Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'm due 20th, sparkle...so we can bring up the rear together. I'll be induced on 1st July if nothing before then!

SunnyL · 16/04/2013 16:07

Sarah if it helps I had a dream about Harry from One Direction last night. Thats just plain wrong! Mind you at least it wasn't Justin Bieber!

learnermummy · 16/04/2013 16:11

It'll probably be me bringing up the rear - DS2 was 16 days late! I'm due 19 June, so a repeat would bring me into July.

Loving all the funny dreams. Think I had one last night too come to mention it, but too embarassed to admit who featured Blush!

Steffanoid · 16/04/2013 16:12

Oh my goodness it's all becoming a little real now, that's only next month! When I found out in October seems so long ago, I'm 32w today and have a gut feeling he's going to gett here really early, he best not as I've still got sterilizer and Moses basket mattress to buy! And cause of decorating his room there's things everywhere, think I'd have a meltdown if he chose April to arrive!

cyclecamper · 16/04/2013 17:05

I saw the midwife today and she confirmed what I thought - the baby is lying across the top of the bump so I can feel the head on one side and the bottom on the other. She was completely unconcerned - although I haven't seen her even slightly bothered about anything yet: I think she's seen it all! My hips have given up rather suddenly - I went from no pain to feeling as though I had ridden 20 miles on a fat horse in a couple of days.Confused

The only thing I think I need to get is a mattress for the moses basket - on Friday I was given a whole lot of stuff that filled the gaps, including some things I wasn't going to bother with like a baby bath! So that's good. I've got lots to sort out and wash now. Smile

I had one or 2 interesting dreams Shock.

AmIGoingMad · 16/04/2013 17:31

Oo rue that's exciting! I'm on for bringing up the rear with my due date of 25th June ( although those dates would mean I conceived before ovulating?!) . I swing between being convinced I'll go over and being certain baby'll come early just because of how disorganised we ar this time around!

MrsBri · 16/04/2013 18:00

My due date also is a pre-ovulation date, AmI. We are having tall babies, that's all! :-)

I think I'd be half excited, half terrified if I had an actual date for baby to be born!

Mawgatron · 16/04/2013 18:04

By the sounds of it I am bang in the middle then - dd is 16th June. Still feels like an age away now. Feel massive and starting to struggle with tiredness and spd, just want him here now!

Everyone I work with keeps telling me that they are convinced he is coming early but I'm not so sure. I'd be happy with a week or so but no earlier than that- I don't go on maternity until the 24th may!

Sunbeam18 · 16/04/2013 18:20

Don't know how those of you who commute by public transport do it - respect. Just had to walk 15 mins to station to get home as my car is in the garage - bump hurts and I'm ready to kill someone!

pinkapples · 16/04/2013 19:11

Just lost a huge message HmmHmm

Sun is shining and woohoo for a section date that's so soon will be nice to have the threads first baby Grin

On the subject of early/late babies I don't know what it depends on but if quite like my little cherub to come at about 37/38 or 39 weeks as if she's on time (due date 12th June) she may share it with me or my sister (7th and 14th June) and if she decides to drag her heels then she may share with my dad (30th June) either way June may turn out an expensive month my sister asked what I was doing for my birthday this year and I replied "having a baby" Grin

ella0 · 16/04/2013 20:31

AmI and MrsBri, my due date (7th June) also means I conceived before ovulating Hmm . Therefore I'm convinced I'm going to be late.

Maw, surprisingly our cats haven't shown interest in the cot or moses basket (yet), but I did find one asleep in the pram basket and the other on top of the changer/dresser.

DontmindifIdo · 16/04/2013 20:58

Learner - come on, you've got to tell us now!!!!

Sunbeam - it's a bit rubbish the commute, although as I've booked tomorrow off, that means only 3 more working days next week then I'm done - yay!!!! And I got a seat on the tube both ways today - there are some nice men in London!

DH rearranged all the furniture in the baby's room (we've got DS all confused calling it the nursery as he goes to nursery 3 days a week and he doesn't understand) - and now it fits! Basically, I bought a nursing chair giving no though to if it would actually fit, I'd been getting upset that it couldn't go in the baby's room but DH somehow managed the puzzle and it now should be all fine. We got all the baby stuff down from the loft last night, so there's tonnes to be washed! That's my job for tomorrow on my 'day off' - that and starting the batch cooking for the freezer.

Yeah, can't be worse than whoever had a dirty dream about Ed bloody Miliband the other week!

I've just sent DH out for chocolate ice cream...first proper preggo demand, ha ha!

DontmindifIdo · 16/04/2013 21:23

An Ed Miliband sex dream? Did you feel very grubby afterwards???

OP posts:
SunnyL · 16/04/2013 21:25

Ah yes my cat settled down in the Moses basket when we first got it back. DH has had to fill it with teddies to stop cat setting up home in there permanently.

MrsBri · 16/04/2013 21:31

Oi, Dontmind, it wasn't me.

I think I recall who it was, but I wouldn't like to say the wrong person as it is nigh on libel if I say the wrong name!

I imagine brain bleach was required after though, yes. :-/

learnermummy · 16/04/2013 22:12

Ha ha no, not a milliband!

Alright, alright. I had the ed milliband sex dream...

MrsBri · 17/04/2013 07:58

Ha ha, Maw! It's like a therapy session, isn't it?

Sarah2506 · 17/04/2013 08:03

At least you don't have to go to work and see Ed Milliband!! The subject of my sex dream is opposite me! First NCT class tonight. I'm probably not going to open the chat with discussion of sex dreams.....

pinkbear82 · 17/04/2013 08:23

am I the only one not having sex dreams?! I feel left out....

and I think it'd make a great opening convo - would be a memorable first meeting!!

curiousgeorgie · 17/04/2013 08:48

I'm not having sex dreams either... Did have a very odd one about having to do a 'don't tell the bride' style wedding for my boss as she was in a meeting... And I had to get most of the stuff from mamas and papas. It was very strange!

MrsBri · 17/04/2013 08:51

I'm not having sex dreams either! :-) Just enjoying everyone else's confessions.

I am having bloody weird dreams though, but that's something else entirely!

Steffanoid · 17/04/2013 10:34

I'm not having sex dreams, or weird dreams either, the only one recently is that the petrol light in the car came on when there was still half a tank left, not too sure the significance of that one...
