I still haven't had my scan date through, 11+1 today!

Grey, please could I be added to the fb group?

LyraSilvertongue · 10/08/2013 20:42

Had to drive to Sainsburys to buy the noodles Blush They're full of fat and salt and zero nutrition. The exact opposite of what I should be eating. I also bought some pasteurised Brie Smile

HamwidgeAlive · 10/08/2013 20:44

Mmmmm noodles! Enjoy!

LyraSilvertongue · 10/08/2013 20:45

They're not cooking fast enough, damn them!Grin

ChocChaffinch · 10/08/2013 20:47

Lyra........ your talk of noodles has me cogitating on potnoodles. Yet more unhealthy shite I could eat.............

damn this nausea and retching

HamwidgeAlive · 10/08/2013 20:48

It's a conspiracy!

I want noodles now.

apprenticemamma · 10/08/2013 20:58

Fed the family McDonald's for dinner, tired, nauseas and couldn't handle shopping/cooking...so don't feel bad about noodles! Hope they were tasty! I was thinking yesterday I would love some Japanese noodle soup nom....but in this one horse town 'city' we live in there is no Japanese (anything non Chinese /Indian considered wildly deviant!)Wink

LyraSilvertongue · 10/08/2013 21:01

Sorry ladies for putting noodles in your heads Grin
Apprentice, I couldn't live without Japanese food. We have a new Yo! Sushi opening soon. Grin

IceNoSlice · 10/08/2013 21:03

Just had big dinner of fish pie followed by ice cream, and I'm really full but now... I want noodles!! All your fault, Martians.

Nausea has disappeared but I need to eat constantly. This is not looking good for the 'don't turn into a heifer' plan. Although, I still fit my jeans (at the moment!)

I had a mooch on some websites for maternity clothes earlier. I'm after a couple of nice dresses for work, a pair of slim fit black trousers and a pair of jeans. Possibly a few other bits. Anyone found anything really nice?

ChocChaffinch · 10/08/2013 21:21

I only have bakewell pie ice cream and it's too niche . why the frack didn't I buy vanilla goshdarn it

PramQueen1971 · 10/08/2013 21:25

Choc, Ice, Hamwidge & Becca, please come and join the fb group?

I'm ashamed to admit I'm feeling a little sad when I read about your multiple kids. I so don't want this little one to be an only child but my age is against me Sad

ChocChaffinch · 10/08/2013 21:36

I'm Not doing anything on FB till 12 weeks+ ! then I'll join. I'll click the wrong button and announce to all my contacts or something ridiculous

anyone else thirstier than a desert??

ChocChaffinch · 10/08/2013 21:37

Pram -
do your friends have young kids? any nieces and nephews? You'll meet tonnes of folk at playgroups, nurseries and the like
it doesn't matter 1 child or a few; you'll be a lovely mummy

apprenticemamma · 10/08/2013 21:40

aaah Japanese food...when I moved here from the big city where there were at least two within a mile of my flat was heartbroken. I feel a trip there coming on soon...

LyraSilvertongue · 10/08/2013 21:40

Yes, join! We're having a nice chat about names.

rescoonetwothree · 10/08/2013 21:47

IceNoSlice · 10/08/2013 22:03

I started back at work this week and the Yo Sushi in the same square as my office is... Gone! Replaced by yet another Italian chain I think. At least there is a Wagamama, but where do I satisfy my sushi fix? Groan, grumble.

Coolhand · 10/08/2013 22:05

Thought I was the only one craving noodles. Noodles, salmon, soy and ginger with soya beans on my weekly menu at the moment. One night just had a bowl of noodles drenched in soy (serious salt) at about 10pm because really craved them!

Had salt and chilli squid yesterday and haven't stopped thinking about it since. Guess I'm seriously craving salt.

PramQueen1971 · 10/08/2013 22:10

How kind of you to say, Choc, thank you Smile

PiratesMam · 10/08/2013 22:17

Chicken supernoodles is all I ate when preg with DS! I still want Brie goddamnit.

Pram As soon as you have one your house is full of noise; it won't feel like a small family I promise!! Plus DS has a buddy who is an only child and her house is the "fun sleepover house"; they probs have more kids in and out of the door than the rest of us. The parents also have a much better social life as people are more willing to babysit one! NO ONE is gonna want to babysit 3 but it doesn't matter as we have to buy a new car so can't afford to go out anyway.

I feel siiiiiiiiick Confused

mimili · 10/08/2013 22:22

Just been out for an italian with the PIL's but am also craving noodles!!! Have completely gone off chicken though which I normally love!

Beccadugs · 10/08/2013 22:32

You lot have broken me... I've just had a large bowl of salty beef flavour noodles... Was delish!!
