Just popping in to say thanks for all your lovely messages. I'm going to pick the pup up later after his MRI so we should have a really clear picture of what's going on. Still trying to stay positive!

Pram Well done you! And the heartbeat too. What a good day.

Lyra You're a very strong lady. Just keep fighting and hold on to the moral high ground. Your DP will be home before you know it.

So Easier said than done but try not to worry, it's completely normal at this stage though not nice!

Saggy Lovely to hear from you :)

Agree with all the love for Apple!

Hope everyone else is doing well, sorry if I missed anything!

commsgirl · 11/09/2013 12:16

Yay MTB

Fox Mine was sleeping too!

FoxMulder · 11/09/2013 12:19

Good to know comms and thanks for those stats on MLUs. Do you work for the Office of National Statistics or something?! I love statistics...

Sorry to hear about your pup. What kind of dog is he?

MTBMummy · 11/09/2013 12:20

Thanks Fox it was great to see it wriggling around, but it started in the perfect position for measurement, waved at the camera - turned onto it's tum, then rolled away so it's back was facing the camera, so rubbish pictures, and weren't able to do a full check on the heart and lungs, but got the NT measurement with a lot of poking and prodding - thought I might just pee myself thanks to the full bladder.
Comms - my thoughts are with you and pup they really do become part of the family x

SoSurprised · 11/09/2013 12:26

Congrats MTBMummy! Best of luck with the blood test.

I had a quads test today as at my last scan I was too far along for nuchal. I asked the hospital midwife if she could listen to the heartbeat for me. The consultant came in and found it finally. Whew so relieved :)

SoSurprised · 11/09/2013 12:27

Also booked the 20 week scan on 16 oct

IceNoSlice · 11/09/2013 12:32

Great news MTB!

Good to hear from you Saggy. We've saved you a spot on the bench for when you fancy hanging around a bit longer and talking drivel with us!

Comms Flowers hope the MRI gives you some positive news.

Prambellina THREE CHEERS FOR THREE YEARS! Hip hip hurray!

Ok, what do you guys think of this dress. It's just arrived and I'm umming and ahhing. It's quite pricey, even with 15% off, but I need something smart as I am going to be godmother to my nephew next month. Dress linky

MummyPig24 · 11/09/2013 13:14

Great news MTB!

Glad to see saggy and edamame are back with us!

I haven't actually done anything yet as my friend turned up at 11 and has only just gone home.

rescoonetwothree · 11/09/2013 13:17

NoMaybeAboutIt · 11/09/2013 13:22

Brilliant news MTB!

And So!!

Love that dress Ice!

Slippersandacuppa · 11/09/2013 13:33

That's gorgeous Ice well found! How did you manage to get 15% off? I might have to buy one, just to try it on, you know, seeing as Christmas is coming up. Or something...

Edamame · 11/09/2013 13:33

It's v. pretty Ice!

Hurrah for all the good scan news!

HotCrossPun · 11/09/2013 13:45

That is one badass spreadsheet Grey Grin

MummyPig24 · 11/09/2013 13:54

Wow that spreadsheet is amazing! Someone is having twins there too Smile. I wish I was having twins!

Dd is taking a nap on the sofa which I will regret later hen she won't go to bed. But I don't feel well today and we have spent most of it on the sofa!

faithfulandtruthful · 11/09/2013 14:06

My goodness one of the ladies had her baby on 7th August at 33weeks how scary! That spreadsheet is awesome. Love a good spreadsheet I do!

F&T

rescoonetwothree · 11/09/2013 14:24

i know, madness!! i need to stop lurking ahead haha!

i wonder if someone will come along and join us when we're further along with twins or if we've been left out of that haha!

Prambo · 11/09/2013 14:59

So, I was getting worried for you until I read the next page. Fantastic you've been reassured.

Becca, did I miss your post telling us how last night went? How did the bros take your news?

Lovely news, MTB Smile Now get yer finger out and get us one o' them there spreadsheets!

Saggy, love, I'm sorry you are in limbo. We have missed you and I hope some fabulous reassurances bring you back to us Thanks

Edamame! I had forgotten about your travels but now realise I missed you, too. Have some of these: Thanks and slow the frig down, woman!

Ice, that dress is pitched just right for a funeral christening. very nice. I like it.

Slippers & Edamame, why are you not on facebook?

So, yes, I heard Prambino's heart. I'm so, so excited to be pregnant and can not get my head around this donor IVF having worked for us. It's a bleddy miracle and I feel like crying at the wonder of it all...

Prambo · 11/09/2013 15:01

Jolls, have you woken up looking like Phil Spector this morning or Janet Jackson?

NoMaybeAboutIt · 11/09/2013 15:02

That's bloody amazing news Prammy. Well done lovely Smile

Prambo · 11/09/2013 15:05

Ooh, and I must thank you all for congratulating me so effusively on my sobriety. It's been easy really - a complete no-brainer; I either stay off the drink or risk going back on the streets - this time with a baby, because believe you m: if I ever drink again I will not come back from it.

MTBMummy · 11/09/2013 15:12

Thanks all - it's a huge relief to finally see it again, 7 weeks was a long time ago.

I'm measuring 12+3 which is spot on what I thought and 2 days behind what the GP thought.

Grey Love that spreadsheet - very good find.... Hmmm need to contemplate how best to do that... yes... I have an idea...

Off to go play with numbers and charts and spreadsheets (excited bunny)

Prambo · 11/09/2013 15:18

Lyra, you are so right about midwives sometimes talking nonsense. Today I was talking to Janice about how I have one blocked fallopian tube and how it really shouldn't affect my chances of conceiving naturally as the other fallopian tube can swing over to the functioning ovary to pick up the egg. She completely refuted me and said that cannot happen. I'm bamboozled by the fact that she has no knowledge of how tubes work when she's a midwife.

Jolleigh · 11/09/2013 15:24

Pram - I do look very 90s today as the mister keeps pointing out Wink I'm good with that though...it does quite suit me lol.

Good going on your 3 year mark lady. Proud of you. x

Edamame · 11/09/2013 15:59

Okay Prambalina, okay, I have just joined facebook. Sending PM to grey with a link to a somewhat empty and sad looking page...
