Baby bond are doing gender scans for 39.99

LittleBairn · 30/11/2013 19:41

Well my relaxing night just gone out the window the arseholes next door started their partying.
This time I will be calling the police no matter how embarrassing it is for him being a cop too. Especially when all the kids start drink driving.

God I hate them with a passion so glad we decided to rent this house before we bought could have been a very expensive mistake.
It's a shame lovely house, brilliant garden, nice neighbourhood but Chavs next door.

moominleigh94 · 30/11/2013 19:52

Thought of a potential girls name as absolutely everyone I know bar four people have said it's a girl...

She'd be Celyn Saffron W_, but we'd probably call her Callie for short (both love the nn Callie, and prefer it to her being called Kelly as a nn for Celyn).

Any thoughts/opinions? :)

LittleBairn · 30/11/2013 20:08

moomin love Callie, we will probably have a Callie too but very unusual name.

I'm bleeding again and achy not too worried just going to keep an eye on it. Going to shower and try be more presentable this time.

moominleigh94 · 30/11/2013 20:10

Sorry to hear about your bastard neighbours Little, last thing you need right now :(

mrsmummytobe · 30/11/2013 20:14

So pleased to hear your good news little. Hope you get some peace & quiet - annoying neighbours are the last thing you need right now!

Thistle we've booked a gender scan with baby bond for 39.99, having it a week today.

AppleCrumble1 · 30/11/2013 20:41

Hi everyone Smile please can I join in with the lovely Maybies? I'll be 16 weeks on Monday & due 19th May. Will try to read some of the threads to get up to speed. This will be my first at 37 Grin

moominleigh94 · 30/11/2013 20:43

Welcome apple Grin your name makes me want apple crumble!

I just wanted to say thanks for the advice the other day everyone - everything's sorted, my dad's not well at the moment (he's got borderline personality disorder and his meds are being messed about with), which is why he doesn't recall sending the message and has changed his mind - he is really struggling with guilt over "not protecting me", and my mum's assured me it's nothing personal against my OH in the slightest :) ended up having a lovely weekend with them, OH came over this afternoon and helped us put up the tree and had tea with us.

AppleCrumble1 · 30/11/2013 21:39

Thanks moomin I couldn't think of a name & am craving apple crumble (as well as full fat coke) I'm hoping I move onto something healthier soon! I'm glad you are having a lovely weekend.

loopylou52 · 30/11/2013 22:29

Glad to hear things are ok little (though sorry to hear about nightmare neighbours - really not what you need).

Glad things went well with telling your Dad randdom, and glad things are ok with your family moomin.

Welcome to apple!

Vikks · 30/11/2013 23:42

LittleBairn Hope you’re managing to get some rest and your neighbours aren't too bad.

Randdom Great news on the Downs screening. x

PotatoPolly Is your gender scan tomorrow? So exciting if it is!! I've got to wait until next Saturday for mine. MrsMummy is yours Saturday too?
We must be getting to the point where a few of us are finding out. Who else has theirs coming up?

Hi Apple welcome!

16+1

Hezbean · 01/12/2013 00:16

Hi apple crumble! Welcome!

I'm the same age and have the same due date as you with my first. I think rebecca is the same as well! How are you getting on?

moomin glad things have sorted themselves out with your parents and oh.

littlebairn I was so so relieved to hear that everything was ok. Rest up, take it easy and hope you are feeling better tomorrow. Hugs.

snoozysleeper · 01/12/2013 05:43

Ooohh apple welcome, you have same due date as me Smile

LittleBairn · 01/12/2013 07:33

Think I might need to head back into hospital, at least for my own piece of mind. Still crampy and bleeding.
Yesterday's Dr was very junior, and was so frustratingly unsure of himself I feel I need to talk to someone more senior.
I refused (the midwife and dr agreed) a speculum exam but I'm thinking my cervix needs checked out.

MrsFooCough · 01/12/2013 07:48

Hey little - you poor thing with all this bleeding, even though it could be nothing I know you must be terrified all the time. Can't imagine how stressful this must be for you Brew if you feel you need someone more senior then damn right, you deserve some flippin' reassurance! Will be thinking of you today and each day until you get the outcome you want, my sweet xxxx

rebeccax2 · 01/12/2013 08:01

Hi apple and yes! We are the same age, same due date and number 1! We really need to do a meet up with hezbean at some point. :-)

Oh little I'm so sorry things are not clearing up. I am thinking of you.

I finally had my booking in appointment yesterday - so late due to missed appointments and incorrect locations. Anyway, it was great and I'm happy it's all done.

Lying back this morning having a lazy Sunday and watching Chocolat. Jeeze Johnny Depp is a hottie.

rebeccax2 · 01/12/2013 08:02

Oh apple where are you from?

moominleigh94 · 01/12/2013 09:22

Thinking of you Little

Vikks mine is a week on thursday (12th December), but I had a sneaky look at BabyBond yesterday and saw that Manchester have appointments available today, tomorrow, tuesday for gender scans.... I soooo want to know, if only because I'm so attached to the name Celyn/Callie now that I want to be able to either say yes yes yes that's the name or right, can't have that name Grin

I'm going to hold out and save my money for a 4D scan though I think.

AppleCrumble1 · 01/12/2013 09:39

Thanks for the nice welcome ladies Smile

Rebecca & Hezbean I'm in London (East). Where are you both?

I'm thinking of you Little

Hezbean · 01/12/2013 09:56

I'm in London too - live west, work in N1.

snoozy is the same date too!

Thinking of you little. Definitely a good idea to go back and get checked out again today for some reassurance. Hope your neighbours calmed down last night too.

I've had a busy weekend - worked all day and evening yesterday on a special event for work and we have another Christmas work thing tonight, quite excited about it although a bit knackered! Going to have a very very lazy morning...

LittleBairn · 01/12/2013 10:19

We'll the bleeding turned back to brown and pain stopped after shower so I'm waiting it out at home. Since the attitude at the hospital (and DH) is it's nothing serious/nothing to be done and it's all stress.
No point in travelling all the way back to the hospital to be dismissed.

My plan is to call my midwifes tomorrow morning demand and emergency appointment and to see my consultant too.
If I get the brush off as well as putting in a formal complaint I will just start hassling the hospital.

Unfirnutely my experience with the NHS is they don't care about pregnancies under 24 weeks.
