Hello everyone! I got so confused with all the Prams, it was v funny though!

DH's birthday today so he's getting a lie-in and I am on childcare. Sooooo tired as we went out last night, so when he gets up I might ask if I can go back to bed. Still in my pjs so seems a pity to waste an opportunity!!

Our building work starts this week (so our path is not so naice anymore!!), they reckon it will take about 6 weeks so no naps for DD and me for a while apart from on the weekends. I know it will be worth it in the end but I hate having builders in!!

DD is going through a very stroppy phase (2 and a half is a lovely age...!) and so I'm currently hoping against hope that this is actually a boy I'm carrying. I was sick again this morning though so all the signs are pointing to another PinkPirate! We'll see... Not long to go until we can find out if we want to - our scan is on Halloween. (Another sign...!)

When is it reasonable to wake DH up? I want a bath, I'm bored of the children!!

They're very practical Rock and they have a better grip on them than my snow boots do. And with the lovely thick socks you need for Doc Martins, my feet were lovely and warm all last winter

Those boots are gorge Rock I want the purple ones that do up with ribbon. Not massively practical for winter but I have New Rocks for that.

I got bored half way through my toast this morning. I used to eat because I wanted to, now it's just out of necessity.

Rock, they have those in the shop where I bought mine. I was tempted but the patent leather won in the end. I need to start a new collection (I used to wear nothing but docs). There are so many I want. Have you seen the ones with the Union Jack across the toe?

I saw the most beautiful pair of boots yesterday but the 6s were too big, the 5s we're too small and they didn't do half sizes. Grumpy!

It's a bit sleepy here, lumpy. I'm supposed to be tidying the house, but have decided planning my Pinterest Christmas (as opposed to my real one) is much more satisfying. I'll keep popping in here to keep you company if you like!

I've just had a brilliant shopping session at a charity shop that only sells kids' stuff in Richmond. For £34 I got two maternity dresses, one black, one grey, maternity skinny jeans, wool maternity skirt, a Moses basket and stand with bedding, a baby record book and a couple of pairs of baby dungarees. Feeling quite pleased with that little lot
