Woo hoo come on in Kitty, take a seat, feet up Grin

BlindKitty · 16/09/2013 20:50

Actually I think it's you guys who should have your feet up! I still feel like a fraud lol. If it weren't for the 10th test I did today (yeh yeh I know) I wouldn't have even come into this thread!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 16/09/2013 20:51

Woohoo!! Kitty is here!!

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 16/09/2013 20:51

Hahaha, 10 tests is that all Grin

BlindKitty · 16/09/2013 20:55

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 16/09/2013 20:57

at least 2 every day for about 2 weeks Wink

BlindKitty · 16/09/2013 21:11

Haha phew!!!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 16/09/2013 21:31

I only took 4 Grin

SweetieTime · 16/09/2013 21:33

welcome kitty I did the same for weeks. I went from testing daily to every other day. I wrote the date on the stick too in case they got mixed up. I still have them all in an envelope and we have moved house so I brought them with us Blush

BlindKitty · 16/09/2013 22:12

Well you know...I might go cold turkey tomorrow..ah who am I kidding?!

keepitgoing · 17/09/2013 07:46

I did three in the first day, then only one more! But did have two blood tests as well. I have brought one pee stick back from the other side of the world... kitty I guess my thoughts were that there was obviously hcg, it doesn't fall that quickly, therefore even if something was wrong it wouldn't tell me. But hey, whatever floats your boat Grin

Girls, we were one down at nct last night as one had her baby, at 30 weeks! In icu now... I think it scared us all a bit, I have told kip we will have none of that! Dh says he's now going to pack our hospital bags...

cartoontrickster · 17/09/2013 08:29

hey kitty I only did 3 this time. two on the Wed a frer and a digi and another on the Sat I think it was. I still have the frers.
I still have like 7 sticks from last time. pebble was due this week

cartoontrickster · 17/09/2013 08:49

OP posts:
keepitgoing · 17/09/2013 08:52

Thinking of you both and pebble too trix. X Are you feeling treats move yet?

cartoontrickster · 17/09/2013 08:58

thanks keep. I feel quite a lot of movements from treats, especially in the evening. a couple of times I've even seen my belly move when I feel the kick. its lovely!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 17/09/2013 09:36

Oh Trix lovely, I had no idea that time had come round so quickly. Am thinking of you and MrT x. Lovely news about all the kicks though Smile

Wow Keep. That is scary stuff. Don't you worry, Kip is very snug in there and is not planning on an exit anytime soon.

Solars · 17/09/2013 09:47

Thinking of you Trix x

A big welcome to Kitty, here have a mocktail! By the way I never used a pee stick but then I had blood tests up until I was 6 weeks.

Keep already one down at NCT, eek! A cousin of mine was telling me this weekend how her little one arrived 7 weeks early but you wouldn't think it, he's a right boisterous 18 month old now!

Maybe how are you doing? Are you still off work?

Sweetie are you more or less ready with all your stuff for dib & dab now?

ThedementedPenguin · 17/09/2013 09:57

Hi kitty I can't remember how many tests ive done. Maybe 5. I only done one during my pregnancy with ds. Dunno how I was so calm about it.

maybe are you feeling any better?

I've come down with some sort of cold/ head cold. I'm exhausted all day, nose is blocked and runny at the same time, throat is red raw, oh and the headaches are awful. When I get them (which is normally all day) I can't move my head or else it hurts like mad.

Can we just have a quick recap of everyone's dates please?

penguin 11+3 due on 5th April with pingu

NoMaybeAboutIt · 17/09/2013 10:41

How are you Solars? No more car park incidents I hope Wink. I'm still off work. Waiting for GP to call.

Pen have you taken some paracetamol? You can suck certain throat lozenges too to take the edge off. I had a throat infection a few weeks ago, it was horrible.

Maybe 13+1 due March 24th with Fin. My goodness that sounds strange when I say it out loud Grin

keepitgoing · 17/09/2013 10:57

I'm 29+4, edd 29/11 with kip :)

Poor pen colds are nasty. Hot lemon and honey too?

SweetieTime · 17/09/2013 11:22

Trix thinking of you this week. difficult time for you. Glad you are feeling the reassuring movement now

keep i felt same fear when lady on ivf thread had her twins at 28 weeks and of course the devastation of losing one.
I had a bag I keep adding to that I didn't bother unpacking my toiletries from. it is not ready as such but it is a start.

I am 25w with did & dab edd 10th dec at 37 weeks

keepitgoing · 17/09/2013 11:28

maybe is time off helping at all? Or time? Not long till 14 weeks

keepitgoing · 17/09/2013 11:30

I know sweetie I thought it was supposed to be v rare, but that's two people in my tiny circle of expecting friends. Tbh I think if I went into labour now the lack of clothes and breast pads would be the least of my worries.

Solars · 17/09/2013 12:06

Thankfully no more car park incidents Maybe Blush I'm doing ok thanks. Bump is expanding. I had lots of people feeling the bump at the weekend but they all asked first if they could touch it so I didn't mind so much. Hope the GP calls back soon. Is the sickness easing even a little?

Pen poor you with the headaches, hope you've been on the paracetamol!

I'm 18 weeks exactly, due 18 Feb
