Still no scan date here! I'm 11 weeks on Tuesday, so I'll call the midwife team on Monday to chase it up.

Apprentice, at the risk of sounding like a bitch (I blame the pregnancy hormones!) I'd tell your husband to man the hell up. Everyone finds having a baby scary and if he was that concerned about sorting hs business out he should have done it by now.

I think from memory Ice and I may have the first 12 week scans - this Thursday (15th). I haven't had a scan yet this pregnancy so both excited/nervous in equal measures.

I'm 11 weeks today and still no scan date. Tut.

I had a slither of Brie the other day. And, Stilton. In quick succession. Now, I'm onto processed cheese slices...

If anyone else wanted to be added to the fb and I've not put you on there let me know! Xx

Pramela it's a shit name! Three years ago was upduffed and not feeling inspired that day. I tried to change to sugar spun sister in homage to stone roses but difficult on my phone..Need to use laptop. So watch this space. Dh business not on brink of collapse, his services are in demand but there are other external threats to the business health. It's v stressful running own business, I am just glad I have my own career, cog in machine for me any day...

ps baby was planned but more me than him. I'm not the sort to sneakily get upduffed so it was discussed and agreed this year. I did tell him to man up...didn't go down too well. We r having a bit of a rough patch so started counselling together hoping this will help .

Apprentice, counselling sounds like a great idea. Better to do it now and resolve any issues before they become so huge that there's no way of resting them. If xp and I had done that we might never have split but we left it too late and I ended up hating him. There was too much built-up resentment to ever go back. It's very sad for our DC that we separated but I didn't feel there was any other choice.

thanks ladies for your supportive words. Just had a dnm and major tearfest with dh. Out of control crying . We 've only been to one session of counselling but already helping and maybe these hormones will settle soon x

I'm crapping myself about having 3. By the time Nando is born ds will be 6 and a little bit and dd will be 4 on march 16th, just hope she doesn't have to share her birthday. The other two are so close and a real team, I hope the baby doesn't feel left out because he/she is the last one! I don't want to find out the sex, obviously ds wants a boy and dd wants a girl!

Feeling exhausted and sick. Can't wait to bloom!

I thought I'd gotten over the sickness, but no it decides to come back with a vengeance. Haven't kept anythin down at all today n feel so dizzy and light headed. Glad I have my dh he is amazing lookin after me and takin the ds out so I can get some rest :-)

Hope you feel better soon Sarah. I have been struggling with sickness too. Someone on here suggested the GP. He gave me some meds and its helped loads with the sickness.

Coolhand yep we're scan date buddies - only 5 days to go! Mine's at 3.40pm so I bet they've a backlog by then and we are seen late. What time is yours?

Apprentice . Hope you both get it sorted soon. Counselling sounds like the best thing.

Or perhaps you could PM me yours? Also I was thinking of waiting till after the scan on Thursday just in case I somehow do know someone in real life - I know that is very unlikely!!!

I am cream ruddy crackered today, OH was working all day 30 mins down the road and DD was being really difficult all day ( potty training and she hasn't had a poo since Tuesday, spent literally 12 hours today talking about poo but refusing to go!) anyway, I made it to 1pm then when she didn't want her nap I broke down and made emergency call in floods of tears to OH to return immediately and help me, gotta love hormones! Anyway, he came back and I got a nap, hoorah!

To all those craving Brie - you can eat it if it's pasteurised , just requires careful label-checking!

Ice and Coolhand my scan's at 2pm on Thursday, but I'm dreading it! I've had so many anxiety dreams about it - twins again, mmc, high nt result- I'm losing sleep over it, and in many ways I wish it was Friday already...
I'm also an older mum - I'll be 39 when this one arrives, with 2 7-year olds and a 4 year old.

We're all similar times. I'm 1pm but mine is a joint scan/booking in appnt and the letter said 2hrs.

I really hope they do the scan first this time - I don't fancy doing all that paperwork with a full bladder again this time round.

I'm supposed to be cooking proper food for dinner but right now I NEED Super Noodles Somebody talk me out of it.
