Apprentice I read your post about childcare vouchers affecting mat pay and my heart sank. I'm now 21+1 and need to give a month's notice to change childcare voucher preferences so I've definitely missed adjusting them during weeks 18-25. Did it affect mat pay because it's a salary sacrifice and hence reduces enhanced mat pay? How did you calculate? I'm a bit concerned, I thought they calc'd on pay before that

Ice your mat pay is calculated after childcare vouchers. Do you get enhanced maternity pay? Are you aware that as long as you keep the vouchers going, once you drop to SMP / unpaid bit, your employer still has to provide the vouchers even if you're not earning enough to pay for them?

ice call the childcare vouchers people and call your payroll NOW. our cut off is next week so u MIGHT be fine. And u will definitely be able to cancel next months so like me in that case it won't hit as hard .

40J. Up 1 back size and 3 or 4 cup sizes. Bravissimo only do 2 larger cup sizes and very few of the one cup size higher that they rarely stock. I'm only 17 weeks and officially have no bras that fit. Fuck.
