oh im glad you phoned and they have give you an early scan jazzy, apparently the nurse also said some stabby pains could have something to do with the bowels and hormones slowing it down so they can really cause havoc and create alot of pain etc, so hopefully it will be something relatively simple but as long as you get your mind put at rest thats the main thing!

welcome to speedbird and spacebound congrats, fancy your coil going missing?

Spaceboundeminem · 22/09/2014 16:33

It's funny but I'm shocked yet I already feel excited at the prospect of another baby. I seem to be worrying about the small things though such as I have a tattoo designed on my back with three dc names and cannot add a fourth. So will have to add it elsewhere Hmm

Another worry is if it's a girl I used up all the girls names I like Hmm (two dds one DS).

Yet I should be worried as I had severe spd in previous pg but I'm not its weird. It's like I am just worrying over trivial things.

2preteendramaqueens · 22/09/2014 17:03

Hi all congratulations to the newbies iv been hugging the toilet all weekend and iv had enough now the anti sickness tablets are no good and I'm not keeping anything down iv tried all the old wife tales for ms but nothing works this baby don't even like water Sad im just so tied I feel really down too

Gingerbreadlady1 · 22/09/2014 17:06

Hi everyone, I'm also worrying at not feeling remotely pregnant at 5wk4 days. Think we're gonna book an early scan next week for hopefully some peace of mind. Sorry for all those suffering, also, most weirdly, a little jealous. Yes, I am a freak!

Catnap1 · 22/09/2014 17:07

Hi all, so sorry for losses take as much time as you need I had 2 weeks off work with both of my miscarriages.
I'm really wishing this week away, 8 week scan next Tuesday just want to know everything's ok. If all is will we defiantly see a heartbeat? I am feeling different this time far more tired and nauseous I'm hoping these are positives.

Yay tori, congratulations.. I just read your post on sept bus but i'll wish you well on here. Ru still holding off telling dh?
I know exactly how u feel re pregnant after mmc, took me 8 cycles post mmc to conceive this time.
Your right.. Celebrate, raise a glass of Non alcoholic fizz.. Today you are pregnant Wink

BB01 · 22/09/2014 19:11

2preteend that sounds awful, have you been back to the GP? There are different options for anti nausea tablets I think. They might need ru check you're not too dehydrated

Space, you're not alone with having more trivial worries. I spent about an hour earlier mentally debating whether we'll need to get a double buggy

Mitchey and slightlyconfused - I'm now 5 weeks and don't feel pregnant at all either. I have some very mild cramps more like mid cycles reminders than anything else. It's my first and I know emotionally I'd feel better if I was sick but I'm trying not to wish for it because I hate feeling sick and I'm not sure how I'll cope if it comes.
Really feeling for all of you that are sick. Hope you feel better soon.

slightlyconfused85 · 22/09/2014 19:42

2preteen I had this with my first pregnancy. Go back to the GP - there are other anti nausea medicines and it's important that you don't get dehydrated. I found home-made ice lollies with the tiniest amount of squash to flavour possible to keep down for longer therefore avoiding dehydration.

Justyouwaitandsee · 22/09/2014 19:49

Hi everyone, I'm 8 weeks today and have my first midwife appt on Weds. Still feeling sick. Seem to have one good day, one bad day at the moment...

HariboBrenshnio · 22/09/2014 19:56

No sickness or pregnancy symptoms here other than some heart burn in the night last night. It was the 6 week mark that knocked me last time.

BB01 i've also been debating the double buggy. DS will be 20 months when this baby is born. I was wondering if a sling would work for a few months and then DS will hopefully be walking well or be happy with a buggy board. He's been walking since 10 months but he's not great outside for long yet. Decisions Decisions!

Hi newbies! Congratulations :)

2preetend it sounds like your having an awful time, i really think you should go back to the docs.

Jazzy i'm glad your getting an early scan and it's comforting to know that they will give you one if you have concerns.

BB01 · 22/09/2014 19:58

Thanks Space, I've heard good things about the one in the past.

It is a dilemma Haribo! Ideally I'd like the option of one but also a buggy board. So might just get a cheap second hand one. Will prob use sling for new baby at first as long as they like it. DD still doesn't like her buggy now but might not always be practical for her to walk, or ride on the buggy board

2preteendramaqueens · 22/09/2014 20:05

I'm going to try and get a gp appointment tomorrow , I have made a app to see community mw on thurs ,

Kyz · 22/09/2014 20:51

Evening ladies :) Thanks for having me here :) Today has been one of those days where I haven't even had time to think about being pregnant. I've got a stonking headache too which is just not very fair :(

thisisrock charming!! Thats something you want to hear! It's a worrying enough time imo

fx you wont get HG again tits

aw bet it was lovely having that scan sunshine :)

i'm not feeling pregnant either really mitchey, nothing concrete, i've felt very bloated and had the funny taste in my mouth. I am only 3+3 from my calculations, so very early stuff still though. I started feeling sick from about 6 weeks iirc with DS. I'm trying to keep a sensible head on and say 'what will be will be' but I know i'll be devastated if anything goes wrong. Am keeping positive and enjoying being pregnant again :)

big welcome to the newbies :)

space i've had trivial worries too, and then some bigger ones! I'm a natural worrier unfortunately

hope you get something else that works 2preteen that doesnt sound fun at all :(

CostaLotta · 22/09/2014 20:53

I was a Nov '12er too Kyz and Tits although DS came 2 weeks early so was an October baby! I was under a different name on the threads though. Nice to see you both here.

Is anyone too big for their normal clothes yet?? I have serious bloat, I remember it with DS but not this bad, I look about 4 months pg!

CostaLotta · 22/09/2014 20:55

2preteen echoing everyone else who says go back to your GP and ask for more medication. Hope you feel better soon

jazzyjenbo · 22/09/2014 21:05

Tori, my dh said exactly the same.. 'I knew u were coz of your bad mood'.. To b fair i have been very snappy. When i was pregnant with ds i had horrendous headaches, i was given cocodemol from the gp... It worked a treat.
My ds was 21 mths when dd arrived. I have a jane powertwin tandem buggy, it is fantastic as i could hav ds sat in front and carseat on the back, there is a buggy board that attaches aswell.
I'm a childminder so hav gone through a fair few buggies, that one is by far my fav (i currently own 5 buggies 2 single, 2 double and a triple!)

Spaceboundeminem · 22/09/2014 21:06

You would think I know this being on my fifth pg but is indigestion a symptom of early pg? Because I've suffered terribly the last few days.
