loki that sounds like a lot of hard work to me, no wonder you're shattered!
Having the flu has left me housebound for the last few days (sounds dramatic but it turns out it's not easy to get things done when you're coughing and sniffling on top of the usual pregnancy aches and pains!) so I'm actually looking forward to popping to the supermarket with DP this evening and feeling like I've done something productive with my day. How sad is that?!
Mildred you're making me nervous on your behalf now...! Get that bag packed and keep us updated, won't you?!
5ammy just reading that has left me fuming so I can't begin to imagine how you must've felt! Definitely sounds like a good excuse to put those pregnancy hormones into action and kick up a fuss!
stom I don't blame you for effing and blinding, I'd have been the same! Glad your day got a bit better in the end though
And mum I wish I could say I was all bump... Was doing pretty well at losing weight before I got pregnant, but now that I'm not going to the gym anymore my arms and thighs seem to have ballooned! It's making me pretty miserable tbh but I just have to keep telling myself that it'll all be worth it.
DP has already promised that as soon as I'm ready to go back, he'll take care of the little one while I'm at the gym, bless him
Made a start on washing and sorting all of our baby clothes today, which is taking longer than expected as I keep stopping to make 'aww' noises or pair things up to make little outfits!
I also didn't realise how much stuff we've ended up with! At last count:
2 snowsuits
42 sleepsuits
40 bodysuits
6 vests
6 tops
4 trousers
2 cardigans
12 hats
9 pairs of scratch mitts
6 pairs of booties
8 pairs of socks
45 bibs (and 2 dribble bibs!)
And a pile of 'big boy clothes' that haven't been sorted through yet!
...For those of you who have done all this before, is that too much or does it just seem like it?!
