Morning sickness.... What a lie! Here come a load more unwanted pregnancy symptoms... Oh but it will all be worth it for our new year bundles :)

My dating scan put my official EDD as early as 27 Dec, the MW had calculated 2 Jan at my booking in but I'm sticking to 31 Dec as that's the date I've always had in mind from my own LMP calcution!

Oh and I forgot to mention, at my dating scan they booked my appointment for the detailed (20wk) scan, it's 8th August. Meeeep! Exciting.

Welcome, Emmie! I had a similar thing happen to me at about 7 weeks. Although my separation/bleed was apparently quite small, so they just told me to "take it easy". I was on a beach holiday at time though, so virtually bed rest. Thankfully a scan a week later showed it had all completely healed up. I hope it's just the same for you!

That is so exciting, Viv. I can't wait to get my first scan appointment through, this trimester feels like the loooooooooongest 12 weeks of my life.

Great to hear all the lovely news following the 12 week scans and good luck to those who have one this week.

Finally have a date for mine next Wednesday and I will be 12+1 so very exited.

Hoping after the scan I can truly start to enjoy being pregnant rather than wishing the days away, especially as I won't be having any more.

That's good you can chill Emmie :) take it easy whilst you can (this is my motto haha) dh is off work after working literally day and night, so I am rejoicing In this and really getting good naps in etc.

My dd slept in until 715 today! Normally shes up at 5/6! This is why I am having another so close - I think I may aswell whilst I am still in the no sleep zone! (Obviously I am desperately broody too. Haha)

Ha keep on that was exactly my thinking!! Get the sleepless nights out the way... Or at least the constant ones anyway! Pretty sure there will still be the odd not for many years to come.
Ds is finally seeming a little better. His cough isn't making him scream anymore. He was so unsettled yesterday and then I realised his second took, that has been trying to come through for a couple of weeks had finally broken the surface. Explains a lot.
Good luck to all those with scans today. Have just under 2 weeks till mine. Will be 13 + 1 on my dates by then.

Bad news from me I'm afraid. Baby stopped growing at 8 weeks. We're heartbroken. Best if luck ladies with your pregnancies, and thanks for being such a great group over the past few months, xxx

Oh mslad I'm so so sorry

I feel awful saying this after mslad news but our scan went really well this morning, apart from the baby not cooperating and lying in the wrong place. It measured ahead so my EDD has been brought forward to Boxing Day, which makes me 12+4 now I think. We eventually got it in the right place and the Nuchal measurement was 1.5mm, i think anything under 3 is ok so no worries there. Will get the combined results within 2 weeks.

Fingers crossed for anyone else with scans today!

Had my booking in appointment, the midwife is lovely and my scan is booked for 3rd July. I can't wait for it, I just want to check that everything is okay so I can get really excited.

Going to work late today after having the morning off ill, so going to have to fess up when I get in I think.

Just had booking in appointment, mw said she would struggle to get me an earlier scan than thurs I'm ok with that. She also said because I'll be 40 by edd that I won't be allowed to go to much overdue so I'm glad about that
