Mssleepy My boobs were sore right from the start, then got less sore and are now sore again... maybe it just comes and goes :D

Missvaughan85 · 23/12/2013 21:22

I've let the girls out and there hurting now!! This time though it's centred a lot in my nipples. They hurt like hell!!! Especially if I catch one!!! Ouch!!!

Polkadot1 · 23/12/2013 22:24

I remember last time my boobs were much more tender in the cold.... So keep those jumpers on!

miserywaterfall · 23/12/2013 22:25

Yeah, it's just my nipples that hurt so far!

PinaColadas · 23/12/2013 23:03

The best way to describe my nips is sun burn pain(without the heat!) And they feel like the skin is so thin and tender! Definitely been a constant symptom even if my nausea has come and gone

Mrsantithetic · 24/12/2013 00:30

My nipples hurt too. Which is great considering dd insists on biting them during feeds. Confused
Although we are in the process of cutting down from 7-8 day time feeds to 3 and some days 2.

Now just to stop her feeding overnight and get her sleeping through!!!

yummiemummieuk · 24/12/2013 01:23

Hi ladies! Xmas eve for me now!
Go to all the new ladies :D
finnable thinking of you-any news?
Cheers lucy! Xxx
Well reflecting on the posts a lot of them seem to be about symptoms. I think sometimes ignorance is bliss! I had a sore shoulder the other day and I looked on here and read something about pain in tip of shoulder= miscarriage. It's so easy to get panicked about these things but I say try not too and try to relax-even though its hard x I'm hating the Nausea but I totally get why some ladies would love to feel it. We are a funny bunch aren't we?! Lots of Xmas cheer to you all xxx

yummiemummieuk · 24/12/2013 01:24

*hello to the new ladies not go! X

HungryHorace · 24/12/2013 07:10

My boobs only hurt if squeezed, so I'm avoiding that spying so far this time.

Felt sick when I got up to go to the loo, but not enough to actually be sick. I found it worse when I was tired last time, so wondering if not being at work is helping me not feel as bad as I'm not up at the crack of dawn. I generally felt better at weekends last time, so I'm thinking it could be a factor.

Still got night sweats and weird dreams going on. Yucky.

PinaColadas · 24/12/2013 08:02

I feel excited for all the ladies telling families tomorrow :)
I can't wait to have the next 9 days away from my drink smelling symptom spotting colleagues! Aaaaaand relax!

Ruggle · 24/12/2013 08:15

yummiemummieuk, shoulder tip pain is a symptom of an ectopic pregnancy, not miscarriage. Definitely not a symptom to ignore, and always worth getting it checked out.

Missvaughan85 · 24/12/2013 08:43

Well I won't be telling everyone tomorrow, I had a scare this time last time so were keeping it quiet. Think my mothers suspicious though. She knows we're trying so she gives me hopeful looks. We want our daughter to be the first to know properly. She's so desperate for a brother or sister, we know she'll be so excited when she finds out. Although she's five, she already suspects something. She's told me my Timmy's big and has asked whether I've had any blood yet. Long story. X. X

Nulanoo · 24/12/2013 10:07

Hi ladies just rediscovered this thread on thread 2! I'm feeling so tired and generally rubbish, bleurgh! Got lots to do for tomorrow and can't seem to find the energy to do it! This is baby number 1 for us so don't know if it's normal or if I'm wallowing!

FriendofDorothy · 24/12/2013 10:09

I have zero energy too today. Bit of a nightmare really as it is the first Christmas since Mum died so my sister and I are having to do everything.

I am just knackered, have to pack stuff to go to Dad's and look after a one-year-old. Rubbish. Not to mention the fact that I just want my Mum!

deuscat · 24/12/2013 10:55

FriendofDorothy Thanks hope you're ok.

Finnable hope everything is ok with you.

Well over the last few days the few symptoms I had have now disappeared. All I had was tiredness, emotional lability, and very sore boobs. Now it's all gone and I'm sure my boobs have shrunk. I'm trying not to worry about it but I'm preparing myself for the worst Sad

Just wish I knew what was going on!

HungryHorace · 24/12/2013 11:17

Ah, Friend :-( Big hugs for you over Christmas. Xx

I know what the no energy thing feels like. I need to clean the house and do loads of housework, but it's just not happening. Or it is, just bloody slowly.

Deus, symptoms do come and go, so you may give they're back with a vengeance tomorrow. It's impossible not to worry, I know. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Finn, are you ok?

Finnable · 24/12/2013 12:16

Hello all! Just this minute got back from the hospital - and it's not ectopic!!! Yaaaaaay!

Thank you so much all for your well-wishing - I'm utterly convinced that all the good positive thoughts from you all helped. You're a lovely bunch, and I'm so glad you're all here! Can you tell I'm a little emotional/hormonal today?

The doctors were pretty sure it was ectopic, and I've been scanned and prodded a fair amount - but in the end there it was, hiding in the corner of my uterus - a nice little sac with a yolk in!

Got to go back in 2 weeks to check for a heartbeat as it's still a bit early to see one - but for now I'm in the clear(ish) and just have to keep monitoring the bleeding and go back if it gets heavier!

Much love, hugs and Christmas cheer to you all. Xmas Grin

Feelingfatty · 24/12/2013 12:25

Oh Finn that's great news!!! Merry Christmas eh?!!

Friend sorry you're having a rough time :(

Was sick for the first time today...merry bloody Christmas ha ha

eeyore2911 · 24/12/2013 12:26

Glad you are ok Finn and friend I hope you manage to have an ok Christmas Thanks it must be so hard Sad

deuscat · 24/12/2013 12:43

So glad to hear it's all ok Finnable.

I'm worrying more and more. Getting period like cramps now. I don't think this can be a good sign at all Sad

Worst of all I am already at my family's house for Christmas and I didn't want to tell them till after 12 week scan cos I didn't want to put them through heartache if I had a mc. Now I'm worrying it's going to happen when I'm here with them anyway.

I know it might not yet be the end but I'm finding it impossible to stay positive now the cramps have started Sad

miserywaterfall · 24/12/2013 13:16

oh deus really hoping it's not bad news for you x

Nulanoo · 24/12/2013 13:41

Oh I'm so sorry I'm hoping everything is ok for you deus x

HungryHorace · 24/12/2013 13:52

Such good news, Finn. Really hope all is OK.

Deus, I'm sending positive thoughts and hugs to you. xx

Feelingfatty · 24/12/2013 14:49

How far along are you deus? I think some cramps are normal, fx for you

mssleepyhead · 24/12/2013 16:01

Congratulations Finn and good luck deus - hopefully the passing symptoms don't mean anything and my belly has been so tender and sore today too but I'm hoping it's just one of those days.

Telling my family tomorrow (parents and sister) and nervous about it, but know I'll need them if it all goes wrong...
