Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
Cybercat · 16/09/2013 21:23

Oh the gas.......... I'd like to be able to say that mine are silent but sadly they are both noisy and deadly Blush I'm vegetarian so used to a bit of extra but this is just beyond!

clareyfarey · 16/09/2013 21:27

Luscious new thread, thanks birds!

So I worked out today my EDD is actually my birthday. Tremendous!

How is everyone? Tried to register with midwife today, but as I moved house last week I can't use my old GP.

Cue much filling in of forms and registering, will delay things by about a week. Am getting tres impatient, need dates!! But I did get a big booklet with vouchers for free shizzle. Hurrah Smile

CoffeeGuzzler · 16/09/2013 21:27

Chip, I am more central west, so don't know much about Hillingdon hospital I'm afraid. Good luck if that's where you decide upon. I agree with the boobs thing. Bigger and harder.

Still no nausea though. Is that weird?

In a different vein, have you guys started telling anyone yet? Smile

rebeccax2 · 16/09/2013 21:30

thistle I'm so weepy! I cried like a loon today!

Well it's 9:30 so that means I'm so tired I can hardly think or type.

Wishing you all lovely dreams. x

rebeccax2 · 16/09/2013 21:31

I have no nausea either Coffee! at 5 weeks.

Cybercat · 16/09/2013 21:35

I have mild nausea from time to time - if it stays that way I will be happy. It's the bloat/gas and the hormonal need to cry that is creasing me. Have noticed bigger boobs though and it's not gone been missed by DH either.

I've told far too many people already. I 'know' I shouldn't and if something goes wrong I will bitterly regret it but I just can't help it.

LongTailedTit · 16/09/2013 22:20

I've been telling practically everyone I see too, really I do know better but I can't seem to stop myself.
I've even told my neighbours FFS. Blush disclaimer, they're all lovely ladies with small children, not random surly grumps

Scan in the morning!

Chip86 · 16/09/2013 22:20

Thanks coffee we told all our family DH told lots of friends mainly to brag about his super sperm as he is the only man ever to have farthered a child hehehe it is sweet though how excited he is

moominleigh94 · 16/09/2013 23:01

Told my parents, other half's parents and other half's sister and her husband, and my best friend and her boyfriend. Parents didn't react well but now love the idea of having a grandchild Grin

NannyPlumForPM · 17/09/2013 00:01

Howdy all!

Apologies to those who missed the rockery reference- I forget Monty Python isn't actually loved and learned by all!

thistle I'm sorry to hear you are having a rough time, at least you know your body is just doing its thing- even if it's taking you through the wringer with it!! Is this your first dc? too lazy to go through stats thread

Had a huge to-do with my mother this evening as she was being Picketty about my ok not mostest perfect DP, but as he hasn't returned from stag do yet, I did the responsible thing and sat on the floor and cried Grin cue adorable dd coming with her doctors kit and saying "we'll put daddy's football on so we can tell him what happens"

I can't believe scans are starting already! I haven't phoned midwife yet Hmm did buy some Xmas presents today though!!

mumof2aimingfor4 · 17/09/2013 06:59

Thistle looks like different is good. Just make sure you put your feet up, relax and let your body do its thing.Xx

ItalianWiking84 · 17/09/2013 07:48

Morning all,
Sorry to bothered you again, but I need an advice. I am currently 3 weeks or so pregnant and I starting to get really dizzy. I know, this is one of the symptoms, but I have a heart condition and something where my blood pressure can drop quite sudden, so now I am insecure if this dizziness is just normal symptom or if I should perhaps go to the doc or? I have a history of fainting and of course the last thing I want to do, is faint... Sorry for keep asking stupid questions

PostmanPatPat · 17/09/2013 08:10

Wiking I would go to see GP or midwife, they can monitor your blood pressure sitting and standing. Probably nothing to worry about but I think I'd rather get it checked out.

Hi all, was on the last thread near the beginning, but can't keep up! Main issues here are nausea and vomitting and falling asleep on the sofa a lot. Got my 12 week scan date yesterday, very exciting.

moominleigh94 · 17/09/2013 08:11

Can't hurt to go to the doctor Italian :) better to be safe than sorry.

Woken up this morning feeling fairly ok Grin apart from an awful cold Sad

8+0 today! (I think)

ItalianWiking84 · 17/09/2013 08:31

Thanks for the feedback, dont have a midwife yet and my doc first have an appt available end of next week :(

thistlelicker · 17/09/2013 08:34

I think you need to ring
Your gp and explain your situation regarding blood pressure and condition!

Chip86 · 17/09/2013 09:18

Morning All

italian if you tell them it an emergency because you could pass out any were, you might get seen quickly

mumof2aimingfor4 · 17/09/2013 10:13

Im terribly impatient and dying to tell family that were having dc3 so I've booked a private early scan with babybond. Had the 4d scans done with them for my dd's definitely worth the money.

lolablu · 17/09/2013 10:20
