Welcome to the 9th grads thread...celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed. :-)

For those not in the know, a viroid is an autocorrected version of 'ladies' from the 1st JS thread, which then stuck.

Hello viroids. Dipping a tentative toe over here. For those who don't know me, I'm a recent JSer and I got my BFP this week. Just over 4 weeks in and it seems completely unreal - this is not helped by the fact that for years I have had a recurrent dream where I believe I am pregnant and tell everyone and then find out I've been mistaken. Hopefully this will not translate into some bizarre reality.

I hope my gestational sac is as attractive as Zyla's

Hello all, been a busy couple of days for me, so that is why I was awol!

I got my hair dyed, before I went to California, I had forgotten to go for the test before hand so apent the entire time hoping I wouldn't react. I didn't!

I was only sick twice, but I was nauseous so you know kinda the same thing

Had our second attempt at 20 week scan today, baby behaved & only wiggled a bit. Everythings measuring ok for my dates & were having a girl!

How's everyone else doing? I think its "piss Rpopz off" week this week. Now our dog walker is being a tool...

Zyla have you tried alcohol free wine? There's a brand called Eisberg which is wine with the alcohol removed as opposed to overpriced fruit juice so it tastes more like the real thing. I've only tried the red (a while ago as designated driver) but have the white and rose to try this weekend.

Today had my first lack of movement scare. Didn't respond to ice cream or cold water. Played some Carly Rae Jephsen and lo! Movements. Phew. Will have to work on baby's taste though

Just slept for 12 hours. Feel bit better for it :)

Also, those of you who still can, lie on your back at every opportunity! Am actually looking forward to next midwife appointment so I can lie down on my back for a couple of minutes.

I've let myself think about names before the scan. Very silly. Am not sharing them with MrWil though because it will unleash world war 3. Am thinking of dropping in some pretend ones over the next few months which I know he'll hate and then when I suggest real ones they won't seem so bad...?

Oh, had my own cold dose of reality. Had the nephews round. Made the older one cry by telling him off, then the younger one needed a sleep and was breaking his heart for ten minutes til he dropped off. Little Carly was very quiet at these points...taking it all in no doubt!

Haha poor boys... lol.

Oh I'd love a nursery but it depends on money I guess. We haven't saved much yet on account of the holiday and the decorating....
