 12/11/2014 12:23

Good luck babie

I only have very faint possible movements too - I want some proper kicks, just for the reassurance.

London I was feeling regular movement a while back but now not so much and scans have shown a happy baby. I'm thinking its because as my uterus has risen the baby is now higher up with more space to move. And fat to hide behind. Blush

Tiny glad the little one is on the mend.

Babies & Lila I hope the scans go well.

As for me the throb pain it is back and worrying me I just have to hold out till Monday for my scan.
I had a bit of a go at DH not getting why I get stressed out when he's all over the country for work or let's someone else take the van. He thinks a perfectly ok solution is that one of the two other guys could always drive me.
I did point out that I wouldn't feel comfortable pulling down my knickers to deliver our baby in front of them or even just a plain old hemorage.
If I call an ambulance they won't take me to the city hospital because its too far. I won't go to the other hospital if there is a chance the baby may survive.

It's my own fault I knew he was autistic and a work-a-holic when I married him.

TinyTear · 12/11/2014 13:16

Hats off to sahm... DD is perky and I am shattered!!!! Will take her to nursery for the afternoon

TinyTear · 12/11/2014 15:43

My poor puppy (DD). Dropped her all all happy at the nursery and she asks me for breakfast!! She is so used to arrive there and have her cereal. Awwwwww

On other news, heard newbie's heart beat again Grin
And if I want a section, which I do, is now on my file I just need to ask my consultant to book it when I am 36 weeks
