I get a stitch in the bottom of my bump evey time I walk for more than 5 minutes. It's uncomfortable and makes me feel incredibly unfit. This pregnancy is hitting me hard.

We had a friend over this afternoon with her 3 year old and 10 month old. Ds kept winding the girls up and being too loud and rough (dd is used to this but other girl is not) and then dd only wanted to play with ds and not her friend. I felt like a really shite mother this afternoon, ds wasn't listening to me and being a pain and dd was being mean to her friend. I really don't think I'm doing a very good job or my children would be kinder to others. It makes me very sad as that is something I really strive to teach them, and a lot of the time they are kind and helpful but when they behave like that I feel rubbish and judged. It's my own insecurities and I'm not looking for any response, I just needed to get that out!!

Hi all. Our scan this morning was not a happy one. The baby has something up with its bowel; best case scenario is internal bleeding (me) and baby is ingesting it. Worst case scenario is cystic fibrosis. Another possibility is toxoplasmosis.

We didn't find out sex, didn't seem like it mattered with everything else gong on. Have had more blood tests, results next week and extra scan at 28 weeks.

I feel horrible. Sad

Oh no pirates I'm so sorry. I hope the further tests show that it's the best case scenario and that they can do something to help the situation. Thank goodness we have access to good antenatal care in this country - the NHS will take good care of you and make sure they do everything they can to minimise any risks to you and baby. Thinking of you and hoping for the best next week xxx

Oh pirates I'm so sorry Sad. Hoping and praying that everything turns out ok for your baby.

Compared to that, my whinge is so minor - but I hope you don't mind if I get it out. I'm exhausted - been working too hard and putting the hours in. Had a bit of a cry at work but thankfully not in front of anyone who I need to 'keep up appearances' in front of. Also, I just cannot catch my breath. I thought it was because my dress (a non maternity one) was too tight but I got changed when I got home an hour ago and I still can't breathe properly now. Going to bed in a few mins.

On the plus side, I've not pissed myself. For years and years. Welcome back pissyCookieHo

Ice I had this a couple of weeks ago, input it down to ribs spreading. It's settled down alot now.

cool and faster I'm there too! Seem to be waking about 4 and either never get back to sleep or start to fall just as my alarm for work goes off! Although this morning it was 5 am before I woke and I'm on holiday today so can lie on the couch like a big beaches whale Grin
