I don't know sorry. But I'm like that too, I'm normally like a radiator when I'm pregnant but since last night I've been freezing. I normally have low blood pressure too.

If you find out what it is let me know.

Keloids · 16/06/2014 21:13

Thanks guys, predictive text changed my username DNS I didn't realise, lol!
I'm having my 20 week scan on 31 July .... Think we're prob gonna find out the flavour :) x

LotsaTuddles · 16/06/2014 21:20

I don't know if we're going to find out what we're having. I kind of want to because I'm really impatient but I also don't because I like finding out DS was a boy when he was born.

Don't think we will find out tbh

CatFaceCrayola · 16/06/2014 21:22

sasseh I wonder if your rash is the same thing as mine?

I feel so crappy this evening...Mondays are always a crazy day.

Completely lost my rag with DH tonight. We run a youth theatre and he just wasn't listening to any of my suggestions. At the point where he said "I'm in charge" I burst into tears and stormed out leaving a room full of worried looking teenagers (so embarrassing!) Still grumpy at DH mind

DrFunkesFamilyBandSolution · 16/06/2014 21:30

shanels, my first guess would be a uti of sorts?

I'm unbelievably cold at night atm, wearing pjs & sleeping under the duvet (normally underware & no duvet)!
I've got low blood pressure too.

crsyola, least the teenagers will be on eggshells to avoid pissing you off! Hope you feel better soon x

nickyjlees · 16/06/2014 21:58

Any guesses from this what we are expecting? Hoping to find out on the 11th July, seems like an age away!

Aaargh stupid app! Can't see any pictures!

Lotsa and Emily I used to live in Willesborough Smile small world, eh?

In case anyone was wondering, I had a triple roast (duck, chicken and ribs in a satay sauce) with plain chow mein and some of DH's Singapore fried rice. And there are some noodles and some of the meat left over for my lunch tomorrow Grin

You cold ladies - my feet are like blocks of ice! I always used to have cold feet the whole time until I was pregnant with DS and then it went away, but the last couple of weeks they are freezing again. Weird.

Fell asleep watching Broadchurch this evening so off now. Night all Smile

Ladylel · 16/06/2014 22:41

I used to always be cold now before pregnancy now I'm a steady temperature, more than likely to sweat at night but I've Been quite comfortable of late. Our room is a lot cooler, window open and I'm fine, have a little shivery stage before I fall asleep then I'm ok.

DH seems to think I'm craving vinegar, especially after the urge for gherkins and a massive thing for wanting chips smothered in vinegar; another google sessions seems to suggest body wants calcium, strange.

I had Chinese on Sunday, was meant to cook for Father's Day but cheated and ordered in :) tonight was a cheesy mash, chicken and veg night, although gone right off veggies!

Ladylel · 16/06/2014 22:42

Cold before preg now steady teml (type too fast sentences don't make sense!)

Ladylel · 16/06/2014 22:43

Temp* arghhhh

ImBrian · 16/06/2014 22:48

Nickyjess if the bit I thinks the nub is the nub then I say boy.

LotsaTuddles · 17/06/2014 06:02

Chinese, that's a bit scary.

I had to put the quilt back on the bed last night and I had to wear pyjamas, even not pregnant I don't tend to do that. Very strange.

I've woken up really hungry but I'm not going to succumb yet because it only means that I'm going to be sick straight after eating

SassehMonsta · 17/06/2014 07:11

Nicky, I think I agree with Brian, looks like a boy to me. But Im no expert ;-)

Only cold sometimes, still overheating at night - struggling with it being stuffy! Feeling vommity today, though not puked since Thursfay so probably due another bad day. Visiting a client this morning for work, will have to let him know im pregnant as no hiding my bump. All weekend people were impressed at my bump size when I said I was only 14 weeks / 3 and a half monthd. Loads asked if it's twins (no, its not, 3 scans say singleton!) and lots of ladies told me Im going to get massive. Uurgh, like I dont already know lol!

Getting back ache in lower left back occasionally, particularly when Im getting up/changing position/starting to walk somewhere/getting out the car. It fades.usually after 5-10 mins but makes me hobble in pain for those few mins. Horrible sitting on the floor, so wonr do that much more!

Pepsiaddict · 17/06/2014 07:49

We're to finding out the sex. Last time it was my husband who found out first and told me; magical moment after our daughters birth. He's not at all squeamish and watched her being born.

SassehMonsta · 17/06/2014 08:14

As predicted, a vomiting morning. Dh slept through my calls for a glass of water from the bathroom - not impressed. Even the dog didn't care enough to follow me!

Have decided to break into my savings account today and transfer some money around. I want to realistically look at our budget, at what we can afford, if we can get a car (or will we have to really on my parents lending me theirs still), and then really start looking at what baby might need. Got a few things (couple of baby vests, a blanket, a friend bought a nappy starter pack) but I want to try and get things like cot thought about, car seat, buggy, try on some slings, maybe buy some more nappies in advance. But mainly I need some money to pay bills. Booo - not being able to work as much really dents the pockets.

nickyjlees · 17/06/2014 09:10

imbrian, sasseh, yep that's what we were thinking too! Have a list of girls names a mile long, really struggling with boys names :s
sasseh loads of people have told me I'm big as well and going to be massive... Nice :s

LotsaTuddles · 17/06/2014 09:32

Sasseh if it helps DS thinks it's hilarious when I'm throwing up.

We haven't got to get many big things as we still have them from when DS was little. Have got to get a double pushchair and a bed for DS for when the baby goes in the cot.

We bought loads of nappies from supermarkets when it was the baby and toddler events, think we got a box of 100+ for slightly over a tenner.

We moved into our house in September and still haven't had a gas or electric bill so when they come this month, they're going to be huge.

Ladylel · 17/06/2014 09:43

Anyone going through stages of feeling really pregnant to not at all? Today is one of those days.

mopsytop · 17/06/2014 09:44

ladylel I craved vinegar a LOT last pregnancy. Ate loads of gherkins! So far no craving this time.

Ladylel · 17/06/2014 10:53

Strange feeling these cravings. It's like an urge you're not hungry but you want them haha

Peaceloveandbiscuits · 17/06/2014 11:11

Vinegar seemed to ease my nausea at the beginning, but then I went right off it again. I made a stir fry last night with a reduced down red wine and balsamic vinegar sauce, which was super vinegary!

Martie1 · 17/06/2014 17:18

ladylel i totally have days like that, i completely forget Im pregnant and then realise and I'm saying to myself - doh!

I felt great yesterday, had a really busy day in work but paced myself and I really felt like it didn't take a fizzle out of me. Wrong. I was wrecked last night and could barely get myself out of bed this morning. Then when I did get to work I didn't know whether I needed to throw up/pee/sit down/sleep. Horrible feeling. Plus we're having some really warm weather and I don't think it's helping. Never mind the fact that I don't have enough for my bottom half at the moment but just cannot justify splashing out of pregnancy shorts. We're not going away this summer so they would be a complete waste of money.

I love vinegar too. I read somewhere that its a calcium thing. I just love it atm. Was having a total moment today of 'im having that huge ice cream with the amazing waffle cone, chocolate dipped with sprinkles', thankfully I refrained and my fruit pastles ice lolly from my own freezer hit the spot. I love ice lollies/ice cream atm.

CallingAllEngels · 17/06/2014 17:28

I am craving milk like last time. Totally off toast in the morning now (though did manage to bring back some rumpets to stash in the freezer for a cold, rainy day).

I think my first set of students twigged today. My 2nd years were staring at my stomach anx whispering but didn't catch my eye. Time to see who breaks first! I bet they won't ask me!

SassehMonsta · 17/06/2014 17:33

Oh boy now I want to get the waffle maker out!!!! Mmmm.

Did any of you who have a.partner that gping to be a first time dad get him a fathers day gift/card from the bump? I got dh a card, and he usually hates cards but said he really liked it

CatFaceCrayola · 17/06/2014 17:54

I got my DH a present and wrote a little fathers day not "from Bubble" and he really loved it!

Anyone else having really REAL dreams?? Last night I dreamt I was a suspect in a murder case. And after waking up was seriously panicking as I was actually convinced I'd killed a man! Took me at least 30 min to piece it all together and realise it was a dream. Sounds quite amusing (and ridiculous!) now but this morning it was awful!
