Just had 16 week appointment and heard the heartbeat :)

Just had another look, definitely a shh not a nose pick ;) they dont get that awful habit till they see other kids doing it!

My belly button is really hairy!!!!!! All the midwives tales suggest baby mcthistle is boy !!!

ham I was feeling very down a few weeks back, really lacked motivation I put it down to tiredness once I started sleeping better I felt so much better.
How's your sleeping?

Its hit or miss. I sometimes can't get back to sleep in the early hours and then start worrying sometimes panic attacks. I have been finding sleep more comfy though, which is nice. Just waiting for the back and rib pain to kick in now... Joys!

chip laughing at you saying DH is brave... he's the most risk adverse person I know but oddly enough always ends up working in difficult places. he's got a very big heart though (I've obviously been apart from him for too long to be saying such nice things )

I keep thinking of baby as a girl, I think just because I've always imagined myself having a girl. Think I need to get myself out of that mindset though as I don't want to be shocked if it turns out to be a boy!

We got our combined screening results back today - 1 in 51,000 chance of Down's so really pleased. We also had another go with the dopler yesterday and found the heartbeat really quickly this time.

squiffie lol I had a bowl of pasta at 11am the other day so no not wrong IMO.

Well sore hips have kicked in kept me up all night just when the relax had settled down. My body feels broken.

Just did a run through of what I'm planning for bootcamp tonight and thoroughly knackered myself after only half of it. Fortunately I've got four months worth of plans, so if needs be I can go back to the start and re-run the fun with those. I think a couple of them are getting suspicious, but aren't yet brave/ blunt enough to ask and risk calling me fat

Now both DC are at nursery in the mornings and I'm not feeling quite so rubbish I think I'll have use the time to get back into the exercise - I'm thinking swimming and walking the routes I used to run, rather than 30 day shred!
