Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

We've done it a few times with no issues but I'm in bed so early these days it's hardly on the agenda!! Any qualms DH may have about baby weirdness seem to be alleviated by the current size of my boobs haha! I know plenty of people who never had sex at all during pg (Shock ) so if that's what works for you both I wouldn't worry.

15+4

cheshirem2b · 16/07/2014 11:19

Re dtd... we are away this weekend so who knows! ;-) not dtd since pg as both a bit worried but we'll see!
15+6 today!

Keepontrudging · 16/07/2014 14:04

Hey ladies. How are well all.

Dtd is the only exercise sexercise I do ... So I do do it a lot. We are careful though. I had a bleed in my last pregnancy after Dtd, so I am always careful now. I think it's a fab way to relax and feel good about yourself and feel close to dh. I know I am in the minority though! I doubt I will feel this when I am 30+ weeks. If you enjoy it though go for it! Plus sex when pregnant feels amazing- it's a scientific fact that I won't go into as I have already said too much!

Keepontrudging · 16/07/2014 14:11

Mad- glad your wee one Is ok. Poor thing!

Mighty- hope all works out ok.

Re Dtd- just want to add, after post- coital bleed in last pregnancy I was assured it is common (due to changes in cervix) and sex is safe and fine just so long as it's not too full on! Common sense I guess. Just wanted to add that Incase any one worries but what I wrote.

Any one else having leaky breasts ? I couldn't quite believe my nipples are a little leaky today! From the dates given at my 3 scans I'm 15+4 or 16 (I'm going with the 15+4 as it was quoted twice the 16 only one) But isn't this a little early? I'm sure I was at least 20 weeks plus before I had any colostrum leakage. Confused

ViviPru · 16/07/2014 14:50

Not leaky but sore, irritated, tickly. And only the right one Confused

15+6

Keepontrudging · 16/07/2014 14:56

Not leaky kate. As vivi said though, mine are majorly sore and very, very big humongous

Saraswati · 16/07/2014 14:57

mummyk I had some weird white greasy residue on one of my nipples the other day when i took off my bra, its happened a couple of times now. Also my boobs have grown so much over the last couple weeks after not doing much in the first 12 weeks, so i wondered if I might get some leakage soon.

keepon i definitely agree about dtd being better while pregnant, after last night i think i'll be making more of an effort!

I've not been sick since sunday, I'm hoping this might be the end of it but I don't want to say it too loudly in case my body hears me and decides to spite me.....

KateTheHuman · 16/07/2014 15:44

Re. Nips. Sore, itchy, pain in the backside and still seem to be stepping stone for my cat no matter how many times i push her off haha

Minibagel · 16/07/2014 15:56

I don't think 15w is too early for colostrum k8 go you and your milk making boobs :) I haven't noticed any yet but I wouldn't be surprised if it happens soon. Lots of tingles here too.

Minibagel · 16/07/2014 16:12

I am feeling much heavier in the womb area in recent days, like when I turn in bed or climb the stairs it is wanting to stay behind! Anyone else? It's a great sign that my body is providing for my baby but I totally forgot that heavy feeling in the late 1st/ early 2nd trimester from last time.

ViviPru · 16/07/2014 16:33

Yes Mini exactly that as you describe, only in the last day or two....

RPopz · 16/07/2014 16:38

No leakage but my boobs are massive and super veiny this week.... (hawt Hmm )

rumisyum · 16/07/2014 17:29

Yes mini, I've had exactly that feeling the last few days! It's so odd. Like I've got a bowling ball in my pelvis.

No leakage here yet, just general boob massivity.

Keepontrudging · 16/07/2014 18:49

Sara- my dh feels very, very proud of himself bless....

ilovelamp78 · 16/07/2014 19:11

Oh I'm looki

ilovelamp78 · 16/07/2014 19:12

Oh I'm looking properly podgy today! Even my sports bra is tight...

15+1

SK28 · 16/07/2014 20:56

Thanks everyone for opinions and advice re dtd... we've done it a few times since finding out but not since the scan, but I guess everyone and every couple is different so will just have to talk about it a bit more and see what happens :)

Keep, nice to know I'm not the only one put off dtd!

Cheshire I hope you both have a lovely weekend away, whatever happens! And Blizy good luck this weekend too, hope it's more enjoyable than in your last pregnancy :)

RPopz I'm asleep on the sofa every evening but wake up and feel more energetic when it's time for us both to go up to bed!

KateTheHuman · 16/07/2014 20:58

Just heard bub's heartbeat again. (Thank you angel sounds). Trying to only do it once a week. It could get quite addictive!

Keepontrudging · 16/07/2014 21:30

Kate I couldn't. I would probably use it 50 000 times a day!

KateTheHuman · 16/07/2014 21:39

Haha.Very tempting! But I'd run out of oil. Only took a few minutes tonight compared to about twenty! Either I'm getting good at it or bub is tired of hiding. :)

HenriettaTurkey · 16/07/2014 22:21

I'm very excited. We announced our news on fb last Friday, cue lots of excited messages of support. I've also had 2 private messages too: from 2 lovely uni friends who we are still in touch with - both of whom are expecting in January too!!!

It'll be so lovely for the little ones to have buddies the same age, and I'm really pleased for the new bond this'll bring between my friends, their partners & us. Grin

ViviPru · 16/07/2014 22:28

Ahh that's nice Henrietta! We're still in media blackout mode until we tell DH's BF and his wife in August. I'll be 21 weeks by then! I can't wait to see their faces when I turn up on their doorstep be-bumped. It'll be worth all the tongue-biting till then!

mummyk8 · 16/07/2014 22:29

Glad to hear that no one else thinks it's to early for the colostrum to kick in. I was just very surprised by how much there is so early.

Back to pooping myself about tomorrow's scan I'm sure it will be ok but you can't help but worry.

HenriettaTurkey Aw sounds lovely. :)

rumisyum · 17/07/2014 06:13

Good luck for your scan today, mummyk8!

Aww Henrietta, how lovely. Smile

j200 I weighed myself this morning. 8 lbs up altogether since knowing I was pregnant, 5 lbs since booking in.
