Thanks everyone. Just spoke to my GP who's going to do HCG blood tests tomorrow and friday but she was pretty certain I'll miscarry.

Thanks so much to you all for the support, I think I'm going to jump off the board for a few days but I'll come back next week and let you know how I go.

Charlie I am so sorry you are going through this. I'm crossing everything that things can still work out ok. I hope this week isn't too hard without DH xx

So so sorry charlie hope it all works out for you. Have been there so I know what you are going through.

My one regret when I went thru it was reading up on what to expect...... My mc was so much easier than what I read but I was really dreading how it was going to be. Turned out no worse than a slightly heavy period (thank god)

Emotionally was another story of course - please do make sure you ask for as much help as you need.

Butterpuff keeping my fingers crossed that my pregnancy isn't as nightmarish as those who described it in that thread. I am still worried about the repeated comments about UTIs. I'm not a good patient when uncomfortable ... I am freaking miserable!! Raising my orange juice glass to toast to a happy pregnancy and NOTHING like what those ladies have experienced.

Oliveobsessed Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to make myself one tonight and see how it goes. Peppermint tea was my staple tea every morning prior to this pregnancy, but got turned off by the taste. I'll give it another go, maybe add some honey to sweeten it.

The incessant nausea probably should have been a clue - much worse than with DD. She's the only other one in the family and has no idea what's about to hit her . I have no idea what I'm thinking!

Both are measuring 5+6 with is a few days smaller than I thought but I've never been especially regular so could easily be out with dates.
