I have done no exercise so far, apart from the odd walk
I think I'll give the yoga a try, I don't think there are any specific pregnancy classes near me, but I'll ask at my gym, seeing as I'm paying for it and not going!!
mildred, I'm not even going to tell you where I've found hairs that weren't ever there before!
I've also noticed my skin is atrocious, it's sort of covered in tiny bumps, as well as having the texture of orange peel and red splotches and spider veins appearing. lovely! Any ideas on anything I could use to improve it? I take good care of it and regularly exfoliate, but it doesn't seem to be enough at the moment!
