Ladies I think we need a new festive thread to take us through to the end of the year. And as it will be me to sneeze next –how did it get around to my turn so quickly???-- I thought I would do the honours.

Solars I think panicking sums up DH today. Just realised massive schoolboy error we have made. Our microwave sterilser doesn't actually fit in the microwave. Doh!!! Not sure what to do now.

Oh no Sweetie can you or DH go out and get another one from the shops? And then return the other one in due course?

TheLittleFriend · 15/12/2013 16:23

A big bucket and bottle of Milton Sweetie? We do cold water sterilising here Smile

cartoontrickster · 15/12/2013 17:37

excited for tomorrow sweetie Grin I can't believe they will be here by the end of tomorrow. it seems to have flown by (probably not for you).
does mean I'm next though Confused .

SweetieTime · 15/12/2013 18:00

We have got an electric one now but the microwave one can be used as a cold water steriliser too. As we will have a lot of sterilising to do we are going to keep both. Just need to get the Milton stuff sorted. I will ask mum to get some over the next few days.

Trix yes you are definitely next.

Good luck for your family doubling mission tomorrow!!

ThedementedPenguin · 15/12/2013 21:59

Both Christmas parties went well this weekend. Poor ds was so tired he fell asleep in my arms before Santa got to give him his present. Very cute but oh so very heavy. Fingers crossed he sleeps better tonight.

SantaMaybe · 15/12/2013 23:13

Sweetie lovely, all the best of luck for tomorrow. It's going to be the most amazing day. I cannot wait to see an update as you become a family of 4 xxx

Brooking for Sweetie! Hope it's all over and you're enjoying double newborn snuggles.

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 16/12/2013 12:06

Have just read back - my ELCS wasn't until lunchtime in the end. I was there at 7am, and was sitting on the operating table at 9 bending forward for them to put the needle in my back and the phone rang with an emergency. Was rushed out dressed in a sheet and sat in a delivery room for 3 hours with the odd person sticking their head in to apologise while they dealt with that emergency and then another immediately afterwards. When they finally came back for me they moved much faster so I couldn't be bumped again. It was a horrible wait as M decided to have a nice snooze and made me panic about reduced movements. Back at home, assorted relatives were panicking at the delay. Mum cleaned DSis's entire house to distract herself!

keepitgoing · 16/12/2013 12:34

oh that sounds horrid too, i'm brooking that doesn't happen to sweetie

SantaMaybe · 16/12/2013 12:42

Brooking that those twins are here now Sweetie Xmas Smile. Can't wait to hear all about them x

RubberBaubles · 16/12/2013 12:57

Brooking that Sweetie is now a mummy to 2 gorgeous squishy babies and is having a cup of taea and sniffing their heads.
