BionicEar · 21/10/2013 22:18

Do I need to bring the mop out Lumpy? Grin

OwlinaTree · 21/10/2013 22:26

Hi guys just catching up. Good scan news here too, saw an incredibly wriggly baby. All the checks went well, was such a relief. We didn't find out the sex. The placenta is at the front so the scan lady said it might be a while before I feel anything... but I've been feeling flutters for a while!

Glad your scans went well lumpy and bizh*

OwlinaTree · 21/10/2013 22:28

Sorry dizh

Cassiopeia01 · 21/10/2013 22:37

Dizh - I also think pussy is sounds rather familiar... Grin

PussyRiot · 21/10/2013 22:48

You've probably seen me on Channel 4 at christenings and weddings wearing bullshit outfits that make us all look like utter twats.

PussyRiot · 21/10/2013 22:50

BWP, I'm reading back over the thread to acquaint myself with you all and I seem to remember you (or was it F&T?) using a Christian not-for-profit power company. Can you remind me of the name, please?

Abibub · 21/10/2013 22:54

Hey all, been busy this evening, did the shopping in an hour am impressed with myself!

Glad I can post on fb again for the mo feeling really hungry what can I eat?!

[Grin]

BionicEar · 21/10/2013 23:16

Abibub · 21/10/2013 23:28

Had a bounty! Now to bed and hope I don't yak!! Nighty night all! ; 0)

PussyRiot · 22/10/2013 00:07

Thanks for that, Bionic, but I found it: Ebico Smile

MCPrammer · 22/10/2013 03:00

I haven't slept a wink yet thanks to flippin heartburn Angry I've got to be up in four hours.

IceNoSlice · 22/10/2013 07:00

Hope you slept MCPrambo. I had a hard night - DS is really unsettled due to being poorly so, after getting up several times, I took him into the spare bed. He woke probably hourly and was very wriggly and I have cramp and stiff neck/shoulder. But he's being lovely now.

Doc for DS then MW for me this morning. Then maybe a local playgroup.

Good luck scannees!

MCPrammer · 22/10/2013 08:52

Didn't really sleep. Last night's dinner kept trying to escape. Sorry you had a hard night too, Ice.

BadlyWrittenPoem · 22/10/2013 09:08

It was indeed EbicCo Pussy.

FoxMulder · 22/10/2013 09:20

Wow Pussy that sounds exactly like how I met my DH too! Only he had come round to check the damp patch in the bedroom.

Blockette · 22/10/2013 09:37

Morning!

Well I had a new experience this morning .... woke up at 5.30 gagging and only just made it to the bathroom (didn't even have time to turn the light on so was grateful all the sick landed in the toilet)!

haha loving the typo's and lumpy's excitement over her scan Grin

We have a few more today too don't we? And then it's me and Bionic on Thursday!!! Grin Grin Cant wait!

FoxMulder · 22/10/2013 10:26

Oh booo, my pregnancy yoga has been cancelled, because only 3 people signed up. They reckon the next one probably won't be until February Sad

Blockette · 22/10/2013 10:41

ohh that sucks Fox all the pregnancy yoga classes are during the day here even the midwife holds a pregnancy swim class during the day and she gave me a funny look when I said I would be in work so couldn't go - apparently pregnant people don't work in these parts ....

Blockette · 22/10/2013 10:54

ohhh page 40? don't we need a new thread? - This one didn't last long!

BadlyWrittenPoem · 22/10/2013 12:22

Block, there are aquanatal classes here and supposedly you are entitled to take time off work for them just like for MW appointments and scans etc. But really, how many people do they think are going to ask their employer for the time off every week for aquanatal!?

FoxMulder · 22/10/2013 12:36

BWP I was just checking out local aquanatal classes but they are midweek. I don't think I would have the nerve to ask for time off for them! (Besides, it was yoga I really wanted)

FoxMulder · 22/10/2013 14:06

Hmm, leisure centre just called saying they are putting the yoga classes back a week in the hopes they can get more people on board. Where do I find some local pregnant women I can convince to sign up?!

lumpylumps · 22/10/2013 16:18

This one might have lasted longer if I hadn't gone a bit crazy!!!

We've just had a lovely half term catch up at the local castle. The kids made some lovely craft things and we had a picnic. What started as a couple of friends getting together turned into 7 adults and 16 kids!!!

MacD75 · 22/10/2013 17:06

Just had my scan today, another wee girl here!! Can hardly believe it! The detail they can see is amazing.

Did someone say we get time off work for aquanatal classes??
