Anyway I'm probably better because I'm still in bed, Its much worse when I'm out and about.. My plan is to get some rest and restore some energy so I could be back to work tomorrow. Feel guilty though!

oh Nelly so sorry... had to google what a molar pregnancy even was, it does sound rare.... best wishes for any hospital procedure taking place, they're such uncomfortable and sterile places to be when you're emotionally fragile

We all overslept this morning as dh forgot his alarm. Was glorious sleeping til 7:30 but now I feel dazed and sick. Got a seat on the train thankfully so survived that. 4 more work days til weekend.

Morning everyone! Terrible night's sleep, thanks to a restless toddler and probably Lucozade overdose. Woke up to a welcome text from the friend I childmind for saying she was having a lie in today, so I can too.

I've took yesterday, today and tomorrow off sick, don't work Thursday, Friday so won't be due back til next Monday.
Feeling utterly rubbish, not sleeping great and my little boy is so full of beans it's all exhausting.
Will be glad to get to 12 week point and hopefully feel better.

I'm feeling so so tired today, like I could just curl up and sleep for a week. I haven't really felt sick, just a bit nauseas a bit like a hangover, with a thick dull headache - the last thing I want to do is work! Arrrrggggghhhh and it's only tuesday

Working from home today. Got partway to work and turned back as I turned green. Felt dreadful from the second I woke up! Hope everyone else is okay today.

cheesy We got the keys to our new house Friday, slowly packing boxes and taking them down bit by bit.

I didn't rest enough over the weekend and by last night I was dead on my feet and looked like a walking corpse. Taking it very easy today, lots of snoozing, some sorting out and throwing away of old clothes - if they don't fit now, they won't fit for the next year I reckon so they might as well go.

Those of you will toddlers, did you take them to your booking appt? I'm thinking I might phone mw today to get the ball rolling but not sure whether I can/should take dd with me. Will be 7 weeks tomorrow and she's 18 months.

Ladies, how do you feel about sushi? I really love sushi and have asked DH to get some for dinner from a really fab sushi shop in our area. Nhs website says its ok because they are required by law to freeze their fish prior to use but DH checked some American websites and said he'd only get the veggie variety. Food police! :)
The shop in question seem very traditional so there's a chance they might ignore the law.. perhaps I should go with safe over sorry?

Notfast – I took my toddler to the booking apt – they didn't mind atoll, although she got a bit bored as it took an hour, so bring plenty of things to keep them entertained!!
I remember from last time they weren't allowed at the scan, might just have been that particular hospital though.

I was planning on taking my 2 year old to my booking appointment as I don't have any easy childcare. She's usually really good in appointments etc :)

Sorry so many of you are so ill. How are you all covering it? I have had friends ask if I am really ok, because I look pale or don't seem myself. I'm just trying not to be sick, and I am not coving it well at all!

MTMD I have been eating sushi, but its been from chains (Yo!, Itsu, abokado), and one from a place that I go regularly - i.e. the last 10 years!) and I know the quality and its in central London so I figure that these will be abiding by the laws and will be safe to use.

I feel preggo rage coming on. Sitting at work, working with numpties who are just being petty and want to tell them all to feck off, go home, snuggle on the couch and eat some chocolate ice cream. Hmph.

I am sooooo grumpy today. I wish everyone at work would just go away and let me go home and snuggle up on my sofa for the rest of the week (month). Surely they should just understand I can't be bothered, I have way too much other stuff to think about like whether my little bean is ok!!

mitchell I feel your pain too! I have an assistant who likes to try and tell me how to do my job, am often having to put her in her place but just don't have the energy today! She's done nothing but moan since 9am and I really want to scream at her but am acting professional and trying to ignore her petty comments. I even thought of looking at an online countdown to see how many work days there was left til mat leave!

Lmf679 - I've been mapping out my mat leave today, partly for organizational purposes, partly for me to see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Its so frustrating - I am really really trying to be on my best behavior but everyone is winding me up so bloody much. Oh, and the main culprits are my colleagues in the US who a have to refrain from emailing them to F-OFF!

All this makes me feel much less guilty about not making into work today! So basically instead of clock watching from my desk I'm lying in bed, lusten

...listening to radio 4 (some very bonkers program at the moment O_o) and sipping chocolate milk. If I gain too much weight this pregnancy, I'll blame the chocolate milk!!! :)
