Just Shagging Grads thread No.13 for upduffed viroids!

Nessalina · 06/10/2014 07:46

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 13th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed! Grin

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 29th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy! Grin

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids! Smile

They keep offering me a room with the caveat that I will have to move if someone needs it.

On balance, I would prefer not to be trying to move three giant bags, a baby and myself post-section in the middle of the night at the drop of a hat! Talk about giving to take away!

MrJ's dad is a prick. Just invented a really shit reason not to come visit us. Knob!!! He's pretty upset considering he doesn't really do emotions. grrrrrr

JuniDD · 23/10/2014 12:39

haha splodge, so much crying here too! And ranting about doctors. My my mum is the worst, her normal volume is shouting and I keep coming back from the toilet to her broadcasting to the room. Shock Angry

Couldn't get out if bed this morning at fuck o clock so they were treated to a meltdown about that. Grin Grin

FurryScoob · 23/10/2014 13:01

Sounds like you'll be a lot better off at home juni why are they trying to find something wrong?

Just been for a scan, baby's fine & weight 6lb 9oz at the moment, need to get her out before she gets much bigger! I was told by community midwife to stop taking my aspirin at 37 weeks as my BP has been fine all way through pregnancy, they have decided today at hosital I should take it again until I go In to labour not because I need it but because its the new hospital policy. Not happy & no way I'm risking a c section with aspirin in my system.

JuniDD · 23/10/2014 13:11

No idea what these doctors are on!

BTW I don't speak to the other women. Am v anti-social too!

Cymraes17 · 23/10/2014 13:27

Hello. May I join you? Have been a lurking for a while, and find myself checking for updates v.often!
I'm currently upduffed with DC4 (crazy woman) at about 7weeks ish!
DC1 is 5, DC2 is 3 and DC3 20 months.
Have a 'normal' life, work, play and sleep!

Nessalina · 23/10/2014 13:49

Good grief Juni, it doesn't sound like you're having a very relaxing time! Confused
They offer private rooms at a cost at our hospital, it's tempting to go for it, but they boot you our for emergencies!

Good to meet you Cym - when are you due? Smile

Cymraes17 · 23/10/2014 14:01

Thank you Ness
Due about June 13 , booking with midwife next week.
You haven't got long to go I see.

TabbyTurmoil · 23/10/2014 14:02

Welcome cym

boo your work sounds toxic :( you might already know this but any sickness related to pregnancy does not count towards disciplinary / performance management and it should be recorded separately. So if any of your absence so far was related to the pregnancy then it won't count towards the disciplinary trigger.

I am struggling to shake off a cold - feel post-viral and completely shattered :/

TabbyTurmoil · 23/10/2014 14:08

juni what a mare - hope you bust out of there before too long. I didn't have you down as especially posh raises eyebrow, updates notes ;)

laurenamium · 23/10/2014 14:39

Oh Juni that sounds awful! Definitely break out!

My DD is 25th April now, they keep pushing me forward...

I've resigned myself to the fact that we won't be moving house before the baby comes...so I've got 6 months to get this house clutter free and get bits of DIY done. I've told DP I want the garden nice too Grin no idea why really!

Fully hopefully! updated stats below Grin

Midwife had cold hands and pointy fingers today! Shock Baby is a fraction oblique with head not quite engaged... Bum is under my right hand ribs and head is by left hip. Time to get bouncing on that ball, I think he's altogether too comfortable in there! Confused

OP posts:
Nessalina · 23/10/2014 14:46

(Ignore the date at the top of the stats! I was recording born babies by numbers of weeks then realised that was complicated so went back to get DOBs instead - they don't change each week!) Grin

teejayem · 23/10/2014 15:19

oooh ness cold and pointy doesn't sound pleasant!
Hi cym waves

2.5 hours at work left... trying to keep busy, MS seems to have flipped into afternoon today (Knew I shouldn't have been so smug about not feeling as hurrrgh today) so I'm sipping lemonade and trying to contain my hastily scoffed lunch. whhhhhy!!!

Pisghetti · 23/10/2014 15:32

That's a long day Tee and rubbish on feeling so pants!

I brought a multipack of quaver type crisps and granola bars into work to stop that mid-afternoon ImightpassoutImsohungry feeling but having to resist the urge to eat them just because they are there #greedymoo

Ness I think you might make it to the next thread!

Hi Cym

laurenamium · 23/10/2014 16:00

Hi cym Smile

It's DDs Halloween disco at school today. In my wisdom I decided I would darken her eyes with make up to make her look more witch like. And now she looks like I've beaten her up and she won't let me take it off Confused ill go on desktop site and get a picture of it on. SS will be visiting Confused

Pisghetti · 23/10/2014 16:17

Hahaha Lauren !! Don't worry it looks more like witchy makeup than having been beaten up Smile hope she has a fab time!

RPopz · 23/10/2014 16:31

What a pain Juni! Glad mini J is cracking on though Smile Why are they trying to find something wrong with you!? I also did not have you down as a posh bird Wink

Poor Mr J - has his Dad visited at all yet? Parents are a funny breed. My dad doesn't even know I'm pregnant he speaks to us so rarely...

You turned him once Ness you can turn him again Wink

Welcome cym Smile

Sooooooo don't want to work til 8pm Sad Sad Angry

RPopz · 23/10/2014 16:32

Incidentally I feel about 500% more pregnant today than I did yesterday! People have been commenting all day how big I am.... How is this possible!? Hmm

teejayem · 23/10/2014 16:55

Just tell them that you're 500% more awesome popz, that'll shut them up...
Love her outfit lauren :)

wilmabedrock · 23/10/2014 19:17

Ness you love your lists Grin

Hi Cym.

Finally home. V depressing driving both to and from work in darkness. Am collapsed on the sofa.

wilmabedrock · 23/10/2014 19:24

So Juni, are you posh or just in comparison to your room mate? Wink Anyone else have a title or stately home they want to share with the group?

HungryHorace · 23/10/2014 19:26

Sorry, I've not read everything.

Cookie, that's what DS was like with his silent reflux. Coughing / gurgling / spluttering / constantly arm-waving in bed.

He's much better with the medication / new milk (now he's started to eat it properly; it's rank).

Nessalina · 23/10/2014 19:33

I do love a list Grin I'm trying to keep order in my life whilst it's still possible!

Just had a proper pregnant first world problem - birthing ball had rolled in front of telly so I couldn't change the channel on the Sky box! Shock Had to wail to get DH to move it, hehe. I'm currently taking advantage of Sky Movies whilst it's still here - had to cancel it as an unnecessary extravagance whilst on mat leave Sad

Sympathies to all those in work today - we need to get some mat leave countdowns on the go! Grin

Loving the witchy make up!!
