Please god...don't say it's twins!!!

Fab news FG, and snap, I'm 6+4 today too according to my scan! Our stories sound eerily similar too....I've been having spotting/bleeding and they couldn't find any reason for mine either.

Hope everyone else is well :)

LadyTophamOfHattingford · 31/05/2006 21:10

All ok here (thansk for asking MoMSmile) still getting little pains but have just put it down to growing and stretching.

The sickness has worn off alot although I still get the odd wave flood over me.
Absolultey friggin knackered even with 8+ hours sleep a night.
(I have to say that again......8+ hours a night....i never sleep that long when not PG....never ever. 8+hours sleep...Hmmmm thats just sounds lovely....ZZZZzzzzZZZzzzzZZZGrin)

Still off tea, well... all drinks I usually drink TBH. Have been drinking water so I shall now polish my halo.

Am also refusing to worry anymore, and feel quite positive now.

Going to lounge of the sofa now....place your bets on how quickly i fall asleepGrin

Incidently, someone mentioned a stats page aaaaages ago, are you still interested? One of the June 05 mummies runs one, I asked her how to do it, she said: " By tribpot on Tuesday, 30 May, 2006 3:59:32 PM
The stats page is just an Excel spreadsheet that I save as a webpage and then I store it in my web area from NTLWorld. Quite happy to host one for the January 07-ists as well! "

Does that make sense to anyone?! What do you think?

LadyTophamOfHattingford · 01/06/2006 07:34

That sounds cool 2happy.

Glad tribot has offered to do it though as it sounds like nuclear science to meGrin

trinityrhino · 01/06/2006 08:08

feeling hungover when I wake up and I'm not drinking at all, whats that about?
do you think I'm not drinking enough water?

indignatio · 01/06/2006 08:37

Morning all
good news Loubie and FG
Still no word from MW here regarding dating scan - perhaps she is off for half term
Big girls night out last night - boy am I glad I had a valid excuse to avoid the flaming flaming sambuccas (?sp) after last orders
5 hours sleep and I feel fine - what is wrong with me ?

Choccamocha · 01/06/2006 09:50

Hi Everyone - Haven't been able to get on the pc for a few days. Mitch match so sorry to read your news, hope you and your dh are ok.
Still no real symptoms here, still just tired and am off some foods, but that's it.
Had a rough few days with ds3 who caught a cold. Poor baby couldn't breath and struggled to feed. Had been up hourly through the night, but not as bad last night and he seems brighter today. He was teething as well which didn't help, however he is now sporting 6 very white front teeth :)
Going to grab some breakfast now as he's just nodded off.
Hope everyone else is ok

Choccamocha · 01/06/2006 09:59

Just realised I am 9 weeks today. Cannot believe how quickly it's going Grin

kaylasmum · 01/06/2006 11:02

Hi,

just want to say how sorry i am, mitch, i hope you are coping ok. I've been through this 3 times and i know how devastating it is. My thoughts are with you and your family.

2happy, my symptoms are pretty much the same, i don't have any discomfort in my nipples at all and this is what was worrying me, just because it stopped so suddenly. I am still feeling quite queasy on and off all day and i seem to have gone off sweet things which is very unlike me. I till have'nt been to my gp but plan to go as soon as possible.

Will keep you updated as to how things are going.

Tracey.

MerlinsBeard · 01/06/2006 11:17

Went for my scan this morning.

A mixture of news really. They could see a sac but measured 5-6 weeks rather than the 9 we excepcted, although i have no clue when last period was, just guessed. No yolk inside but could be 2 early to tell and i have to go back in 2 weeks. Said its looking like fetal demise (what a nice way to put miscarriage). pretty sure it is as more than just spotting.

So, prob leaving this thread even tho my heart is telling me not to give up as started feeling sick last few days.

Hope everything goes ok with everyone and i will keep checking back to see how u all r doing xxx

indignatio · 01/06/2006 11:20

Sending huge cyber hugs your way MoM

laughalot · 01/06/2006 11:51

Mom sorry to hear your news never give up though that happened to me in my first pg and I was bleeding went back 2 weeks later and all was fine, and I had terrible morning sickness. xxxxxx

LadyTophamOfHattingford · 01/06/2006 16:20

Oh MoM....I'm really gutted for you if the worst has happened but don't lose hope yet....

I'm sure the are plenty of tales similar to yours all over MN that have resulted in happy ending.

I'll be thinking of you over the coming weeks.

Loubie37 · 01/06/2006 18:06

MoM, my fingers are well and truly crossed for you, I've heard of this before on another board I frequent and it's not always the worst. Big hugs, keep us updated xx

flibertygibbet · 01/06/2006 18:58

Oh MOM how awful to be in limbo for another 2 weeks Sad. I still think things could be OK and there is a chance your dates are further out than you thought. I think I'm 8 weeks today but the scan said 6+5 so that's a pretty big difference as well and I'm certain of my dates. They aren't even gonna use the scan date until later as it's not very accurate so early on. Lucky fingers still crossed for you.

Choccamocha · 01/06/2006 20:43

Sorry to hear the news MoM. Fingers crossed for you that everything will turn out ok.

Dragonhart · 01/06/2006 21:20

Fingers well and truly crossed for you MOM. Hope that the next 2 weeks wizz by. Try and be positive cos you never know what might help! I cant believe that this is such an unlucky thread! Sending lots of love to everyone and hope that after we all get past the holy grail that is 12 weeks it all calms down.

Feeling well and truly AWFUL. SICK SICK SICK. Yesterday didn't even get out of pjs and mum came round and was an angel and looked after ds who had been up loads in the night.

The smell of things is making me feel really sick. Even the smell of my ds (I know it sounds weird but I have always loved the smell of his breath!) which makes me feel really guilty.

Really worried that cos I am having another so close that ds1 will miss out. Really tearful all the time. Ds has been having trouble with his teeth and bit me earlier today and I just cried and cried! It didnt even hurt much. He just looked at me as if I was mad and kept touching my face which made me cry even more!

Really looking forward to the 12 wk scan but seems so far way. Should hear about my booking in appt next week as will be 10wks on fri. Mind you all of you who have had scans have been told you are fewer weeks on than you thought so who knows!

Sorry to witter on so much, didnt log on yest so catching up on my moans!! xxxxx

neolara · 01/06/2006 21:22

MoM, how horrible for you not to know one way or the other. I really hope things do work out for you.

Nemo1977 · 01/06/2006 21:42

quick hello to all

MOM everything is not over hun as you said you dont know last af date so therefore could have concieved any time.

well 5mth old DD is in hospital again which is why I am not around much. She was in the beginning of april and has a bad chest so needs to be off oxygen for 24hrs before she can come home. Been in since tues night so hoping will be soon as its hard to juggle everything when she is in and try to control morning sickness. Dh has sent me home tonight and he is staying as he said I will go into meltdown and should be taking it easy for pip[baby] but obviously I just feel restless.Sad

Loubie37 · 02/06/2006 09:21

Nemo, bug hugs and I hope your DD makes a full recovery soon. My son developed bronchiolitis when he was 2 weeks old which left him really prone to chest infections so I know what you're going through. He eventually grew out of it, hopefully your DD will soon.

Morning everyone else, hope you're all well. Is anyone else nasty as hell to their partners at the moment?? I'm really confused feeling like this - we've waited so long for a BFP you'd think I'd be floating on air. But the poor thing can't say a thing to me without me biting his head off....maybe I'll feel better when I reach that magical 12 week mark? I do hope so, I could cry at the minute I feel so narked.

Fingers crossed it's been a week since my last red bleed although I've still got very slight brown spotting...I wish it would go for good!

Catch you all later x

Loubie37 · 02/06/2006 09:22

Sorry Nemo, that should have said big hugs not bug hugs Blush

MerlinsBeard · 02/06/2006 13:09

Hope everyone is doing ok esp Nemos DD

Loubie37 · 02/06/2006 13:29
