I think I'm due 12th Jan(this one is no4)
Everthing all ok here except I'm sure my imagination is playing tricks on me...I only found out the other day and already I feel uncomfortable in anything remotely tight on my belly

Hi everyone, congrats hattie glad all was ok, to everyone else who is having a bleed try not worry to much I had a bleed with ds and it was bright red blood and he is fine and dandy. Iv got my midwife appointment tomorrow still really worried there is something wrong because I feel fine.

It's really dragging for me and I'm desperate to get to 12 weeks.

I'm 6 weeks today and it feels like I've known for months already...

LTH I am on 5 tests and counting although it does come up positive quicker and darker each time..lol

I've done 6 now (7 counting the one they did at the docs) ;)

Been very naughty too....cos I'm feeling so paranoid cos of the cramps and brown spotting, I've bought 3 more today, just to put my mind at rest

DH went mad when I told him - I agreed that the one at the docs would be the last but that was nearly 3 days ago....I need to see that word 'pregnant' again!!!

Glad everyone is well despite all the spotting/pains we've had between us :)

We are a silly lot aren'e we!!

I went to my EPU today because I was convinced something was wrong!!

Baby was fine and they have bought my dates forward be a week So now 8+5 and due dec 22nd

I know I should be on Dec thread but I like it here

The staff there were the best ever and I felt so much better when I left.

Time going quickly!!!! Blimey it's going sooooo sloooooooow for me.

Hattie, Magnolia1 glad your scans went well. Hope you're feeling re-assured (though that's probably worn off by now!).

Had a "discreet" chunder at work today...... thank gawd the loos were all empty when I ran in, so I knew nobody was overhearing & putting 2 & 2 together .

Glad everyone is still ok - I was off sick from work Mon & Tues & my poor friend who's "in the know" was imagining the worst!

Hattie fantasic news so pleased for you hope the luck rubs off on me. Hardly any spotting today so thinking thats a good sign count down till next weds and that scan!!!

PS Have to say I also did another test today and second ine appeared before I had finished having a wee and pulling my pj bottoms up so hopefully thats means high levels of HCG!!

Lol at the line appearing so quickly I would say yor hormone levels are preety high by the sounds of it

Have a distinct feeling that the "all day sickness" I had with Ds1,2 and 3 is starting again.
I've been lucky before and only been sick few times so fingers crossed it'll be the same thi stime.

Had a definate shift in "morning sickness" levels today

(although have to say that feeling ill has made me feel better on the anxiety front so I'm actually quite glad)

have done 4 tests so far - 1st 2 bFNs but something made me keep testing. 2 BFP later even dh is convinced this isn't a phantom preg.
After 3 years + of knowing exactly when my last period was - this time I don't - so either 5+1 today or 6+1. Guess the dating scan should sort that out

Hi everyone well I had a horrid sickie feeling coming home from work on the bus I felt so sick....... here we go again exactly how I was with ds

ok ladies despite my attempts to be positive panic is setting in tonight..think it is because of going to gp tommorow and have no idea whether to ask for an early scan or not. One of worst things to ever happen to me was my missed mc and am dreading that happening again. Only thing is that once you have early scan here they dont do it again until 20wks....plus my missed mc was at 9wks but found out at 15wks so what do I do????

I would point out the missed MC and demanded another scan at 12 weeks.

surely you are a special case nemo, anyone who has had a MC/missed MC's should have a differnet set of rules and be given the 12 week scan regardless.

ugghh...must learn to type.

LTH they dont care I was an absolute wreck when having DD as I concieved her 3mths after the missed mc and they did a scan at 8 wks then nothing until 21wks. Luckily had a very very understanding mw who checked heartbeat with doppler at 12wks and I then went and bought my own. I also had 2 early mcs before I had ds but the hospital was not interested as they said that first scan is just dating scan.

Hi Nemo, could you not have the early scan and then go private for the 12 week one? From reading other threads it seems to be approx. £50 for a private scan. Worth it for the peace of mind I reckon.

i would talk thru ur worries and fears with ur gp nemo, see what they say. i have a feeling tho that its 2 scans only here too unless thre is some sort of problem but i could be wrong.

AM still having no symptoms, getting worried now and can't afford another test....worse coz i dunno how far we are! 7/8 weeks poss

was going to suggest a private scan but forgot to put that!
