My verrrrrry faint line earlier gives me an edd of 27 august so I'm going to straddle the two threads providing I get a strong bfp tomorrow (which I should do!!)

Headaches here too put not just the caffeine guys as I don't drink it! So I'm blaming the increasing hCG and knackeredness from the progesterone...

I just moved to a new area and am trying to register with a GP, but because of the letters I need as proof of address it could take me up to 2 weeks! So looks like I'll be 6/7 weeks before I can even call the community midwives for my booking in appointment... will that be ok do you think?? I don't need another reason to worry!

That will be fine HippyJess. The midwives in my area don't even book women until they are at least 8 weeks. I think I'll be around 9 or 10 weeks at my appt.

First day back at work for me and I am not enjoying getting up in darkness! I would really love to go back to sleep.... zzZzzzZzzZz

Hi Jess. When I spoke to GP yesterday, they said the mw doesn't see women before they're 8weeks for the booking in appt. It rings bells as I remember the wait between seeing the GP and mw. Hopefully you'll get sorted soon

Morning All,
I am feeling better this morning, evenings seem to be worse for me, and I am glad I am not the only one with palpitations. Didn't sleep well though,.awake between about 11-1am! also the wifi was down so no mnetting or anything!

My first apt is at about 9 weeks, seems ages away but I guess its so they can be quite sure you are pregnant.

tutti you poor thing you are going around the emotional roller coaster! One more day and you can find out, fingers crossed for a sticky bean x
I had a similar blood tesat done yestareday so Im waiting for a phone call to tell me if its ok but Im bit more reassured as the pains on the left have gone now, fingers crossed they stay gone!

Yup palpitations started yesterday, I'd put it down to nerves! Anyone waking up in hot sweats or is my heating on too high?

Morning all! I can't keep up with this thread, it moves so fast!

tutti good luck for tomorrow, if you think
you dtd around 16 Dec then you would only be around 4-5 weeks, so hopefully everything will be ok.

I've also got my doctor's appt tomorrow, will be interested to see when he calculates my due date; seeing as my last period was in October and I didn't ovulate until 18 Dec I'm expecting a lot of confusion!

My boobs are really sore now and I'm quite queasy during the day. Also getting palpitations in the evening, and feeling cold and knackered which I'm taking as a good sign

Had a little go on my exercise bike last night but was really hard work... weather here is awful at the moment
do at least Ive got an excuse for not going running!

Another one here with massive headache this morning. Last time I got them for weeks and weeks so determined not to let it drag on this time. Makes me feel miserable.

Have been feeling ok ish in the day time so far, just crappy at night which to be honest has been easier as it means I can get things done in the day!

Rang the doctors and where I live they just pass on details to midwife who rings to make an app so just waiting for that.

Tutti it ain't over till it's over, try not to worry until then

Had my scan, nothing but they said could easily be because too small. Took bloods and I'll know at 4pm what they want to do next. They made me poas again and it wasn't as strong as they wanted but the could just be that I'd only just refilled my bladder right?

oh tutti don't go into full blown panic yet, it might be something of nothing, loads of sites say that this can happen at this stage. Can you ring the MW or docs? Feet up xx
twinkbat if you have drunk loads maybe that diluted your pee?

Goodness a few of us are being put through it, huge positive hugs to those that need it.

I'm hoping its that tbh, I got up and got ready for appointment (dh let me sleep in as long as possible) so i peed out everything, then refilled my bladder for the scan on the way in. It literally had maybe 40 minutes in my body before thye tested. I'm holding on to that to be honest.

I,however, must stop googling.

Twinkbat that must've been some very diluted pee! So I'm sure you've got no reason to worry :)

I think my vitamins are making me queasy, since I've been feeling a certain type of nauseous most mornings since way before I ovulated! I'm finishing the packet of Pregnacare Conception that I have, I've heard good thinks about Boots brand I think so may move to that...

Hope everyone else is good this morning, I'm officially 4 weeks and got a proper bold positive this morning with SMU, so happy :) still cramping and woozy though, and my boobs are sooooo sensitive!

Hippy I take seven seas trying for a baby (it's also for early pregnancy up to 12 weeks) and I have had no side effects at all. Been taking it since coming off pill in October.

I have palpitations, sweats at night but feeling cold often in the day, a stitch like feeling down my left side. Glad to know I'm not menopausal or having a heart attack if others are having the same! Xx

my midwife from my last pregnancy gave me vitamins so ive been taking them :) they're healthy start from nhs scotland
