Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 10th grads thread...celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed Grin

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

There is a stats thread here but its a zombie thread so enter at your own risk....... eeeeek

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 26th outing!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal here once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a secret facebook group, if you want to join, Pm me!

So, roll call below please, viroids! Smile

Ooh congrats Luna! Smile How exciting!
It's been quiet on the JSer front lately!

Minion · 07/08/2014 10:12

Brilliant news luna, I was wondering who our next JSer would be! Yaya!

Oh yes there's much embarrassment to be had by not having a bacteria free sex swing. Almost as awful as having no cakes in when visitors visit...
Almost.

Reminds me..(not the germ riddled sex swing) but Luna joining us, must go catch up on the JSers x

littleluna89 · 07/08/2014 10:17

he he, I'm definitely sex swing free, the in laws pop round far too often for that to be safe!

However I was a bit suspicious of my new found love obsession of baking, we have piles of cakes and sweets (my new favourite thing being coconut ice which takes about 10 mins to make!) that I'm feasting on and slowly making myself feel more and more sick and more likely to just die from a diabetic coma

Pisghetti · 07/08/2014 10:36

Make sure you have some smelling salts to hand if you head to see the JSers - they're horny buggers at the moment!

wilmabedrock · 07/08/2014 12:36

Haha they really are pis! Hi Luna, welcome.

Spent the morning at a&e with the toddler. Thankfully all fine but pretty scary.

ZylaB · 07/08/2014 12:54

minion so glad it's not just me! I was beginning to feel like a freak! ;)

Congrats and welcome luna :)

JuniDD · 07/08/2014 14:04

ooh, sorry about smallest-wil, glad she's ok. Have a good sit down this afternoon.

Welcome luna

Having one of those days where you need the loo every 15 mins. Makes a lunchbreak in town rather challenging, couldn't get to the bank as it was too far from where I got my sandwich. I'd usually storm up and back in 5 mins!

ZylaB · 07/08/2014 15:43

Glad the little one's ok wil!

cookielove · 07/08/2014 18:08

Hello luna

wil what happened to your lo? glad to hear she is ok!

Hmmm a sex seat while I am sure would be entertaining, would probably not be the best purchase!

Got another midwife appointment tomorrow, to check blood pressure and urine dip, fx every body it will be ok. And if I don't get sent back to hospital I will popping over to Ikea!!

Also my boss let me know that I have 3 weeks and 4 days time owed to me so will leave a bit earlier for maternity leave.

Oooh another thing, my back has been really painful today, So my lovely mum popped out to get me a bump band and the pain has gone!!

Congratulations Luna! Need to go check the jsers to get the full story haha! xx

FurryScoob · 07/08/2014 18:22

Congratulations luna

Hope mini wils ok wil
Good luck tomorrow cookie mabey tomorrow's your lucky sofa day although a sex swing would be a new way of rocking the baby to sleep!

Room of shit is now totally empty & I've seen the floor for the first time in 5 years! Decorating the nursery seemed ages away when we got the BFP can't believe we're doing it tomorrow, it's all starting to feel a bit real!

wilmabedrock · 07/08/2014 19:19

Good work scoob! I got halfway through emptying mine the other day and then gave up.

Rocking a baby to sleep on a sex swing is SO wrong!Grin

MiniWil fell down a full flight of stairs. It was awful but we were very lucky. Although we need to check on her every 2 hours during the night so that'll be fun.

Nessalina · 07/08/2014 19:33

Oh good grief Wil, how terrifying for you!! Shock Really glad she's ok!

Pisghetti · 08/08/2014 08:37

Oh no poor MiniWil! Hope she was ok through the night Sad

Hope you managed to get to IKEA Cookie

My MW appointment was a bit of a waste of time. It turned out I was having a pre-booking visit which was no more than 10 minutes of name, are you taking folic acid and being given a bundle of forms and adverts to take away. She then made an appointment for my booking in visit at the hospital but I'm on holiday for two weeks so I'll be 11 weeks by then. I don't need to see the MW again until 16 weeks - with DS I had fortnightly visits. Is that just for first pregnancies or have they changed the way they do things now?

ZylaB · 08/08/2014 09:12

I dunno pis sorry! most of my stuff is done at the hospital, so I think my community mw appointments will be a bit superfluous! though it'll be nice to meet them for after the birth! I've got my first one next week so I'll let you know what it is, though I've already had my bloods etc done at the hospital :)

ZylaB · 08/08/2014 09:13

cookie have you found the elusive sofa yet? Fx for it!

cookielove · 08/08/2014 09:29

pis I didn't see "my" community midwife till i was 16 weeks. First midwife appointment was my booking in at hospital, which funnily enough was the same midwife who booked me into triage on Wednesday and she remembered me. Which is more than I can say for "my" community midwife who I have been seeing more frequently due to the blood pressure issues each time I have to update her on whats happening! If it's her that is, usually she is om holiday :)

To be fair I am glad I am seeing anyone these days!

Ok countdown to appointment. Its at 10.30 fx I get to ikea!

Have you lot heard about the hurricane Shock
Meant to be going to a wedding tomorrow hope it is ok!

Also I am planning on wearing the dress I wore as a grooms lady for my brother's wedding to this one, do you think it will be to bridesmaidy or I can get away with it!

wilmabedrock · 08/08/2014 09:30

Yeah it's pretty normal. After booking appointment (which takes about half the time if it isn't first baby), you will get scan and clinic appointment after scan. Then I think it might be every 4 weeks, so 16wk, 20wk scan etc. Plus you'll probably end up with some extra near the end. I'm always totally disappointed by them, nothing much happens -but I guess that means no complications so I should be pleased.

MiniWil was fine through the night apart from being disturbed by the continuous opening of her door. I couldn't really get much sleep past 3am though so am knackered.

Ok I have a horrible new symptom (or could be unrelated to pg). But keep waking up with a horrible taste in my mouth, like I have eaten a whole block of cheese the night before. And I presume I have accompanied 'cheesy' morning breath, but am brushing my teeth before Mr Wil gets the chance to find out. Anyone?

wilmabedrock · 08/08/2014 09:33

Very pregnant people can wear what they like in my book cookie! Good luck with appointment.

wilmabedrock · 08/08/2014 09:34

Also, our weather forecast for tomorrow is lovely. Smile

cookielove · 08/08/2014 09:38

this Is the dress

Pisghetti · 08/08/2014 09:45

That's lovely Cookie ! I have a wedding on the bank holiday weekend that I'm planning to wear a BM dress to but I'm getting worried it won't fit as I am definitely growing - and not in a good way. 'D'S said yesterday I bet you'll be glad when you can tell people so they'll know you're not just getting fat....

Glad to hear MiniWil is ok! Mmmm cheese... misses point

Yes I have heard all about the hurricane as I am camping for the next fortnight. FML.

wilmabedrock · 08/08/2014 09:50

Oh no pis! Think we've to get the worst weather on Sunday but it really just says 'heavy rain', no warnings or anything. Where are you camping?

Dress is lovely cookie and not too 'bridal party' at all.

Nessalina · 08/08/2014 09:58

Hurricane?! Nope, missed that! I shall be very much indoors Smile

Dress is fab cookie, and totally wedding suitable. You'd be unlucky for the bridesmaids to be wearing that colour, and you certainly won't be the only one in the congregation!

Pisghetti · 08/08/2014 10:09

Devon this weekend. It's showing downpours and thunder on Sunday Shock we're not terribly far from DP's parents (in fact we're staying with them on Monday night) so I may petition for an earlier visit. We do have some indoor activities planned but also a BBQ on Sunday! Not going to happen. The rest of the time we're in North Wales which is also showing continuous rain forever.... bleurgh Sad I'd be happy to stay at home and just save money and chill out for a couple of weeks after Devon. We haven't booked anything yet.....
