treacle little bean is absolutely fine with speed bumps. He's supposing gently in his fluid behind your pelvis without a care in the world. Probably having a great time.

Yes I am the same knotty who was talking to bumplet after my car bump the other day, why?

Treaclepie19 · 25/04/2014 12:26

Thanks knotty :) I had a little giggle at Little Bean enjoying the ride :p
Got cramps now, hoping it's not related.

Treaclepie19 · 25/04/2014 20:38

Anyone got any tips for how to tell my headteacher? I'm nervous already...

PolytheneGirl · 25/04/2014 21:05

Strange question, is anyone else feeling cold all the time? I was like it in my first pg too but always thought it was because I wasn't able to eat much. I'm eating fine right now though and I'm still like a block of ice.

Treaclepie19 · 25/04/2014 21:14

Yeah poly I am, right now I'm in I quilt on the sofa with the fire on and still cold.

PolytheneGirl · 25/04/2014 21:19

I'm quilt, hot water bottle and fire! I might just go to bed!

sazzlehopes · 25/04/2014 21:23

Congrats retro that's lovely birthday news!
I think the becks blues are ok, really cold is best. But they defo give you a feeling your joining in! I'm planning on that being my summer drink. I don't really like fizzy drinks like coke etc so I find everything else so sweet that's why I like the becks!

PolytheneGirl · 25/04/2014 21:26

Oh Sazzle you've just made me realise I'm going to have a Pimm's free summer Sad

sazzlehopes · 25/04/2014 21:32

I know. Although I'm so happy to be preggo I'm thinking already I'm going to miss the relaxed drinking thing that summer is so good for!

Knottyknitter · 26/04/2014 07:47

If anything I'm too hot most of the time - is that wrong?

I know it's been annoying, because it's difficult to wear sea bands at work if you keep taking a cardie off (and don't want them spotted) Really needed them yesterday and didn't really care. Probably means everyone has guesses about bumplet, but never mind. They do seem to take the edge off.

RetroHippy · 26/04/2014 07:58

Blah. Negative FRER this morning. Also fretting on the April bus but just popping on here for happy stories of FRERs not picking up pregnancies. The brand I used yesterday are apparently notorious for strong false positives

Also had a bit of a temp dip this morning, so really hoping it's not AF on her way.

Treaclepie19 · 26/04/2014 08:59

Not sure about the tests retro, but my temp dipped as well and all was fine :)

RetroHippy · 26/04/2014 09:03

Treacle, I'm making a list of People I Fucking Love and you are now on it too Grin. gennibugs and linda are tree for telling tales of hope relating to FRERs not picking up pregnancies. It's a good list. A List of Hope!

No AF yet. Cervix still high. I'm still in!

RetroHippy · 26/04/2014 09:04

*there, not tree

Treaclepie19 · 26/04/2014 09:05

Haha :) yayyyy!!!
You are in, definitely. My temp was all over the place and my frer was very light. I think people just shoe up better on different tests :)

RetroHippy · 26/04/2014 09:13

I was 36.78 yesterday, down to 36.54 today. But that's after going to bed at 9:30ish and waking at 1:30 and temping at 4. Hoping it's a dodgy temp.

Knottyknitter · 26/04/2014 09:13

I bought a twin pack of FRER this cycle. Did one on Friday before heading to MILs for Easter. BFN. Then started light period, I thought I'd caught it right at the start, mooncup in; dealt with. Had no more bleeding by the time I emptied it that night.

Went on trip. 3 glasses of wine both fri and sat nights. After all, I'd just had a bfn.

AF still not arrived properly on Sunday and felt a bit weird. Found a leftover clearblue digi in bottom of case. (From Christmas, AF started that time before I could use it) that one was BFP (well 1-2) .

Once the battery had gone and the display blanked, I did the other FRER at home, proper BFP.

I know they're meant to be sensitive, but I don't think they're that fab. My false negative was on day after I was due on.

Treaclepie19 · 26/04/2014 09:14

*show not shoe...

RetroHippy · 26/04/2014 09:19

Knotty's on the List, everyone, Knotty's on the List!!

Treaclepie19 · 26/04/2014 09:31

Haha aww :) we all love you too!

Second morning I haven't tested. I think I'll soon develop a nervous twitch...

barmybunting · 26/04/2014 10:28

Retro, I have never got a positive on a FRER and I definitely have a baby in there Smile. I got a BFP on a super drug test (four of them if I am honest!). Then did a clear blue, got 1-2 weeks. Did FRER the next day, BFN. I did another clearblue a week later, got 3+ weeks. Had a left over FRER, so did that a week after that. Very, very, very faint line that I would still say was BFN. I was 6 weeks pregnant by then, I had a scan two days later and saw a tiny, tiny bean with a heartbeat gloriously pounding. FRER just don't seem to work for me.

RetroHippy · 26/04/2014 12:22

Barmy, you're on the list!

Tilly28 · 26/04/2014 21:21

Can I tentatively jump on the bus! :-) very excited and equally nervous! Got BFP this morn think I'm only 3 weeks 4 days as AF isn't due until Tuesday! Did another test this afternoon (after holding pee for 4 hours) and again was BFP!!! :-) Think my due date will be 6th Jan! What's next? Anyone know when I need to get doctors appointment to confirm etc?

Treaclepie19 · 26/04/2014 21:47

Hi tilly :)
Congrats!
Well I got my appointment at the doctors about 5 days after finding out but she hasn't referred me yet. That's unusual though as I had spotting and she wanted me to leave it to see if all settled down.

I'm POAS in the morning. Digital. Wish me luck as last time it was still 1-2 weeks :/

PolytheneGirl · 26/04/2014 21:53

Hi Tilly, congratulations. I'm still waiting to see you GP as I couldn't get an appointment till Thursday, when I'll be 7wks.

I'm not POAS again now after I only go a faint line on Thursday. I'm really worried that when I do see the GP he might not believe me that I'm PG. Will they make me PIAC? Or just take my word for it?

Good luck for tomorrow Treacle, when do you have to see the GP again?
